Go in there with great positivity, be Optimistic and I promise you, you will be Rewarded. Starting with AUGGIE, a cutie lol whos so Sweet and so kind (and not pushy at all) making you feel so comfortable that he makes the whole ordeal very enjoyable. To then the Managers: LUIS and the owner SAM; both CLASSY Gentlemen and very accommodating to give you the Best Deal and will do everything in their power to make you happy. Nicole the female receptionist is ever so Kind. The whole team! The whole Car Lot is nice and clean, and organized. Unlike some lots that look like a Junk Yard haha Youll love it here. And you will feel most comfortable. And Yes! I got a new Car. Yay!

Total scam. Luis was very short tempered and got rude very fast. They added on almost $3,000 dollars of hidden fees for things like paint protectant and an anti theft device and thats not including tax! Should have been included with the listing price as it was not optional. Overall your typical dealership, nice faces and smiles but they are really just tryna milk you for all you're worth. The car was also on a completely empty tank when we went to test drive it which just felt very unprofessional. Disappointed because we drove an hour and half just to get duped.

Maria and Luis were great! Maria had the Jeep ready for test drive when we got there and it was
exactly as described. We told them what we wanted and gave them the option of buying our truck. Luis
was able to get the price we wanted for truck. We did have to pay for the theft deterrent but I had
already done my research and knew that even with that, this was a good deal. Everyone was super
nice to work with and Maria even went and got our garage door remote out of the trade-in when we
realized we had forgotten it!

Ended up buying elsewhere but Jonathon was fair, knowledgeable, and honest
Took me 2 email inquiries, a text and then 2 calls to reach someone. nice looking vehicle that I was ready to pay for, although they
mentioned at the end that there was an anti-theft device that needed to be installed and it was a mandatory $4,000 charge on top of the
advertised price. According to the associate it was common practice and he said it was mentioned in the fine print in the description (not
true). Sleazy business practice
These guys are clowns. They are incapable of reaching out to customers who express a
genuine interest in their vehicles. I contacted them through car gurus to negotiate a price and
all I received back was the generic auto generated email response. I sent three emails stating
the vehicle I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Hernando, the alleged sales person,
texted me several days later to ask me what vehicle I was interested in. I told him, "Did you
check your email? All the info is right there." Only to receive the requisite, "No, I'm driving." If
these clowns were serious about selling cars they would at least have the basic courtesy to
reply to customers in a timely manner. Now stay tuned for the dealers response apologizing for
the confusion and dancing around words to cover their tracks. Good luck with that.
Bought a Ford Focus from them and it started having issues the next day. They keep giving me the go around about fixing it and telling me different things. They expect me to drive 2 hours for them to only pay half to fix whatever the issue is. I wouldn’t buy another car here if I had the option. They’re too sketchy.
The dealer we dealt with did not to much but communicated well we made an appointment to test drive the the ford F-150 but before hand we noticed a few things whit the vehicle as sales man drove from across the street from the other parking lot as it was parked I noticed a smell as I checked the inside of the vehicle and how clean it was from the outside it was not. We also checked engine compartment in which it had a coyote V8 5.0 it was cleaner than the inside and the outside of the vehicle as we drove out of the dealer ship I give it some gas and it hesitated it was not cold because as we were looking at the vehicle it was at idle as we took it out on the freeway , as we return to dealer ship the sale man wanted do to the paperwork on the sale of the vehicle as we sat down at that moment I said that I was per approved through my credit union the sales man ask for a deposit a few weeks when by as we came to pickup the vehicle it was dirty and had very little gas but for the price

Drove all the way from San Diego to look at the 2017
Lincoln MKZ Hybrid that they have listed for $20,588. I
test drove the car to a diagnostic center. There I found
out that this car has a pending O2 sensor code which
means the dealership just removed the code without
fixing the problem.Then when I got back, I got treated like
straight crap. I hate being rushed and I hate when a
dealership hides problems and just clear the codes. If
you are looking to buy a vehicle from this place. TAKE IT
TO A DIAGNOSTIC CENTER and have them put it up to a
computer or just never buy a car from this worthless
dealership. And if Saul or anyone got a problem with this
review, you know where to find me.

Hello Andrew, We're sorry to hear about your experience here at UAC. The vehicle you test drove had a code stating there was low voltage to the O2 sensor. This is a result of the battery being dead. Once you jump a vehicle it needs to be driven for about 30-50 miles for all monitors to clear. All of our vehicles pass smog legally, we do not reset codes and none of our cars have mechanical or electrical issues. They agreed to an out the door price trough email. I drove 50 minutes to look at the car and lock the deal down. When I got there they told me they could not do the price they had agreed too during the email. Complete waste of time.

I am extremely pleased with the great customer service that I have received. Not only was the dealership very quick in responding to my request .They were unable to deliver this car to me so they suggested and paid to have a Lyft pick me up from my home and take me to the dealership to pick up my car. I have never received such great customer service from a dealership and I'm thankful for everyone who took part within this transaction. All I had to do was get to the dealership sign the paper work and I was out the door. It was very fast and easy . There was no long wait. Everyone there was courteous, kind and gave excellent customer service. I strongly recommend for new or used car buying services. This is definitely the place you want to go to.

Great experience! their prices really are the best around no wonder they sell cars so fast! called in to see if a subaru was still available luckily it was so I put a deposit on it to hold it and when I went in there was someone there looking at the same one! luckily they saved it for me :) great staff, friendly environment, over all great experience!
Went looking for this car, called ahead to see if they had it they said yes then went and they said it sold. So they said for me to look around and when I asked a simple question I get laughed at. Never again.

Not willing to work with you. APR for tier 1 credit was high and even with high miles wouldn't budge pon price and still wanted almost 400 a month. Didn't show pictures of some of the car detects. Rubber on driver's side door jam is coming off, inside some of the dash has some wear and the passengers inside door frame also showed so wear on it. With all this the car should be cheaper. Sorry but no deal. Read the reviews as well, not a good reputation here.

Hello Nathan, we understand your concern about the payment being almost $400 but that was due to a high APR given to you by carmax making you what they call in the car business "upside down" in your trade. The negative equity in your trade is what caused your payment to be as high as it was.

Luis and unique auto made buying a car so easy. I would definitely go back to them.
I asked a specific question and they wrote me back saying "We see that you have a question" which would have prompted me to re ask the entire question again. They knew I had a question because they replied to it in the most redundant way. Just made me not want to continue with them and move on to any of the other dealers that could actually answer an email properly.
