The sales person kept saying small things whenever I asked about things not working on the vehicle like the, pedal moving button not working and the missing running boards,and other things that didn't work

Very slow response time. Didn't answer my questions. Insisted I call Insisted of email. Poor customer service all around. Would not recommend.

Nope. Never in a million years. Never again will I waste my time. I was already pre approved by my credit union with my letter in hand. Zack tried to make me fill out another credit report, saying he had no way of knowing who I said I was. If my driver’s license is enough for the TSA, then it ought to have been for them. He was just trying to get me to finance through his connections. Also, the car was 230,000 miles. Not worth fighting for.

Car wouldn't start after a hour drive to get there.

Salesperson was not knowledgeable about the car and the car smelled like cat urine.

Car was posted with a clean title, then right as I'm about to finish signing for the whole deal, salesman just slid in the fact that it had a rebuilt title. I even asked him when Inspecting it, I asked if its been in an accident and he told me no.... pretty sure it has to be in an accident for the car to be rebuilt... Manager was nice and gave me a refund on the down payment. Would not recommend working with anyone except management.

So I drove this 2008 first and it was beat up beyond. So they showed me a 2005 PT Cruiser that I liked. Came back and took it for a drive, received a positive Car Fax (1 owner) and chose to buy. THIS CAR DID NOT EVEN MAKE IT TO MY HOME. Before the thermostat blew, dumped all the coolant and barely made it to my home. I have owned it 20 minutes. This dealer made me sign NUMEROUS documents claiming As Is purchase, which I totally get for a 15 year old vehicle. But, come on. When I went right back to them, their manager Dan gave me an long sob story about how they'd like to help but they just can't due to a previous bad experience. He claimed he would talk to the owners but a whole day has passed and I have heard nothing. Bottom line, $600 later, I wouldn't buy from this Dealer if I were you unless you can truly deal with As Is. Oh, by the way, I asked them if I could have my mechanic look it over before buying, and they said I would have to bring him to the car!!

Richard was extreme helpful and a pleasure to meet. Unfortunately the vehicle was not for us. The dealership needs to pay more attention to presentation of the vehicle if they want to attract buyers willing to pay the price. The car was very presentable from the outside, however the inside was filthy. Old leaves and garden debris under the third row of seats, an old sock in a cup holder, a drinking straw in the glove box. Generally dirty. We know all that is purely cosmetic but it makes you wonder what else is wrong.

I was contacted by the dealer and invited to come take a test drive.

I received a phone call the very next day about the car! Even though I didn't move forward on the vehicle, the sales representative was very motivated for me to test drive the car! GREAT JOB!

They contacted me right away. I was busy and by the time I was able to respond to them they messaged me that the vehicle had sold. I would shop with them again if they had the right deal.

The staff was nice and friendly. But this van I bought has major engine issues that’s what I expected already when buying it. You will never get a used car that is sound I new this buying this one over priced bucket of bolts that will cost me thousands of dollars more to be driveable.

Filled out all paperwork and gave to them instantly they jacked the price up $2500 I wouldn’t deal with these people

The car sales man was very kind and knowledgeable. However the inside of the car was not detailed. It had animal hair and stunk. The owner of this dealership needs to get his stuff together. Start taking care of your inventory so your employees have a chance.

The Dealer sold me a car that stopped running after 8 days. The stereo never worked like they advertised. After several weeks of back and fourth conversation. Dealer offered to pay for a stereo but not the installation. I had to get one from a junkyard myself. I have to install it myself. Had the car inspected by an authorized and certified dealer. The repairs to fix the car to great condition is more than the car is worth. James the salesman was nice, imformative and attentive. However the manager Dan was terrible. AVOID BUYING A CAR FROM HERE. DO NOT BUY THEIR CARS! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND GET AWAY WITH IT!!!!!

Found the truck sitting on a lot that was not open yet called there main lot and everyone was to buisy to come down and show me the truck, they asked me to come to them first what a joke, if you really want to sell something you should do whatever it takes to make yourself available, I left and found a much nicer rig elsewhere.

I could not recommend this dealership. I was there a number of times with printouts from CarGurus website. The cars advertised never seemed available. Once I was told the car sold that morning. I went home and called the dealer and when I asked about the vehicle a salesman said it was available, Once I asked about a vehicle and was told it was sold the day before and when i told the salesman i was there the day before and they didn't have the vehicle then either, he mumbled something not audible and walked off. Three, maybe four times, i asked about a specific vehicles but didn't have a printout and the car in question was not on the lot and the salesmen didn't know what car i was talking about but

I received a phone call telling me that a sales agent will be in touch with me, but no other call ever came.

Could not get around the vehicle. Cars packed on the lot and no chance to drive or even open the door.
