Basically they told me what I needed to do and obtain to purchase the truck and when i did that they stopped answering the phone for me on their direct line. So I reached out on the main company line and got someone and told them who I had been dealing with and I was placed on hold and then the guy comes to the phone and tells me he will get back to me soon. And a few hours later they text to say they can’t get it approved. I asked if I could put more down and no one responded to me. But the very next day I got approved for the same exact truck with fewer miles on it and over 9,000 dollars more than what they were offering on their truck. The other company discussed options in which was putting more money down. But when I was trying to discuss options with Ultimate Powersports letting them know I could pay for the truck in full but wanted to finance even if i had to put majority down to do so I would do that. But they ignored me. So basically they didn’t want to sell me the truck.

Dropped price slightly when advise cathurus had indicated they were over priced.
Not willing to meet Kelly blue book min trade in value of Honda 2011 Oddysy touring wit 26,000 mi. But in their defense I had not sent vehicle photos. Came within $500 of meeting my out the door price when I discovered they were $1,000 short of meeting the Kelly blue book min trade in value. Agents were courteous but we were just not able to meet the price differences.

Hal was solid, owner is young and arrogant. You
can always tell when a vocabulary is forced and a
dealer owns a car for too much. You donât have to
be so defensive when negotiating, and while
confidence is a good thing there is a fine line. Youâll
either figure it out or go out of business just like all
the rest. Been around this business way to long and
itâs so easy to see behind the facade.

Horrible salesman! Spent over 5 hours trying to
setup a time to check out a car they didnât even
have at the lot. I live 3 miles from the dealership
Test drove the car 2006 BMW M3 at the dealership. The car has a lot of flaws. The interior trim is in bad condition. The door panels are
hanging loose. There are a lot of small dents on the car and a big scratch on the passenger door. The front kidney grille are hanging loose. The
drive was ok but the car won't idle well. There was no preventative work done on this or atleast the dealership does not have a record of the
rod bearing, vanos and subframe maintenance . Overall the asking price is a lot for the condition of this car.

Grate dealer
Literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had
in my life. I saw this wagon for sale and called the
dealership and asked first if they were any den5s
dings or major scratches at all. The answer was no
not at all the car is perfect it is super clean. So I
decided to buy the car. I paid full asking price and
paid for shipping from Arizona to california. When
the car arrived I noticed immediately it had huge
dents all over the car. Upon further inspection, the
car was leaking oil from at least three different
places, had front brakes worn all the way down and
two blown shocks. That's not even the best part, it
was also throwing two different codes and had a
check engine light on. They dropped the car off
without having me sign any paperwork, when I told
him about the issues they said no the car is mine, the
owner even went so for as using foul language and
name calling. In the end he took the car back
but held my money hostage for a $450 fee

Dealer showed me a car fax with data not pertaining to truck I was interested in. Car fax showed truck being black in color while I'm looking at a white truck. Plus the VIN number did not match. He tried to pull a fast one. Lastly, the on-line picture was photo shopped.

Hi Phil, I am sorry for the confusion. Please understand that no one attempted to pull a fast one. Unfortunately we have multiple F250s and F350s in stock. We are all human and mistakes happen. The photos got uploaded to the incorrect stock number which caused this confusion. Please reach back out and we will send you the carfax report to the vehicle you are interested in. Very nice dealer
I really wanted this car. My down payment was a solid $2000. Terrance ran my credit with "in house" financing and came back with an awful deal (17% APR) and said that was the best he could do. I wanted a credit union deal and he wasn't willing to work for it. I wanted that car. I would have increased the down payment to $5000. I eventually did get my credit union deal and Veloster Turbo elsewhere. Beware of "In House" financing.
