These guys are great! Toan Tran was super nice and very easy to work with. Follow up was great and I would 100% purchase another vehicle from United Imports. Lost of used car dealers have a bad rap and for good reason in most cases! These guys are honest and upfront. Good people to work with.

They made appointment for me to see the car. However, when I come, I had to wait at the road because no one picked me up. Afterwards, the salesman told me the car wasn’t here. AI made appointment, not them. What is such an unprofessional treatment like this. You guys know to respect customers’ time?

We had a terrific experience with Issak at United Imports, who was helpful without being pushy, kind and
patient. I never felt harassed the way that some car dealers can make you feel. He was gentle and
sweet with my teenaged son, understanding that my kid had raised/saved a lot of money towards this
purchase and that buying his first car was a momentous and special occasion for him. I also thought
that their cars were beautiful. Overall, my most positive car buying experience.

Good test drive however finance numbers were way off. I had to trade in my car and put 2000 down just to even possibly get financing and I have a good credit score.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I will look somewhere else.

Lots of inventory but don’t expect to try and wheel and deal they are firm on prices regardless the condition of the vehicle and will say their in house mechanic is certified to work on all models they sell and will not reimburse you for a trip to an actual dealer shop even if it needs work.

After several test drives at different dealerships and hours of searching for a Lexus IS200t, I found a great deal
at United Imports via Car Gurus! When I called to make an appointment, Leo G. answered the phone and
confirmed the car is still there. I came in the next day to look at the car. I wasn't expecting to buy it there and
then but Leo was so helpful in finding the best loan option for me. He explained everything and answered all
my questions. Leo made sure he was transparent and honest. I rarely post Yelp reviews but my experience
was superb especially because I found the exact car I wanted and Leo's customer service was good!

I got joe as my dealer man, great guy but does not

that my 35k car does not have rear view camera, does
not have navigation(this is Mercedes so I think it is a
standard but the previous owner took it with
him),does not have spare key, he told me that the scar

t see it clearly because I think it is like what he said
which is my fault, I thought the car comes with more
options because in the car fax website he put almost
the same exact list with everybody else but just
shorter and put the word “more”,lastly, he didn’t even
refuel my car and I noticed it when it’s less half a
bar,conclusion great buying experience horrible after-
service,plus he didn’t answer my email afterwards... if
you really want to use this dealership,buy the 2 day
return plan... you will not regret it

We visited the dealership 3 times. The first time to check out the car and the second time
to test drive it. Sandra's opening statement was are you really interested because it is
almost christmas and we are busy on the weekends. If you arent buying it yet, please
come back on the weekdays. The third time we came, we waited about an hour for
someone to get us support. Customer service and attitude is terrible.

They are just too busy.
About 6 months ago I drove almost 3 hours to meet with a salesman and when I arrived on time he wasn’t there nor was the car. He showed up 30 minutes later without the car then went to retrieve it bringing back a dirty car with crumbs all over the console. The car had never been cleaned so I left and bought another that I planned to look at after seeing theirs.
Last week I wrote in with questions explaining the issue I had last time and that considering I’m coming from so far away I’d really like to keep things moving Swiftly also considering I have a pre approval and the cash.
The salesman let me know they are very busy on the weekends and the salesman need to go to get the cars and if it’s a credit union I must be sure they will work with them which webdiscovered they would. Then I never heard back from him again just like last time I told the salesman I’d think on it and be back and he never contacted me. Their just too busy period!
After contacting United Imports by email regarding specific details targeting a particular
car, I was asked if I'm really interested in the car as an opening sentence. I certainly was
interested (thus the effort in writing the email), nevertheless choose not to continue the
discussion with this particular dealer based on the above experience.
Very fast reply. The only reason I did not go with that dealer was location. We were on two different coasts.

They were fast to respond and very courteous. Only reasons for 3 stars is they do not negotiate on prices and at least for what I was looking (and what I was finding elsewhere) they were quite a bit high. Then 2 weeks later they lower the price to below what I initially offered. I feel like they wasted my time.

GREAT savings on the car as I compared it to similar cars on the market . However , there’s a huge lack of quality service . The car wasn’t thoroughly cleaned or detailed . The salesperson was attentive while purchasing the car but the close was quick as they rushed to the next customer . A very disappointing experience after purchasing a $40K car.

Arrived to see three cars that were available meeting my description of what I was looking for. Found out once I had dedicated nearly an entire precious weekend day and made the 75 mile drive (one way) to see them that despite being one owner and having a "clean Carfax", two of the three had damage to the rear, one of which was still visible as soon as I walked up to the car. I told them I didn't want to buy a car that had been damaged and wanted to focus on the 1 out of the 3 that hadn't been. I drove the car (which I decided wasn't for me even if it was perfect condition) and it did look very good from the outside and was decent inside, but as soon as I turned the key a message popped up on the dash that the tires needed to be replaced. I asked the sales rep about it and he said that was probably just a setting that needed to be turned off and not to worry about it. Hmmm, really? Upon inspection of the tires, it was clear that the treads were almost gone and the sales rep said that this was just because they are low-profile tires and that's completely normal - sorry, but not the case. When our test drive was over, I walked away glad I was getting out of there. The place felt sleazy and the sales person I dealt with, though nice enough, was unknowledgeable at best, and it sure felt more likely that there wasn't a straight-shooter in the dealership after doing a quick walk through. Would certainly not recommend this place or ever go back.
I had a pleasant experience buying the car. Horacio Lopez was accommodating and pleasant to work with, he took care of everything from showing, test driving the specific car I wanted in the lot and in house financing since they don’t accept the customer outside pre-approved loan financing. All in all I was satisfied with the deal, the price of the car was the lowest I found at the time.

Cars are all in damage , shows no accident , but car has been claimed damaged on carfax! Bunch of scammers! Don't buy
I was hoping that something would work out as I had been looking for this
hard to come by vehicle for some time. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back
from them for a week and a half after giving them the VIN to my trade-in and
to top it off, the post has been removed so, I must assume they sold the
vehicle to someone else after I had been conversing for over three days. Very
disappointed!

They did i guess some test on my car before coming back after 45 minutes telling me again that they cant take the car. Very unpleasant experience. One star is way too much there

Grotesquely rude! Spoke to Tie where I
found out I can't buy or put on hold any
car. They won't sell to anyone if you are
not physically on premise! They won't
hold a car I even offered a deposit they
said no! They don't want to talk to you

Joe has an amazing customer service experience, very knowledgeable and their system to sell cars is hassle free, we love our new car.
Terrible customer service. I called and some female answered the car. Asked few details about the car and she responded. When i said im pre approved and have my own bank loan she said they wont accept it and have to go through only their bank. I said im already pre approved for good apr and she said “then you have to go see some other dealer not us” and now she is in rush to hung up the phone on my face. Do not buy cars from here. Before buying the car they are so rude. Just imagine once you buy the car they wont even care about the customer.
Salesman Samsen is argumentative with his co-workers, high-strung, and
expected me to purchase a car that was buried in the dark corner of a
wharehouse (no lights; he used his cell phone light to try and show me the
vehicle) and without a test drive. When I told him I would absolutely not
purchase a vehicle w/o driving it, we went a few blocks, one exit on the
freeway and back . . . . . .nothing of a test drive. . . . . not to mention the car
felt anemic rather than responsive, and this was a BMW. Both BMWs I
looked at had 2 accidents each on their record. One 2014 BMW had interior
parts that were bubbling and tearing and Samsen shrugged it off as "yeah, I
don't know why, maybe water damage? I've seen that happen in a couple
BMWs" . . . . . . Very low end sales and product. Dealership is dirty and
smells badly. Will never purchase a vehicle here; simple couldn't and
wouldn't trust the quality of car coming out of this dealership.

Great and friendly
Worked with Sandra and she was great. Really no issues. They never responded to my emails, but once I called, she was very friendly, responsive and professional. Would definitely buy from them again. This is a very high volume dealership but their prices were significantly lower than others for similar cars. Prices are firm. They handled all paperwork and I was out of there, with the car, in under 90 minutes including a test drive.

The dealer told me that the car was still under the original warranty 4 years/50k miles. The car is 6 years old and it has about 80k miles. That in itself would seem as though the warranty would be up, so I responded by asking what date the warranty was over, and to that I never got a response. I wouldn't particularly care if it had a warranty or not, because I actually like the car and being used, that's not really a requirement but it seemed as though that was the selling point and the lack of response made it sound sketchy.
Poor customer service here. They force you to use the CUDL system even if you have financing already. It seems they rather make money setting up your financing versus making a sale. If you want a simple transparent process do not buy here. Price on cars is good but horrible service. I do not recommend.

Tie was helpful and patient to help us find the right car at the right price for us.
I had to contact the sales representative because it seems like they were very busy. However they were very accommodating, polite and great customer service upon my arrival. Even the manager's approach was very nice and cordial. I did not feel as if someone was trying to get over on me at any time. They even made suggestions that may have been beneficial for me. They made me feel as if the decision was ultimately up to me Overall, I am very happy with the decision I made because now I have my dream car!

This is not whatnot expected at all. Run down place, car I looked at was gross and dirty and nothing like the pictures. It seemed like they never cleaned it other than brining the trash out. Maybe it just happened to be the car I wanted to look at( BMW 328i with M/Sport). Not to mention the car was priced fairly high considering the shape it was in... dirty, all rims very banged up, inside console was worn, seats in back were missing the plugs for car seats, stains on carpet in back etc.

Vehicle features not as described. The vehicle description shows a "Panoramic Moon Roof." The pictures show otherwise. I called the dealer and asked, if it does, in fact,
have the moon roof option. The dealer's representative said he would check, and said, "No it doesn't." I informed him the listing was incorrect so they could update it. They
have not. Like all car dealers, they work hard to get you "to come down to the dealership," even though the inquiry was digital. Every interaction starts with "When can you
be here?" despite living out of state. Pretty much a waste of time.
The sales person I worked with named "Joe" claims to be the
General Manager and refuses to share the owner's information. He
was so unprofessional, never offered a test drive and told me "Let's
see if your qualify and run some numbers" as if he is doing me a
favor. I never leave reviews, but this GUY is pretty bad. They do
have great cars at good prices but whatever you do, avoid this guy.
After multiple times they finally answered a query I had for the 6 series. i
had made previous inquires but to no avail. When I returned to the website
to look at the car again it was sold or removed from the site ( assumed it
was sold)
I have since looked at their YELP rating and decided they are not worth the
hassle of buying a car from.

We showed up on a Tuesday at 1:15, picked out the car we had seen on line, took a test drive, and were on the road at 3:10 with a new car for us. The value and service we received was quite good, and we would recommend others to go here for an excellent deal and good financing rates and options.

The car buying experience was quick and easy. You should do your
research on the car you want and not a bad idea to get your own
CarFax and AutoCheck done on the car you select. The sales
people are a little over stretched but they will do their best to
accommodate you. If you do your research and buy an extended
warranty (from the manufacturer) and if you can read and
comprehend all the paperwork they give you shouldn't be a problem.
Most of the bad reviews seem to be from people who did not do their
own research and/or had unrealistic expectations of the service they
would get at a Tier 2 dealership. When you are buying a pre-owned
car there is an acceptable ratio of risk. If you don't want to manage
that risk buy a new car.

Parking is hard to find at this location. The car was out of battery so the trip
was unproductive because I could not test drive it. Also they hid the details
about the conditions of the interior of the car. They said they would contact
me after lexus had fixed the battery but I never heard from them after my visit.
I tried for weeks to contact them but when I did finally get ahold of a sales rep he was unresponsive and I asked for a different rep. Same experience with her. They acted as if they did not want my business and after talking to other dealerships their reputation was as negative as my experience. I took my business elsewhere and purchased an amazing car! Do not waste your time. They are known as a "pot luck" dealership. Please do extensive reaserch as they do not allow you to take the car to an independent mechanic and hide important information from potential clients.

I was looking at all the reviews and was hesitant to take my business to this dealership as few had given them poor ratings. First stop, after talking to the salesrep over the phone, I waited for 25 minutes to get a person to help. However, Samson was very courteous and trusted me to take solo test drive. Their prices are very much non-negotiable as they are marked lower than anyone else in the area. Same car with the options that I got was marked an average of 3 K higher that this dealership. Samson was able to prepare all the paperwork and worked out a deal and I was out of the office in about 40 minutes. The car is great and is much better than what I had originally expected. I will recommend this dealer to all my friends who are looking for a good quality car.

I was interested in purchasing a 2014 BMW 3 series from this United
Imports. It seems like they were not interested in selling me a vehicle with
little to no afford. I had to keep contacting them, even when I requested
them to contact me I never heard from them. When I was finally able to talk
to a sale person it seemed as though they didn't care if they wanted to
make a sale or not. I guess they have enough sales they can just brush off
customers whenever they want.

The car wouldn't start. Came back two days later they had to charge the battery still wouldn't start I waited for a call to test drive it. They never called me back.
The car also have a funny smoke smell in it.
So I went elsewhere and bought a car.

Dealer is not upfront on facts and wasted my time. Getting closer to closing the deal and he tells me a 2016 with 6k+mile car has no warranty but when I went to look at the car it had a sign on the windshield that said it had a MFG warranty. I confirmed with GM and car has no warranty for some reason. I will never consider this dealer again. Buyers beware!!!!

They suck!!!!! I had a 2:30 appointment to come n test drive
a car. I drove 2 hrs n got there 10 ahead of time. I walk in
and they tell me they just sold the car. No phone call or
anything to let me know not to drive up. Than they tried and
feed me all this stupid nonsense that they didn't know of I
was
goin to show blah blah blah...
I don't recommend them at ALL and the lady at front is a
TOTALLY RUDE n unprofessional!!!!! Poor customer service
n NEVER did
they acknowledge the fact that they had dropped the ball n
allowed me to drive to test drive a car that they were selling.
THEY SUCK N DESERVE NO STARS they shouldn't even be

5-star experience for me at United Imports. I am purchasing the car out-of-state (car in California, I live in Oregon). The salesman Tie supported and executed my request to have the pre-purchase inspection completed at Stevens Creek BMW, results looked great to me so I had my daughter take a look at the car and pay for the car for me. The United Imports price worked for me so no haggling required. Crazy deal with the State of California- in order to avoid Sales/Use Tax in Cal. the owner can only except delivery out of state- that's right, I have to ship the car to my house to avoid Sales/Use Tax. United Imports is ready to support my needs here as well. We are waiting for the Auto Carrier to arrive as I type this review- Thanks again to Tie and the staff at United Imports.

Didn't seem like they wanted to sell the car at all. I went
there for one specific car they had on their website. When I
asked for a test drive, the sales person wanted to know if I'd
buy the car the very same day. And if that was the case,
then I could have a test drive. I told him that I wanted to get
a feel for the vehicle before thinking about buying it.
According to him, that vehicle drives exactly like a new one
and I could just test drive a similar car at any dealership to
get the exact feel.

Even though the car was ok I got pretty negative experience with the dealership. First of
all they were fighting for every single penny even though there were several cars of the
same model, year and milage on the market for almost the same price at that moment.
So it was not actually something like outstanding deal. The car was almost brand new but
they could not provide for us a second backup key (which costs about 400$ if you order it
separately). It turned out that the car had certain issues with 12V lighters which we were
not said (it turned out that it costed about 500$ to fix it). When people spend about 30K
for the car it's supposed to be at least somehow pleasant shopping experience, but
unfortunately I cannot say so in this case.

Just be careful when you buy do your homework . Check your vehicle
before purchasing it carefully. Once you buy you are out of luck with
getting them to do anything for you, if you have any problems.
