Great customer service. Jermaine was dope. Sale manger was cool too. I didn’t know that they don’t have outside financing. If I weren’t with my credit union, I would seriously consider my next purchase from them.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. José Lugo and Johnny Spurlock were very professional and I never felt any pressure to buy. I test drove the van one day, came back the next and the experience was under an hour. Plus the van is great! I highly recommend them.

Very poor experience with this dealership. I spoke to salesperson at about 9:30am regarding a vehicle we were interested in making an offer on. The sales person said they needed to discuss with their manager and would call me back. After not hearing from them, I called back about 12:30PM. The sales person said the manager had not shown up to work yet and did not answer their phone (seemed odd) but would call me back as soon as they were able to talk to the manager. About 4PM, they finally call me back to let me know the vehicle sold. They apparently had someone that they had been working on closing a deal with since 2 days prior and were stringing me along in case that deal fell through. If this dealer is dishonest about something as simple as this, what else will they lie about?

nice place, nice cars, nice staff no thrills. BUT I liked that they allow you to look, choose, and test drive the car you want or interested in and then tells you how and what you'll need to get or qualify for that specific car before they make other Suggestions. Other lots keep the cars locked away run your credit THEN let you select from cars they've chosen for you that they feel you qualify for and its never the car you want.

Friendly and helpful. The test-drive was good. I was sorry the timing didn't work out. I had to leave town before we could make a deal.

Jumped in the car to test drive and the battery was dead. Went and talked to the salesman and the quick-jump machine thing was readily available, which to me, was red flag number one of many. The SUV drove like crap, stearing was very loose, clutch was crazy sticky and even made a loud rattling noise when we hit a small bump. Brought it back and told the salesman about the issues but It'll didnt get the feeling that they cared enough to fix them before selling. It was priced roughly 3k higher than KBB and Edmunds said it should be if it was in pristine condition. This "SUV" was clearly not. As first impressions go, this place seems like a typical small shady dealership. I'm sure that's not the case overall but that was my experience.

Conversation with owner was great. A deal was agreed upon and I bought the vehicle. I have reached out to the owner/dealer after the purchase and never received a call back. Starting to wonder what’s wrong with the car. I have not received delivery as I bought it aight unseen.

Answered my questions right away, No pressure when at the dealership, full service mechanic shop on location willing to answer any questions and service history they had done. Ended up buying a different car at a fair price. Justin in Sales was great to work with and did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. One of a very few dealerships I actually recommend!

Great buying experience. Shaun and Kyle were great, very helpful. Took the car to an independent mechanic for us for a pre purchase inspection. We were able to do almost everything thru email, just had to go in and sign papers. No hassle and good price. Would definitely use them again.
