I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Univseral Auto Group, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with this outstanding dealership. I found a beautiful BMW 745e on CarGurus and contacted Universal about it. Drove four hours, and the car was sitting there waiting when we pulled up. Raj, who I had been in contact with, greeted us and we took the car for a nice test drive on different road conditions. I had also seen an 8 series coupe, and Raj was able to arrange a test drive for that car as well. Ultimately decided on the 7 series hybrid, and we moved onto meet with Jessica to work out the details. She was able to work some magic and get us a really good rate for the current climate, and get us where we wanted to be with extended warranties, and payments! It was a seemless experience, no hidden fees ($500 dealer fee, tags, taxes, and that's IT), and very professional. Would definitely do business with them again!

Dealer was nice and responsive but I wasn't able to test drive the car on my visit initially. There were other vehicles blocking the Porsche and it was disappointing for me because I traveled over 70miles too see and test drive the vehicle. Not sure if I'll pursue this vehicle anymore after finding out that Porsche E-Hybrids are notorious for battery problems. Hope this message helps others with their search.

They responded very quickly with information and a possible solution for one of their vehicles. But I had already reached out to another dealer.

Very responsive but lacking the level of detail specific to mpgs and mpge to support a claim of up to 51 mpgs. All dealers struggle answering this question with technical data.

The location is a little different, they don't have big lot where you see rows of parked cars. The cars are parked in a garage one behind the other. At first we decided to drive away from the location but then I though let's just get down and check, since we drove 45 minutes to get there. I was greeted by Sean (the owner) and everything start to change from there, he treated us like friends and their car collection is nice and the cars are in pretty good condition. This is my 5th car and never had such a smooth and pleasant experience of buying a car. Above all they don't add different type of charges on top of the car price you see online, a very nominal processing fee which is way below the average dealer fee. If you looking to buy a pre-owned car, I would highly recommend visiting Universal Auto Group at least once.

I thought that was impressive when compared to some other dealers They also did not appear to be hiding any fees. And from what I can tell, they didn't have this exorbitant processing fee like some other dealers have which many times includes charges for washing/vacuuming their car to sell to you.

I ended up deciding to look for a gas option instead of electric, but will keep this dealership in mind as an option to purchase from. Salesman has a very difficult job. In one hand he is trying to have customer’s satisfaction and another hand he wants to keep the sale to make their bosses happy. Most of the times those hands are tight but how he gets himself out from those two factors, that takes years of experience. If dealer or finance manager mess something up which happens just about 99% of time, salesman could lose a sales and get a bad reviews. In my case, I look at the bigger picture and I experienced Mr. Peter is very diligent, honest, and absolutely very loyal. He would go above and beyond to help out and keep the purchase in process in very smooth & safe manners. There were few hiccups in my situation but he fixed them. It was my experience with him that I went for a test drive and bought the car. I just hope all dealers/managements/finance people should start thinking like a salesman. I certainly would go back to him for purchases for me and for others.

They have a large inventory of good, clean used cars in a warehouse-like space in and industrial park in Silver Spring, MD. They go out of their way to be kind and helpful, they tend to stick to their asking price, but they offer other services such as financing and extended warranties with good deals -- they are basically providing those as more of a service for your convenience, than a profit center, and it shows, which is a good thing. If you want a beautiful, clean car, at a competitive price then UAG is a good choice.

I have a very enjoyable experience with these guys. From the first time I saw the car posted online. Sean sent me pics before they were posted, which got me interested in the car. I was greeting when I came in with respect. They let me know my options in terms of financing. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get the vechile, but they worked with the bank and was able to get me financed and buy out my present car. after working the numbers and agreeing to a deal, I came in.. all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Fastest car buying transaction EVER. The car was cleaned and detailed. Even got a oil change prior to delivery. And they had the fluids filled and rechecked before I drove off the lot. I was referred to them by my best friend, I will say, it was a great choice. I'd recommend them for your car buying needs. GREAT GROUP OF GUYS!!!!

AMAZING!!!!!!! From the moment I spoke to Peter .their lead sales person , to working with Sean, one the owners, it was an excellent experience. Since I flew in to check out cars , they offered to helped facilitate rides to and from Washington Reagan airport for me. I spent over four hours test driving six different cars , which they were more than happy to do. Never once did I feel pressured to buy from them. Even after I decided that day not to buy any one particular car. Instead I took the night to think about which car I wanted to purchase. The next day I flew back in ,made arrangements to be picked back up and finished the transaction without a hitch. Since I was taking the vehicle out of state immediately I had concerns if I uncovered any issues with my car on my 6 1/2 hour drive home whether this auto group would stand behind my purchase and correct any issues. An issue was found and taken care of immediately! 5 stars for theses guys. Ill be back to buy again for sure.
