We do not take the lazy way out like most dealers and use AI or auto generated generic descriptions for our vehicles, but with that, humans do make mistakes sometimes and that is what happened in this case. I'm sure you yourself have made an unintentional mistake so for that we are sorry. We do not mean to mislead customers, that is why we make sure humans do our descriptions that look at the vehicle, not just a computer. Again we are sorry about the experience you had.

Nice staff but I found some discrepancies with their in-house inspections of used vehicles. The undercarriage of the truck I was looking at had deteriorated significantly and I pointed out some sloppy welds to the frame that was not factory. There were some missing bolts on the frame that supported the transmission. I also showed a picture of an obvious exhaust leak with a hole in the muffler and corrosion all around the hole. I asked for a video of the underside so I can inspect it from California. The manager told me that if I want to see it then I just have to fly in. The inspection list showed that the exhaust was good when it was clearly not. The staff was friendly but the way they brushed me off when I found out the issues gave me the impression that the company will sell their vehicles dishonestly because not everyone will be willing to do their own verification. I’m not going to dime out the staff that helped me because they were just employed and not the owners.

Patrick, after reviewing your communications with us it is safe to say we were completely transparent with you throughout the entire engagement on our 1990 Toyota Pick Up, a 34 year old truck. Beyond sending the Carfax and inspection report, your salesperson provided numerous videos and photos of the entire truck; including close ups of the undercarriage, cold start up, 4WD etc.. Im rating 3/5 only because I think the business model these guys go by is absurd. They say they are one price no hassle no fee dealer which is great for marketing but unfair to the buyer in my opinion. The car I attempted to make a deal on is about 3-4K more than the average going price even as a prime example. The idea is that they won’t charge you dealer fees etc and the price you see is the price you pay, but this doesn’t account for taxes, licensing which in my case as someone out of state would be about 3k unfortunately. So the idea of paying for something just about 6k more is just unreal. I admit I had made a lower than market value offer hoping for a counter at market but they don’t budge. Good for them, sucks for me. I was really hoping to make a deal with these guys- communication was great and they were nice; all in all just way too overpriced.

They either lied to us about the back-up camera or did not do the research. They told us the camera was aftermarket but after about five minutes on the phone with Audi I learned the camera was factory installed. I felt like I was treated like an idiot from a slimy used car salesman.

That specific vehicle was owned by the cousin of our General Manager, and in fact did NOT have a back up camera from the factory, they installed an aftermarket one themselves, we have facts and proof to prove it. They sent me back an email saying that the car was available for viewing and I should come down and look at it that was it.
Finally a dealership that I don't feel that I am being scammed or pressured into purchasing a car. Everyone on staff was
extremely helpful and friendly. If you are looking to buy a 4Runner I highly suggest giving this place a go. Even if they do
not have the color or type you are looking for let them know what it is you're looking for and they will find it for you for a
good deal. I had the option to buy new or used which was nice to compare the prices. One thing I found really cool about
this place was that they have an in-house shop that once you buy your car you can leave it there and customize whatever it
is you want. Compared to your standard dealership you can really tell that everyone working there has a passion for cars
and is willing to help you find a car you looking for. I would highly suggest giving Urban Motors your business when
purchasing a car, truck, or SUV. Urban Motors 10/10!

I went to look at car they were very nice guys they had a piece of white paper covering a hole in the carpet I like a paper that you work when people put in when they work on a car so they left it there to cover the whole no floor mats in the car and open up the engine hood and it was disgusting dirty outside of the car was very clean though

The dealer states in his web site that he is “transparent”, however,
when I got the vehicle, it had damage due to hail. If I had known that in
the beginning, I would not have bought the Land Cruiser. I live in
California and asked him on the phone did the vehicle have any
damage that was not visible on the photo’s. He stated, “no it did not.” I
took his word for it as the photo’s looked really nice.

Best experience I’ve had buying a car. I’d been looking for several months using CarGurus and a couple of other local sites to the Springs area with a few hiccups along the way. Urban Motors was responsive and I discovered they specialize in cars with "Branded Titles" and salvage titles. When I asked what the issues were about the car I was
considering I received the following (in an all caps email): "Carfax shows structural damage in 2015. previous owner said it was because of roof repair due to hail. But we can't
confirm or guarantee that." The Carfax report has a second 2014 report of "structural damage to the roof and front" so I'm not sure what's up with the car. My current car was
rebuilt from salvage and I bought it at a deeply discounted price. It has served me well with the exception of having to spend a lot of money for maintenance on it in the first
couple of years and that the body is starting to show cracks from the bondo used to smooth over the dents from being rolled. If that's all they can tell me about the car, I'm not
ready to take a chance on another rebuilt vehicle yet. Service records are supposed to improve a vehicle's value but the first thing dealers do is toss them in the trash. If I
knew more about what happened to the car & what the repairs were, I'd consider it.

They responded fast I went in to see the car and no one greeted me when I came in. Finally after being there for over 5 mins and finding the car myself a lady that was in her office came out and asked if anyone had helped me yet. Then a man came over and was helpful but informed me it was just front wheel drive. They are definitely not pushie or high pressure which I like. I feel like they could work on their customer service skills and have a friendlier and welcoming environment. I walked by a gentleman when I first got there and he was sitting at his desk and did not say a word to me. Not sure if I would go there again. It was bad but was not great. The reason I went was because I read their reviews and they were great.

As others stated, there is absolutely no pressure to buy at As-Is Auto. We recently purchased a blue Jetta with a replaced bumper and were worried about a bent frame. When we took the car to Goodyear (a mile down the road and they do a FREE Vehicle Inspection and Alignment check. Very convenient) the second time to actually align the wheels, As-Is' response was "Go ahead, do whatever you need to do". They let us essentially go on a 2 hour test drive and then let us inspect the car on our own for another hour afterwards. When we were ready to make the purchase Dario was available and ready to negotiate. I couldn't be happier with the experience. As long as you do your research on the car (I suggest taking it to Goodyear down on Tremont) and accept the faults in the car, you'll have the same experience.
