The internet manager, Taylor, called me immediately after I contacted them. I then received a call
from Dylan, the sales representative. I set up an apt. for the next day and filled out the necessary
paper work for a purchase. The service was great and everything went smoothly. I would
definitely purchase another vehicle from them if they have what I am looking for.

They tried to set up an appointment for me to drive 3 hours to view a vehicle that they sold 3 days prior! I'm so glad I asked them to go physically sit in it while on the phone, otherwise would have wasted a day.

The buying experience was great until we got to the financial officer. He was friendly until I said no to the extended warranty and then he was rude and flippant. He made me feel like I was an idiot for saying no.

most amazing thing was that Ken and the dealership quoted me a price that

We found a car and were ready to buy it. When we went in to sign the final papers the business manager gave us such a hard sell on an extended warranty. We were so turned off by this that we left without buying the car.
