The car was sold and still on their site. I explained that is what I wanted. Wouldn't take no
for any other vehicles. Sent me a link with every similar car. Called back to see if I found
anything I was interested in. I did, the Dart that I originally was interested in. It was still on
their site. What a bait and switch game they are playing. Calls and texts daily trying to sell
me something else. Every time I explain that I am only interested in a Dart. I guess they
don't car what a customer wants. Will never deal with them or recommend them to
anyone.

Don’t ever buy any car from This dealer. I call in advance and when I took my hour and a half drive to their dealership they’re telling me that the car is not there when I call in advance like two weeks ago and then they’re saying the car is already got sold horrible horrible business here.

This was the worst place I have ever dealt with. They had 2 trucks I was interested in. I live over 1 and a half hours away. They said okay so I made the trip. When I arrived neither truck was there. So 3hrs of driving and nothing. To me this is dirty buisness so take what you want from it but I would never do buisness here or waist the time. Shop elsewhere

I did not have a good experience. I had an appointment and when I showed up, a mechanic was trying to replace a part that they had taken out to fix a different car...according to the manager, (pretty shady if you ask me.). I waited to see if it got fixed but I left after 15 minutes. If I make an appointment, have the car ready! I would never recommend them to friends or family.
Dealer responded in a timely manner to our correspondence. The vehicle description was pretty much on point to what I expected.
Listing accuracy. While I was at the dealership things went pretty quick. I have had to wait longer for fast food than to drive out. I was quoted a price and paid exactly the quoted price. On-site experience was great everyone was very helpful. Based on my experience, I would go back and recommend VIP to others.

Terrible experience, they leave vehicles listed and tell you that they are available and when you drive to view it they tell you it sold but others are available. Drove 3 hours to see a truck and was told it was still there, got there and it was “sold and hour ago”. The truck is still listed for sale on sales pages and I messaged them again about the truck and was told it is still available when it is not.
