I spoke with the sales rep. once they told me they would contact me within 48 hours and never set up the next appointment.

Listed as 3,000 less on CarGurus than they actually want for it

I swear no one in the dealership talks to each other. No one is on the same page Everyone had a very different answer to the same questions. I wasn’t taken seriously until I flat out said “do you want to sell the truck or not, because I have been disrespected and not taken seriously this entire time”. I very kindly introduced myself to the manager and initiated a hand shake. He cut me off while I was introducing myself and telling him the vehicle I was interested in to tell me “I don’t care about any of that I just want to talk about the price of the vehicle”. Then he refused to even look at me or talk to me and would only talk to my boyfriend despite the fact that I WAS THE ONE BUYING NOT HIM. The tall skinny guy that goes to auctions to buy vehicles, I forget his name, was amazing and very kind and also the only reasonable person we talked to, he was the one I accepted the offer from. I wish I could give a review for just him and one for the rest of the dealership.

I had a great experience making my purchase with VIP auto the process was seamless. I bought my car out of state and the communication was excellent. They did a FaceTime video call and made me feel very comfortable. The infinti I bought was such a prefect gift for my daughter.

Took 2 days just to get pricing & was promised to speak to a manger who would call me but never did. sales person told me the car was sold but when asking to negotiate but then the price drops online for the car & is showing still available . dealership plays too many games & does not respond in a timely manner. just a waste of time.

Failed to disclose several things hidden in the car. The price presented was $2000 higher. I bought the car because it was ultimately a square deal but I will never go back there. I refuse to even tell anyone where I bought it.

I am a person who buys cars from new dealers and franchise, but the way they helped me and got me into a car and beat my credit union rate was amazing. I've had a terrible experience with them. I got approved for financing, and once they shipped the car to me, from the very first day the car wouldn't start. I got the car on December 5th, and until today, January 12th, absolutely no one from this dealership has given me an answer. Every time I call, they tell me that no manager is available and that I should keep calling. The sales representative who sold me the car says she will contact her manager, and to this day, no one has called me back. The only person who seemed like he was going to solve my problem eventually said he had been transferred and could no longer help me. In addition to that, the key they sent me is broken, and the car completely shut down, and now I don't have access to the car because they only gave me the remote control, not a key. A nightmare that no one seems to want to take responsibility for, and apparently a scam.

Terrible lied about trim level & didn’t want to make it right I quote - we made it a lariat (vin said xlt) not goo stay away from these guys

Got back to me fast, I was a little hesitant buying because i have had terrible experiences with used car lots. But the service and vehicles they provide are amazing. Vip auto made me feel like a VIP and all my future purchases will be here.

Dealer stated that they would call but never did. I had to call and reached another dealer only to be told "I'll have him call you back." And again, never did. After finally getting in touch with the dealer, he told me that he would call me back in 5 & proceeded to have me wait an additional 10-13 before calling me back. We'll see how it goes after I get done with purchasing the vehicle.

Communication was great price was ok but it was the lowest trim package available not what I was looking for
