Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Wanted to see a car on a weekend, but was told it was 'locked inside the shop' and they couldn't get it off. I had already made a deal on the car, but they insisted I come down and see it first. They stalled me for a few days... then I was notified that the car had been sold out from underneath me! Do NOT trust these people! They lie and tell stories to make you 'feel good' - when the unfortunate truth is - the left hand has no idea what the hell the right hand is doing! Avoid them at ALL COSTS - unless you like experiening heartburn and disappointment!

Wow watch out they tell me the price is $26,000 for their 2017 Hyundai Tucson SE Plus, sunset orange beautiful color I fell in love with the vehicle I called before off hand to make sure the price they told me yes is for $20,575 driving down there was a long drive for me they said come on down we have it the price is still the same on CarGurus and that's the price you get if you come and you like it so I went cuz I like it but when they told me $26, thousand I freaked out got scared how can you do that, salesperson his name (Luis) terrible the way he treated me made me look like a fool Sadly he made me waste my time going down there and changing the price. Rating in a one because I have no other option if they give you the option it will be a zero that lucky they got one.

Bait and switch. Car available at 9PM, next morning at 8AM not. Then comes the slew of emails and texts offering other cars. Also received emails requesting my direct email address because CarGurus masks them.

I was contacted by Madison and Ernest. I’m not sure if they are computers or robots, but their customer service was horrible. I repeatedly asked for a carfax report on the vehicle I was very interested in. And they refused to forward this information and ignored the fact that I even asked for it by sending and resending their “scripted” emails. Very disappointed! I asked for all correspondence to finally stop.

I was told lots of LIES – LIES and More LIES – DO NOT GO HERE – NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!! ***I had an initial agreement via txt w Gabriel Castillo on what the deal would try and be. I drove 270 miles round trip to find out O was passed on to PATRICIA HERNANDEZ & another young man by the name of Ruben who tried and close the deal. * Nobody knew any part of the deal and they all tried to sell me a different car after I continued explained what the deal was via txt. *The car I requested was never available and nobody even knew the sales price. I told them and they still wrote the wrong price trying to close the deal. •Needless to say that the deal of close to &10k out the door difference became 14k. This was very deceiving. I am a Retired Naval Officer, Loyal NISSAN Buyer since 2007, Great Credit Score, Educated and focused on what I wanted and was deceived to drive 2 ½ hours to this place. I WOULD WARN ANY MILITARY shopping to Be aware of their bait and switch-!!

I called to confirm car was available before driving two hours to dealership. When we got there, the car was not there. It had been sent to auction that morning. I had called after noon! Then they wanted me to consider purchasing sight unseen and they would get it back from auction the next day. And they wanted me to pay a higher price than was advertised on carguru. Left very frustrated!

After emailing the internet sales team back and forth, I was assured that it would be worth my time to drive 40 minutes to check out a specific vehicle. They even made an appointment for me. When I got there, the salesman and I walked around the lot looking for the car and couldn't find it. I waited inside so that he could look for it, only to find out that the car was sold the night before. This is unacceptable. I wasted my time and my gas, and I will not make that mistake again.

I found this vehicle for my dad, who is Norman, on the Car Gurus site. I really wanted him to buy it, but he is almost 92 and sort of set in his ways, and will probably replace his 2016 Cadillac XTS with another one. His brother rightfully pointed out that he knows how to use some of the Cadillac's features and he will not have a learning curve with a new car. We test drove a Genesis in Sarasota where the salesman attempted to "high gross" us, even though I told the salesman that I owned two domestic dealerships in the 1980s, i.e., I know the business and am not unsophisticated. Had he not opted to get another Cadillac, we would have driven to Orlando and purchased or leased the vehicle. Universal responded to my inquiry promptly and I appreciate that.

The experience with Nick was great. He is very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicles. However, prices are way higher than with any other dealership. They played with the numbers and came out to be the same as the MSRP. In San Antonio I get $3,500 in discounts between factory and dealership offers. I can get the same vehicle for less than $30K with Lifetime Warranty (bumper to bumper) with no deductible and at no extra charge! 24/7 Roadside Assistance with no deductible, unlimited miles with no deductible and at no extra charge! Free Car Rental while car is in maintenance. Was not pleased with their sales tactics. Trying to sell me an Azera, which is discontinued in the U.S. BTW, listed mileage for the 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0T is incorrect.

What a Discusting experience , for the second time I tried to get a price on a new vehicle , 30 min later they refused as I would not give them my full detailed information , A rude arrogant manager with stupid questions , I am the customer I had a cheque in my pocket ! I wanted a price , (I wanted 2 cars) I went to a Ford dealer 20 min later and was given a out the door price within 3 min ( yes I timed him) Customer service is a O no at this dealer ,
