The internet manager, Taylor, called me immediately after I contacted them. I then received a call from Dylan, the sales representative. I set up an apt. for the next day and filled out the necessary paper work for a purchase. The service was great and everything went smoothly. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them if they have what I am looking for.

I left 3 messages for a woman named Taylor. I finally talked to her3 days ago and she said she would send me a description and photos of the truck 3 days ago. I haven’t heard from her since. If you could rate 0 stars, that where I would rate HER!

They tried to set up an appointment for me to drive 3 hours to view a vehicle that they sold 3 days prior! I'm so glad I asked them to go physically sit in it while on the phone, otherwise would have wasted a day.

Bait and switch, ran the ad for a sold vehicle. I responded 5 days after it was sold, and that was 2 weeks ago. Ad is STILL LISTING CAR TODAY

I set up an appointment and they sold the car days before i showed up. Never called to let me know. They tried to sell me a more expensive car for 2 hours. Waste of time.

The buying experience was great until we got to the financial officer. He was friendly until I said no to the extended warranty and then he was rude and flippant. He made me feel like I was an idiot for saying no.

Ken was fantastic to work with. He alerted me to some possible mechanical problems with the car before I drove 2 1/2 hours to see it. The best and most amazing thing was that Ken and the dealership quoted me a price that was well below the list price. And they honored their quote. I really trust this dealership. I now have a great used Nissan Quest.

Emailed back and forth, for a week I was unable to get over to see the truck. Keep leading me on they still had it, when I finally got over there, one week later, it had sold. But they never let me know and I drove 1hr20mins to see a truck they sold 2 days before. After I had set up a showing/test drive with them.

We found a car and were ready to buy it. When we went in to sign the final papers the business manager gave us such a hard sell on an extended warranty. We were so turned off by this that we left without buying the car.
