Salesman was distracted, not very helpful. Car wasn’t even there because it had been taken to the airport by the GM for his trip to LV, Nevada. Salesman brought out his female manager because “she likes to meet all customers.” The whole situation was weird. I ended up leaving and crossing them off my list. The manager called the next day for feedback and it was given. He said he wanted to “make it right” but I wasn’t going back there.

Deserae was my point of contact and she was very nice, helpful and responsive. This dealership adds must buys that increased the car’s value with an out the door price at around 40k, hard pass for me.

The sales person was good but we felt that the general manager was not willing to work with us. After we had come to an agreement with the sales person the general manager undercut him and took away the low jack (700.00) worth in order to accommodate the deal we had already worked out with his representative. The car was a good car and we still got it, but we would not recommend this dealership because of our experience there.

Was very serious about driving out of state to buy a beetle from here! I feel like I’m getting the run around from them now! They wouldn’t do a dealer trade and now seen uninterested in selling to me
A++++ The GM Bob and sales person Cynthia bent over back wards to make sure I got the car I was looking for. They ordered the car from a different state. When it arrived it was inspected and put through their car services. Then Cynthia drove the car over 300 miles to meet us half way between where we were and the dealership. Then they bought us breakfast. Best car buying deal I have ever had. I am very happy and love my new used car

At first when I put in the request about the GLI Autobahn, of course it was a quick responds. I kept asking for information and what finances options they had, all they gave me was useless information. I wanted to trade in my audi gave VIN number after that no communication what so ever. Then I reply again asking if they looked at VIN and see if they want to do the trade or not. Again no responds... :( was really looking forward to buy the GLI but I wont buy from University Mazda
