My sales person was awesome!! I do not know if I can drop her name though. Everything went great after I did a nation wide search for this specific car and found the only one available with everything I was looking to find. She provided an exceptional experience. The only thing I would count off for is I tried to get a little wiggle room of 400.00 to assist with what i wanted my down payment/percentage rate to be and the person over my sales lady (who was awesome!!!) wouldn't budge.

Outstanding buying experience

When they couldn't offer us financing there was no pressure and nothing but friendliness. We came back the next day with financing from our bank and we drove off with our Jetta 30 minutes later. They even helped us find the best deal for our old car.

Dealer contact was quick, communication could have been better. They did get the car from the detail shop on a weekend for me to view. They were not very willing to budge in price in person, and trade in was a little low on KBB. Car was not available but we did come to a preliminary agreement that day. Two days later I emailed I was uncomfortable paying that price - was 1k over KBB and CarGurus. Admittedly I low balled at this point, but in later phone calls stated I wanted fair KBB price for trade in and the new car. Still refused to come down more then the 250 dollars, when even their own documents they provided showed they were 103% market value (almost 1K). They claimed it was fair price for what it was. Less then a week later the price of the car was dropped $500- they never reached back out. Between wanting a premium on a used car, charging for “security features” installed before trade in, and their inflexibility on price - won’t be returning. Car is still listed 2 weeks later.

Terrible experience. They wouldn't let me buy the car and register it in my state of residence which is Florida. They just made up a rule claiming I needed a letter from my employer (Microsoft) stating that I'm in Washington temporarily. I went to another dealer and they even downloaded, filled out, and mailed the forms back to my home DMV along with the tax check and registration fees. I'm not blaming the people that were in the office since they don't make up the rules but it's pretty pathetic that the owners are making up their own rules on how to sell and register cars.

Professional amd courteous customer service representative, However, I was led to believe that the car was in good condition according to the available car fax. When additional photo's were requested it told a different story. Visible body damage to rear was apparent!

Vadim was very helpful. He gave me all of the tools and help needed to help me make my decision. While I did not end up purchasing the car I was interested in, I would recommend the service and experience at University Audi of Lynnwood.

Polite salesmen just overly pushy about "needing to run my credit" when I already had financing. First said the "Patriot act" requires a credit check (which it doesn't) then someone else said "company policy". Polite but they play games, got a better deal elsewhere.

No pics of this vehicle were posted on CG when I initially called on this MDX. Contacted Mark in sales and he verified the interior was black, which was specifically what I was looking for. Made a special trip and drove half an hour on a Sunday to look at this vehicle. Got to the lot and interior color was light grey. Contacted the sales person who I originally spoke with and he denied telling me that interior was black. Hmmm...Lucky for me I had saved all his text messages. It's little things like this that sales people do just to get us in onto the lot. I will not return to this dealership in the future, to look or buy, regardless of the price or vehicle.

I haven't made a purchase yet. But considering the professional treatment I've had there so far I'm looking for an excuse to spend money there!

Went into look at a Tahoe. Drove 40 min to see it after work. Got there and it smelled like a wet dog pissed itself. Something I would have liked to know before driving down.

The dealership let us know that they would keep an eye out for a vehicle that fit what we were looking for and has been following up weekly letting us know that they haven't forgotten about us, but that nothing has yet come in (we are looking for a very specific vehicle). I was incredibly impressed by their follow through and professionalism. If the experience on site is anything like what we have experienced, they would most definitely be recommended!

Very nice experience

I had missed out on a similar vehicle and was checking each day to see if one would become available. This one showed up with no photos and I made contact within an hour. Response came back from dealer that they would send photos as soon as they were available. I contacted them as soon as the photos came out that I wanted the car and tried to set up an appointment to drive it, only to be told that someone else had put a deposit down for right of refusal. I could easily have done this if given the opportunity, so 1-5 for Vadim and Uni's internet department.

Salesperson contacted me right away via email, introduced himself, very professional, offered to meet me anytime to look over the vehicle. I was impressed, and hopefully will do business with this dealership.

vadim at university audi responded back after initial inquiry about the camaro. He was very cordial and pleasant explaining about the car and its background. Felt very comfortable in the process of purchasing/financing of this vehicle after meeting/test drive and making the decision to proceed with purchase after given several finance options to choose from. Vadim emailed several days later to check/follow up on the purchase. Overall, very satisfied with the service and the experience dealing with university audi.

dealer was very pleasant and responsive but the time difference was a problem for communication. unike most other online dealers, there was no direct link to detailed description, full view professional photos and carfax. Or if so, I didn't find it.

We had visited several dealers during the last two weeks and finally found our car at University Audi in Lynnwood, WA. Vadim, our sales representative was prompt to call us and provide all information requested. Our experience with Vadim from the information gathering, through the negotiation and final delivery was very pleasant. The University Audi folks valued our time and made the entire process seamless and quick. When purchasing our next car, this will be our first stop. Five stars for these folks.

i received a text that the car was coming back on the lot at 10am as I had asked, as I had called when the car was on the lot but was told just went to detailer. anyway by the time I received the text and went to go look at it the car was sold. I guess it happens but the circumstances were rather detailed and the manager tried to make me feel better and asked what he could do to make me happy but this is why I usually buy a car from private person...I hate the drama of a car lot mentality of customer service.

Contacted dealer for specific details on this Lexus. Got confirmation that optional equip. I was looking for was on this car.....the good news. The bad news was someone had made a payment to hold the car. I'm "crazy" busy and I had never thought of that. Learned something new. Dealer told me he would follow up if deal fell through. Very courteous and prompt replies.

Went into purchase a 2013 MDX Tech with under 30000 miles they are asking 32999 found a similar vehicle with the tech package black at another dealership and the manager refused to match it because he said there has to be something wrong because they were asking 29999 I find that to be an excuse so I would not purchase a vehicle from here because he was not willing to bargain or come down on price

Although I never purchased from this dealer, very very professional in the form of text messages and communication with me. I mistook the model that they have for the one I was looking for.

I was apprehensive about buying my first new-to-me car after 14 years of driving one that I love and getting the run-around at a lot of little lots around the Sound. I should have come here first! The team made the process much easier. They were patient, honest, and put me under no pressure at all. I also appreciated that they had completely serviced the vehicle! I'm very pleased with my experience and love my "new" Golf TDI!
