Dealership staff was friendly and amenable. Wife and I traded in our car and got a fair price. Used the trade in to purchase a 2004 Toyota Avalon XL. Upon the test drive the brakes, driver side door jam, and wiper blades gave us concern. Dealership fixed the door, replaced the brakes, and wiper blades. Unfortunately two weeks after purchase I found out the vehicle had a bad alternator but these are not terribly difficult or expensive to replace.

Very good service, answered my questions promptly and made purchase a pleasant experience.

I hate car dealers. Nearly every experience I've had, from 18 years of age to 55, has been a stereotypical pain in the but. I have yet to meet one that defied my expectations. This was my first really pleasant experience. Joe and Sam were very friendly, non-pushy and worked to meet my needs. The Lexus I purchased did not have a scratch. They did all the upfront leg work for me so that I could make an easy purchase. I will visit them again the next time I look for a pre- owned, low mile automobile.

5 stars all the way! I drove about 30 minutes to look at a 2012 Honda Civic si not expecting to buy. I test drove two days in a row and not a short sweet test drive they let me drive for as long as I would like. I was very pleased they are very very honest people and only buy the most reliable cars. It’s great being able to buy my very own first car at the age of 18 and have so much ease in my mind buying from this dealership. It’s been a week since I drove it and now I have it in my drive way and I’m very excited everyday I wake up able to drive one of my dream cars. Huge shoutout to vip!! Thank you for everything you guys have done for me. I will defiantly be sending people your way.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They had nothing to hide about the car. And I would suggest to anyone to look at there inventory when looking to receive a great deal on purchasing a vehicle.

When unexpectedly looking for a car for my mom, I was cautious about where we shopped. Joe and Sam were very helpful, honest and hospitable. It was the best car sales experience ever. The car was as advertised and a good drive, but we found another one with lower miles. Had we not identified another vehicle quickly that met her requirements, we would have had them find us another car. She has already referred friends to VIP. We will look here first in the future. I just wanted to take a minute to let everyone here know how amazing VIP Auto Sales are. I had come all the way from Michigan it was a four hour drive, once i got tot he dealership Joe and Sam were extremely genuine and very professional. As soon as I choose a car they had brought in the car to their service center to ensure that the car was more than ready to go on my adventures with me. During this whole process, at no time did I ever feel pushed into buying a car from their lot. Joe and Sam were absolutely amazing in helping me buy the car i wanted and not pushing me into buying the cars like other dealers. Vip Auto Sales if by far the best dealership i have been to they take good care of their customers and are one of the friendliest dealerships I know.
