I text about a car sat at 1pm. Never got back to Me. I had to call Tuesday. He said he’d call the next day. He did not. I called again. They said he was off. Finally got a hold of him. Made an appointment to look at this car for that next sat. It has a round crack right in the middle of drivers side window shield. Driving it, when driving, it makes a noise. Got back and popped hood. The motor was moving back and forth. Never seen anything like that. Showed the salesman. He said he didn’t know. He didn’t know about these kinds of cars. He said it was checked with their mechanics. I’ve heard that before though. Needs new tires. Yes miles are great but, something is very wrong with it. It shouldn’t make a noise in drive and engine shouldn’t move like that. When we finally met the salesman, very nice. But of course he’s gonna be. He’s trying to make a sell. If interested in this, make sure you test drive and look at the windshield and tires. Also look under the hood whle in drive

I asked to see dealer invoice price and was told the price was below dealer invoice. I said no it's below mark that I wanted to see dealer invoice price. When I ask for that I was told sorry this vehicle is no longer available. Huh

The vehicle is listed as a crew cab. When I asked for more information there were no pictures yet. When I was sent pictures, and now in the listing it shows it is a SINGLE cab truck. I told this to the contact but still keep getting emials even when I submitted UNSUBSCRIBE.

We live almost 2 hours away and my husband was able to do almost all of the negotiations online and over the phone. We arrived, test drove the truck we liked, signed papers and were on our way! Super fast, friendly service. I'm sure they will be getting our business again in the future!!

My wife and I had a excellent experience with Uebelhor and Sons. Jack was our salesman. We live in Missouri and Jack made everything very easy and seamless. Chris introduced us to Mitch while Jack was out handling something really quick. Mitch walked us to his office and we spent about 5 minutes signing paperwork but the remainder of the time we were talking how a lot of customers that are from out of town purchase vehicles from Uebelhor and Sons which made me feel very proud to do business with them. When we get ready to upgrade to the new Cadillac Escalade we will be getting it from Uebelhor and Sons. Last but not least kudos goes out to Jack for ensuring that my wife and I were very satisfied with our purchase. Hats of to you Jack.

Bought the car great salesman great customer service. Not so good service on the administrative end. Didn't return my phone calls and there were questions about administrative paperwork regarding the deal and what I need to do to get it transferred back to the state I plan to register the vehicle! Nick was amazing!

Felt like the sales person was a little deceptive. The truck wasn’t really what we wanted. Crank windows and the smallest engine available. The windows especially are an issue. Especially since people are used to having power windows in this day and age. My personal analogy is that people didn’t have cell phones 30 years ago but they didn’t know any other way of living. I wouldn’t go without one now. Same thing with the power windows. Dealership seems to be pretty proud of that. A vehicle is only worth what people are willing to pay for it. It is clean and well taken care of. But the lack of options is a downfall. It will make a great vehicle for someone. Just not us.

Brian was my salesman and he was nothing short of awesome! I was an first time buyer he was very patient and professional with me. He even took the time to show me how to work my Bluetooth and set up my Onstar services. He made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered before I left the lot. They replied to my email promptly and I told them I had some questions and Alexander said he'd have a salesman give me a call. I gave him my number and expected to hear from them shortly. That call never came. 5 hours later I find out that the truck had been sold. I'd have appreciated them at least emailing me and letting me know that it'd been sold instead of just leaving me hanging.

This dealer contacted me and kept contacting me. Little too aggressive for my taste, but I suppose that is what their job is. However I felt as though the sales person was new and was being fed lines from a script. It felt insincere.

I had to ask for the Carfax 5 times before receiving it. They didn't want to work with me on the price. They raised the price around tax time and have lowered it a couple of times since.They were unfriendly and the customer service is awful.
