Messaged with them for three days and was waiting to hear back about a trade-in value. I told them I wanted this car and would do what I needed to do to hold the car while I waited on the manager to give a trade-in value. Never gave me the option of giving a deposit and told me they wouldn’t let anyone get it. I then found out they sold the car to someone else after they told me this and never let me know. I found out through an automated text from their dealership.

My experience began online. Paul Shah responded extremely quickly with both text and email. He answered several of my questions. The
loan application online was also straightforward and easy. I decided I needed to got to Marietta (about 90 miles from me) and test drive the
vehicle.
Once I got there I was greeted warmly by Paul and showed the vehicle. I wasn't as pleased with it in person as online, so I asked about
other similar vehicles. Nearby was a Lexus 2014 with low mileage. One test drive in this clean used car did it for me. Then it was a matter
of working through the paperwork, all of which took less than 45 minutes. Within two hours of arriving, I had a car to drive home--and one
that I liked at a reasonable price.
Paul and the other member of the team (whose name escapes me now, but it begins with an F) worked very hard to find a way to find
something that I would like. I usually HATE buying a car, but this experience has changed my mind. Thanks, UWM.

Dealer answered after 4 days. Did not answer my question. Only wanted to set appointment.

UWM, was very accommodating and helpful, even stayed late for me to pick up my truck. UWM, did everything
they could to get me in this truck, short of paying for it themselves. Would recommend them to friend's and
family.
