The day after I purchased this GL 450 it wouldn't shift from Park to R, N or D. It was a sporadic issue that continued until the following Monday. It was the most aggravating experience I've ever had with a vehicle. At one point I was stranded for four hours while waiting for roadside assistance. I was traveling from the DMV to MI. The dealerships response was as expected - dismissive. I wound up spending $1,000 at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Cary NC to replace the computer module in the steering column. I was assured this was a preexisting problem. I caution any and everyone from doing business with Unlimited Auto.

Was not really helpful. When we came in for a test drive just handed us the key and was like figure it out on your own.

Grate customer service but They need only cash.

They sent the car history like requested I was not interested after that.

Dealers stayed late to accompany my pickup time and made the buying process a breeze. Car was clean and reasonably priced.

My experience with Unlimited Auto Sales has been a nightmare. I purchased the 2007 Mercedes Benz C230. When I arrived at the car lot I told them that I like the car but, it has to able to pass the VA Emissions. They assure me that the car will pass and that the check engine light is not on, he said the car is in great conditions. He said that if it doesn't pass they will fix the problem. Well I decided to trust his words, The light was not on when I test drove the car. So I decided to purchase the car. I drove the car off the lot before I could arrive home with it the car the check engine came on. They turned the check engine light off to show the car to me. I took the car to the Mercedes Benz dealer in Tyson, they told me it was the Manifold and Timing, this what needs to repair. I take the car to them fix the problem, before I could make it back to VA, the light back on. I traveled 6 times or more to this dealership they say they fixed the problem, they didn't. What to do?

Yes. I spoke Trisha, Finance Person and she was super helpful. I even received a follow-up email by a salesperson. I did my due-diligence research on Yelp and BBB but their cars are sold AS-IS. I will definitely keep them in mind, but will view other dealers with at least a 30-day and/or 3 month warranty as I want to purchase a car in less than 1 week with no buyers remorse.

They were friendly. I would never buy from them again. Almost one month after buying the car from them, the car engine has problems. I cannot drive it. Although I thought it was a good deal for a car - it was way too much for only being able to use it for one month. Never again!

Pretty much zero customer service and the sales rep doesn’t even know to talk to customers respectfully.. wanted to see if they can handle shipping for a vehicle and he said “thank god there’s something called google they have everything there”... thank god there’s reviews!! Filled out a credit application on their website and to this day no call or response to provide the status of the application

Dealer responded quickly. Test drive vehicle and transmission was slipping. Didn't buy it.

Dealer was great as far as negotiating price on the car I wanted but was unwilling to allow me to take the car to my mechanic to inspect it so I had to pass on purchase. I would not purchase a car with over 100k miles on it without it being checked out by my trusted mechanic.

I had no problem with Unlimited Auto Sales. They contacted me as I requested and offered me to look at a 2007 Jeep Liberty. I ended up buying the later model. My daughter is impressed and wants the auto.

They were very professional. E Fred really knows his stuff. And the owners are very good. I purchase a 2007 BMW 525i and have only had it for 4days, so far everything is good.

The salesman, Frederick, was really cool and seemed open to give me accurate information, but the sales manager was really rude. I'm a financial analyst, and she had the audacity to berate me about financial policies and ask me, in a rude manner, what I knew about the finance industry. I would have been angrier if it wasn't so funny.

Love my SUV, love the staff. Christian was my funny, hard working and yet no nonsense salesperson and Valerie worked with the finances. She was incredibly sweet. The boss was laid back! The dealership is small and fancy it is not. They leave fancy to extra money that I don't have to fund and to my 2007 SUV that I love now 3 months later. I went to look at a Hyundai Santa Fe but bought an SUV 2 years older, different brand, looks and smells brand new and cost $2,000 less. No playing around with prices either, very straightforward. I don't know how so many different autos of every make and model fit in that space, but they make it work and test drives are allowed w/o a problem. Thank you guys! We live our new baby, drives well and keeps me in luxury.

Didn't really care for the attitude of the sales woman very rude and arrogant.. Clearly she is in the wrong profession. As for the dealership, was very small didn't seem to want to allow us me to test drive the vehicle unless I was purchasing.. Definitely a waste of time.

They advertise in this truck and don't even have it on site I've called twice and visited the dealer and they tell me that the truck is somewhere else I don't to stand why they advertise in the truck that I don't even have on the lot and then then I find out that the truck is that out of the shop being worked on and nobody knows why

No one greeted us and we had to go in and ask to see several cars while two employees say there. Small operation and I don't fault them too much for that.

This dealer sold me a bad car. A Wolkswagen Touareg with a bad shaft and bad left control arm.

The communication was the weakest part of the whole experience. I had to constantly follow up on them and chase them to get any type of information or updates. Besides that, they were very honest from the beginning until the end. They honored the advertised price, the car and mileage was just as advertised. There was a little detail in the car when we ran all possible computers tests on it, which they took care of it and still honored the price. I would definitely recommend them or even buy from them again.

This company and all of the employees worked very hard at getting us a fair deal. They have a large selection and even stayed after hours to close the deal. We love the van that we purchased and would buy from them again.

My dealer Zack was amazing at ensuring everything I needed from Paper work to test drive to even following up with me for my 3 month service. From working in a top tier Hotel, I will say the service here was phonomenal even speaking with Jimmy in sales was pretty natural. Will return and refer A+++

Overall a nice dealer, I just couldn't find what I was looking for. My only neg is when I was on the lot looking for apx 1 hr nobody came over to give me assistance, considering I am a cash buyer looking to buy.

They never contacted me, I contacted them. I requested the CARFAX report, and instead of sending me it, they told me "no accident, no accident". I pressed them for the CARFAX, at which point they told me what their website was (cargurus had this information masked or at the very least I could not find it), and when I looked at the CARFAX report, there was an accident and an airbag deployment on file. That would increase the actual cost of the car to anywhere between 2K and 4K, and simultaneously decrease its overall reliability. 1 out of 5 stars for dishonesty.

The worst car buying experience ever! I hope no ever purchase a vehicle from them. They sold me a defective vehicle with a bad transmission! Every car on the lot had a check engine light on or some other issue! They're not honest they're crooks!!

They have changed their name. They are now Unlimited Auto Sales. The car they sold us had an inspection certificate but the car could not pass a proper inspection. They are doing the minimum to get it to pass now but the transmission might not make for us to pick it up. The car fax they showed us (on his cell phone) did not show the wreck and repair to the front end. I did not do as much as I should have before buying what I thought was a fair deal. This is the last time I will ever use CarGurus and will recommend to everyone I meet to stay away from your dealers.
