Very good experience, however I was mislead on pre-approved financing through this website. When I got to the dealers I was advised that they no longer work with the financing company I was pre-approved for through this site.

Response was very rapid we had some issues with titling because I’m out of state but they help work though the problem to get the job done everyone was very courteous when we went to pick it up very happy with this dealership and our new car

I was very interested in this truck and emailed the dealership. The associate replied but not with my answer. I had to email again to get an
answer. I emailed on Sat. evening about another feature on the truck. When I did not get an answer by late Mon. morning I called and asked
him to call me. Not long after that I received a partial answer to my email. I called later that day again asking him to call me as I wanted to
discuss further, no reply. I emailed the General Manager back late Tuesday from a courtesy email he sent with my concerns and that I would
like to have another sales associate call me as I was very interested in this truck. When I did not get a call Wed. morning I called the GM to
learn he was off on Wed. and the truck had been sold. I did get a call back on Thurs. from the GM. I feel due to lack of information and call
back from the original salesperson I lost out on this truck. Even if the truck was pending I feel a call back was in order.

This was the best sales experience at an automotive dealer I've been through, so far. The truck I was interested in was already prepped & ready for my test drive, and I was driving the truck in less than 10 minutes after arriving. :-) The sales agent, Andy, knew all of the features & options on the truck, and answered all of my questions, with zero sales pressure, and I do mean ZERO pressure! I was already pre-approved for the loan, and my financing went very smoothly. I chose the extended warranty package & insurances with no pressure to upgrade the package. My opinion is that I got the perfect truck I wanted, at a very fair price to the dealer & for me, too. I heartily recommend Uftring Ford for your future car/truck purchases. Tell Andy that Kelly sent you. I don't usually make personal recommendations, but this dealer is an exception. Uftring Ford treated me very respectfully, fairly, and honestly.

Dealership was quick respond. Vehicle description was accurate. Car was clean and ready for test drive when I

I bought the truck. Salesman was sharp. Had to wait around some for the 'closer" to organize the paperwork, (inter-state purchase) but small inconvenience for my perfect truck.

Been in contact with this dealership for a few days about a vehicle. Told them we were driving 3 hours to purchase this said vehicle. They told us it’s in great shape no rust no dents or dings inside was great. Sent us pictures of what was good. Well... no no it isn’t. Back tail gate was full of rust and just painted over. Inside drivers seat was falling apart, scratches all over the vehicle I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Then... the sales boy sent us a email saying thanks for coming in and thanks for letting him be part of our buying experience and let him know if he can further assist us

Had a glitch with the van when I went to pick it up and they took it back in the shop and tried git it fixed quickly. While we were waiting my salesman took me to lunch. Unsure if they had it fixed so they wanted to keep the van to make I didn’t have any problem and sent me home in a new pickup truck and after it was fixed they delivered the van to me 70 miles away from the dealership they were great to deal with and took care of me thanks Tim and Randy

After contacting a sales person, and speaking to him about the truck and my trade, I did not get a call back from my sales person. I texted him and he text back that he was busy and would get back to me. As of this writing, no contact whatsoever from the sales person. I guess that walk in traffic is more important than my business.

The car buying here is quick and easy and the car comes with a 2 year warranty that is amazing! We heard weird sound and the are fixing the problem free of charge! PJ is pretty amazing.

Very good experience regarding 2013 f250 cut. Sales rep was patient and willing to answer all my questions. Though I wasn't able to make a deal, I was treated quite fairly. No complaints.

My overall experience is not that great. I say this because I offered a cash price a few thousand left than priced and the salesperson refused to negotiate at all. She even went as far to tell me I wasted a trip. Good to know. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Howard was straightforward with everything! I can appreciate that in a salesperson.
Here’s Another car dealer that puts lowball prices on phantom vehicles
so customers will contact them the car is not available probably never
for sale or on the lot they said it was sold when I wanted to write a offer
the sales person sent many many emails and phone calls ... total bait
and switch dealership never giving information that I needed and or
required to make a decision

The dealer's communication was very good, responses were quick. The listing was mostly accurate as to the condition of the vehicle. The test drive was helpful, no problem.
They seemed troubled (taxes, plates, paying cash and financing) that we were coming from out of state, not as knowledgeable as the dealership with which we ended up purchasing, which was in-state for us. This dealership would be better for shoppers local to the area. Thanks for the bottles of water on the hot summer day!
