I had to review the carfax to determine the car was a total loss. This information should be presented up front, made me waste a 2 hour drive. When I got there the car was not ready as I was told, had to wait 30 mins for them to get it from another location

The car I went to see they said was not available and sold me a different car. That car broke down within 10 miles of leaving the dealership. They said they could not help. Buyer beware!

Really grungy spot. Vehicle was in decent shape but they marked it up another 20% out the door and claimed theyre a no haggle dealership.
its a used car lot, and its a dump, and they wanted way too much and werent willing to haggle. Wild experience.

Buyers beware! Price of vehicle
we bought was advertised at
$19,741when we signed the
papers to buy vehicle they
changed the sale price to
$21,936 and didn't tell us. Also
they made us sign all the
paperwork for the vehicle on
our cell phone that was
emailed to us. So we wouldn't
see that price change on the
paper work. I guess we should
have caught the error but we
overlooked it. It's a shame that
a company would let there
employees do that to a good
customer. If you do business
with them you better look at
the contract very carefully
before you sign it.

Great communication, ad was a bit misleading. They have a charge Not disclosed on Car Gurus so you have a reconditioning charge I believe should be included in price. That changes from great deal to a good deal.
So be ready for a few extra charges, but I got the car I was looking for and a price I feel was a fair deal overall. Kayla my sales associate, she was easy to work with and a great communicator. Very professional and helpful throughout the process.

I was helping my daughter, a recent college grad to buy her first car and Forte EX was a good deal. I was pre-approved and was going to be the cosigner. I knew someone was off when the sales rep mentioned that sometimes the Banks add additional fees, which is not factual, but I knew that some shady dealers do that. And true form they mentioned since my daughter was added to the loan, they said the Bank wanted to increase the purchase price by 2K. Long story short the the rudest finance manager said that if I did not like it, I did not have to do business with them, so I obliged, but not without sternly expressing my concerns. Stay away from this scam of a dealership. I also followed up with my Bank and they confirmed that it not a policy to raise vehicle prices. Case in point!
Salesman Blake and Manager Rickey were very inattentive to me in my attempt to patronize their dealership. I live an hour away and attempted business through phone calls,texts and emails. Despite several efforts and methods to get updates they both completely ignored me. I was offended and felt as though they gave attention to other customers they had a different “skin color” than mind. I looked forward to working with them but upon receiving my driver’s license with of course my picture that’s when communication seized. If the these two are a representation of the Car Lot I would strongly suggest that WE take OUR business elsewhere.
My experience wasn’t the best, after I had an appointment with Brandon to see the car I found out my myself that the car had been sold. No courtesy call or nothing. I almost did an 1 an a half drive. I understand business is business but at least try to give a heads-up so you don't make other people waste their time.
I would not recommend this dealer to anybody. I went there to purchase a vehicle and when I was 2 pages into signing the approved loan paper work they sold the truck to a guy that showed up 4 hours after me. The reason I was there so long is because the truck I was buying ran out of fuel on the initial test drive and the truck needed new batteries before they could get me out for the test drive. So after waiting for batteries and waiting on the side of the road to be picked up and waiting for the truck to get fuel put in it and arrive back at the dealership I finally got my test drive and told them I’d take the truck, then they sold it as I was literally signing the loan papers to a guy that showed up at 5 pm and had a great problem free test drive thanks to me and my patience only to be sold right out from under me. These people are beyond lacking any kind of customer appreciation whatsoever. Go at your own risk. They are despicable and don’t deserve anyone’s business… 0 STARS
Price listed was “wholesale price” so after my credit was ran I was told the “car price” was almost $3k more. Could’ve told me that before my credit was ran. Also tried to give a high APR rate and the next day gotta call from another salesman admitting that I was offered a crap deal and he wanted to rework the negotiation. Stay away from this place

Absolutely thrilled to be in one of my dream cars for a good price and write up a contract with someone that actually wants me to be happy and have what I want. They have supercars, hypercars, customs of each and they never act like someone buying something humble isn’t worth their time. I’m considering them and especially their man Diego first and foremost.
Went to actually test drive a sonata to see if it runs properly and to get it checked out to actually BUY IN FULL CASH! After! Getting two text messages from Abel Avila letting me know the car was in stock, I also called just to make sure! After the text messages that were sent Before going! when I made it there the same day with in 30 mins, one of the nicer employees placed me in a waiting room, after he noticed Abel did not show up for 20 mins he informed me he was helping two other customers and if Abel does not show he would be happy to help (I hate I forgot his name but thank you sir!) after another 15?mins Abel decided to show.. just to tell me and show on the computer the car had a pending sale and decided to leave me there to make sure if the car was actually there are still pending sale, I’m pretty sure it does not take 20 mins jus to check if a car is sold or not! After 20 mins of waiting and mind you it was getting close to closing time he never showed waste of my day!

By far, one of the most unprofessional dealerships I've dealt with.
Without getting too far into the weeds, I'll just say that I'm in Austin, and I
texted and spoke with a salesperson Saturday through Monday about a
Tundra. I made it very clear I wanted to buy it, and asked multiple times to
start the contract. The salesperson confirmed we could do that, but kept
putting me off because "it was with the mechanic."
After multiple follow ups from me, he said it was done... and that it was sold!
I was in Austin, with a rental car waiting for them to tell me it was actually
available, and then they sold it without so much as a head's up or apology.
Just blatant incompetence...
The customer service is great. I was greeted as soon as I entered the building, and the wait time to see someone was less than 3 minutes. My salesperson, Pylyp, was very nice and informative about the car and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Auto Boutique to my friends and family! Give them a try!
Extremely knowledgeable and open to negotiate prices. The entire staff is extremely kind. Their facility is prestine and inviting. The vehicle I purchased is exactly what I was looking for. This establishment was exactly what I would expect from a dealership that I would love to return to time and time again. texting me so he laughed at me!!! So I told him to never contact me again - instead, he spent the next two
days harassing me by text despite me telling him 3 more times to stop contacting me!!!! I had to escalate this
to his management and they ended up firing him - this entire episode was ridiculous!!! I would never ever deal
with this garbage organization again for having employees that think it's OK to harass the customers!!!!!!!

Even tho I asked about the car for about a month to be told it "wasn't ready" and "somebody would reach out to me when it was", nobody ever did and it was sold despite all the bs. ♂️ Also, on a visit to view some of the cars everyone seemed too busy to want to get out of there to show me anything. My sister and I were looking for cars so their loss I guess. Emilio did eventually reach out to me and was very communicative but I still lost the deal. Work with Emilio if you can.

This dealership is extremely unorganized. Two different sales reps said they would call me back and didn't. And when I showed up in person the vehicle was still in the shop that no one bothered to tell me. When I showed up a second time the appraiser was gone and couldn't evaluate my trade-in. And the vehicle was riddled with defective aftermarket parts and half-effort bandaid fixes. When I tried calling a manager the lady wouldn't transfer me but said the manager would call me back, which no one ever did.

There are a two n of xkr s on the net and I think there is a better deal to be made . I think the car is worth 18,000 not the 22 they ask

Not your typical dealership, want you to apply on a random computer in a room with 20 other people that anybody has access to the computers. was working on a deal on a vehicle when the sales person asked me for the keys and then went and showed someone else the vehicle in the middle of me purchasing it and being there for two hours so I left without buying.
Bought a $30k truck unseen except for the excellent photos that missed all the flaws.
Paid them $1400 delivery to lower Alabama. Delivery was a week past what they said AND I had to meet the broken down car hauler on the shoulder of the interstate 30 miles away. No manager would speak to me about this and zero refund for my troubles.
No spare tire. No jack/ tire change kit. 1 truck key. No toolbox key. 2 cracked tail lights - they had told me of one. Bent steering wheel. Full tears in the bed - I’m talking daylight showing thru. I could go on but the point here is for you to know that their excellent photographer missed all this.
And nothing from their management.
They got me but I hope this review will caution you to 2nd guess dealing with them. Too many other deals out there.
Have reached out multiple times regarding trading my car in. They will respond via text asking a question and when you answer no response for days at a time. I still haven’t really gotten any answers regarding trading my car.
I’m bummed because I have heard great things about this dealership & that hasn’t been my experience at all.

Drove 45 mins to see the car and even called to see if it was available, which I was told it was. Once I arrived the car was in the shop and not available, wasted time. Then one of the salesman Brandon gives me his card told me to call him the next day for an update call the numbers on the card and both were busy or straight to VM. Not a good experience here.
So far Houston Direct Auto did reach out to me after I emailed them I spoke to salesman Emanuel Ponce and he answered all my questions and gave me a virtual walk around of the car since I'm out of town once he did that and explained everything to me oh also about the motor he started the car everything and again I'm being a trusting Soul because I buy some of my cars online I'm counting on him that he told me the truth that the car is in excellent condition as far as the motor and and the shell of it I then decided to buy the car and signed all the paperwork and everything and he promptly mailed me the ones I have to sign the rest I docusigned on online so now I'm waiting for them to receive the paperwork back and then they're supposed to ship it to me I will keep everybody posted about this how long they take to ship and when I got my car

The individual that contact me was very polite professional and courteous I did not buy because I did research with motor trend and road track magazine and all the other ones and they said they strongly do not recommend the Nissan diesel It's a complete flop they stopped making the engine 2 years ago and we're talking lots of campaign recalls and a lot of sitting on the side of the road 5,500 worth of repairs in the first 3 months of road testing it with motor trend magazine this thing's a piece of junk thank God I dodged this bullet I did the research on it the day before I went in to take a look at this vehicle so unfortunately hell no on the Nissan Diesel that thing should be sent to wholesale but the salesperson was very polite professional and courteous so I have nothing bad to say about this agency other than the fact they should have done their research before putting this piece of s*** into their inventory and making a very angry customer only to have themselves on the side of

I spent the day with Jorge. He is the best and was so patient with all the red tape from my credit union. But he got it done for me and I can't thank him enough. Heck we closed the place but he made sure I got the car that I wanted. Thank you Jorge.
I purchased a Tesla model S and when I received it it came with damage during the delivery process which the dealership took responsibility for but the problem comes only 3 days after I received the car. Parked the 3 days and the battery completely failed. The car is not drivable what so ever. They sold me an electrically totaled Tesla. I have made efforts to keep the integrity of this place of business but they will not take the car back or pay for the repairs. The service manager CJ won’t let anyone go pass him to speak to Amin the GM. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST.
Jorge was very helpful and prompt. We made a deal and I had to go out town during the process. He stayed in constant communication and made sure the car didn't get sold before I came back. When I returned, he helped expedite the paperwork digitally to and from my credit union and had the car ready for pick up.

Great Experience from Josh and Nathaniel in Finance. The actually accept the Car Guru Westlake Financial preapproval. They accepted the preapproval application via phone and car was ready to go same as preapproval when arrived for the test drive. Easy turnkey experience no time wasted, they even booked a uber to pick up family member to drive my other car home.. Best car buying experience ever and easily one of the best days of my life this year. Thx Guys!

I went to go look at this car and was going to purchase it. Although when i got there it took 20minutes minimum for the person that was going to help us to even get the car because she was selling like other 3 cars which is ridiculous all at once, two the person that attended us wasn’t much helpful she really didn’t know how to explain , three for my credit score which was 740 the rate was 12% and payments of 468 for 72months which is highly outrageous. Not recommend to go

said she would get the info I was requesting and could do a walk around. She was very pleasant, however I never heard back from them
again. I thought perhaps they had just sold the car .but it is still available.

Sales person was very friendly and helpful but I decided that the car had a few too many problems and things I didn’t like for the price they were asking. The price listed for the 1995 Acura Integra I looked at was $7,791.00 and they completely refused to negotiate, told me that the price was lower than the market. Kelly Blue Book values the same car (private party value) at $4,000 in excellent condition based on current market conditions, so what gives? The car itself was nice for its age but there seemed to be some underlying issues that I wouldn’t have liked having to deal with after paying over $8K for the car.
I ended up buying a different car from this dealer and will never do business with them again. Did an online buy and the car was delivered nothing like the pictures. Broken passenger mirror. Hole in the taillight. Oil stains all over the interior carpet. Window seal disintegrated. Abel the sales guy acted like it was immaculate when he “inspected” it. I’d of been embarrassed to sell something in that condition.

UNETHICAL they sold the vehicle after businesses hours despite me putting a $850.00 cash deposit and having a signed Buyers Order issued by Houston Direct Auto which reflected the $850 cash deposit plus an additional $5,150.00 (cashiers check only no business or personal checks allowed) and they sold the 2019 Ford F-250 to someone else after closing hours the night before I was to bring a cashiers check for the remaining balance. The finance manager, Kayla Fernandez, said that the Buyers Order not a binding agreement and business is done on a first come first served basis. They ran a hard check on my credit which will last for 2 years on my credit report. Will have to take another hit on my credit report to purchase another vehicle. I was in contact with Keven and Derek both sales representative the entire time but Jose sold the vehicle anyway. Kayla was extremely rude and offered nothing to address the situation. Beware of the bait and switch tactic they practice.

They are selling cars with major problems!!! The salesman Emilio went on the test drive with us and we only went a few blocks and back to the dealership on Jeanetta St. I did purchase there car, left the dealership about 7:30 p.m. on the way home then oil light came on, no volume at all. Brought them car back the very next morning. Emilio world never call me are their my call. They kept $700 of my deposit!! Several people were coming to the shop where they told her to go with similar issues with cats they had just purchased. They are RIP OFFS!!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!

Wasted my time for a week and had me drive 700 miles to purchase a vehicle with money in hand. They had sold it and lied to me about everything. Do not recommend them AT ALL!!!!
They quoted me a down payment based on my credit? But would not tell me what my monthly payment would be? I also contacted them after
hours & I spoke to someone and they tried to talk me into a different vehicle? I also was pre-Qualified prior to contacting them & Houston
Direct Auto told me that I was declined by that pre-qualification company? I found out by investigating this that this information was not true! I
was still pre-qualified. Houston Direct Auto just wanted me to use there inhouse financing so they could make more money off my purchase. I

I signed the agreement and drove the car for 3 miles. It started showing below error messages, its auto-braking by itself while driving at low
speeds, issues are listed below.
Issues with the car:
1) Hill Descent Malfunction
2)ABS( Antil-Lock Braking System) Failure
3) Traction control Failure.
4) Car breaking by itself for no reason in the middle of the road.
It's been more than a week no one has followed-up with me regarding the status of the car, I need to follow-up with you guys. Finally today
Bob I have no idea who the heck is this guy reaching out to me and forcing me to buy the car which has a lot of issues and doesn't want to
return the deposit. I asked him to send the car to the Audi dealer and run a complete diagnostics of the car, send me the complete report
which he asked me to pay for, I am ready to pay but if we find the issues with the car he is not ready to fix the car and keep repeating the
same thing. I trusted these guys, flew all the way from SanDiego.
Car showed being available then when I call they said it was pending sale and then told me it sold! Yet it’s still listed as being available!!! SMH I went through credit check and all the details just to be told at last minute it had just sold and here it is STILL listed!!! Terrible service.

and answers etc. . I drove straight to TDECU and two more hours there it was all done . I think everyone did all they could to help me and

I called and spoke to a salesman and he said he would go to the Tahoe right away and take more exterior and interior pictures for us. I told him we don't live in that area so he would be our eyes. He confirmed my phone number and said he would get right back to me. Never heard back from him. This is the 2nd time this has happened so we will no longer contact them about any of their vehicles.

I called to see if the car was still available and they said yes. I told them i was two hours away and was on my way. Shame on me for not reading the reviews. I arrived and the car “just sold”. They were so clearly lying. Two hours there, two hours back. Absolute scum.
Extremely deceptive sales tactics. My issue was with finance dept. I came in pre approved. As soon as they got the actual approval from lender they tried to throw in add-ons and bumped the terms up to 72 months to try and reduce the sticker shock. speaking in monthly payment terms. I declined add-ons, and requested my loan go back to 36 month like I had asked for. After having paid insurance premium. they tell me the final payment.. $200 more than what I was quoted. They claimed the lender pre approval was off from actual approval.but it wasn’t. The interest rate was the exact same as my pre approval. So I asked to see the break down,They increased the price by $3000 and tried to hide it blaming the lender. when I pointed it out, they said “that’s the cash price” but nowhere did it say in the ad “cash price”. The advertised price was mentioned twice prior to receiving my approval. Never during that time did they feel the need to claim it was just a cash price. I did bit buy.
Horrible salesperson Raymond. I made contact 5 days in advance with an exact time I would be there. The vehicle wasn’t ready, the vehicle was falling apart. Ethically I wouldn’t be able to sell a vehicle in that condition. I had told this dealership I was ready to buy if the vehicle was ready when I got there, it was not. Raymond answered a phone call during the test drive and was making plans for after work and arguing about work place drama. Overall my experience was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from this dealer, I wrote a longer review that is much more detailed, but exceeded the limit allowed by car gurus. I bought elsewhere for $4,000 more 45 minutes after I left their dealership. It was a waste of my time.

We bought a different Camaro from this dealer on Saturday as a graduation present for our son. We had trouble at closing because we weren’t told to bring a cashiers check at closing for the down payment since we are financing the car. We used Zelle and had a hard time getting the transaction approved. Otherwise, we had a good experience. I would use this dealer again, but just be more prepared at closing. The car is nice, reasonably priced, and I feel like we got a good deal on it. Our son is very happy!

Person I spoke to was rude. The car was not at the location to which I was sent.
Absolute crushing letdown. Was all set to purchase, no financing. Dealer said, " we will call you back ", no call. Called again, wanted to leave deposit to hold car. Dealer response, " that wouldn't be wise, deposit is non refundable." Called again, let's get shipping quote. Dealer sends shipping quote. Still ready to purchase, Called several numbers at Dealer. Left message with Dealer. Even asked, you don't want to sell me this car do you?
Turns out the salesmanship supervisor sold the car. Most likely string me along for backup plan. Very crafty Dealer. So very, very bad business.

No where on the advertisement OR in our communication was it reference to a almost $500 mechanical checkout fee, OR that the price on here was a cash only price. We obviously didn't buy the car. did you go?" from Isaac Miranda, when I've been sending inquiries for this truck for days. Never get an actual response back. No wonder

i gave this deal 2 stars simply because he did reach out via text message. I informed him that I
have too many questions for messaging, and only was it then that he called. Also he answered
my questions as if he were annoyed and in a matter of fact tone. As if the questions which I
asked I should have already known the answer to. Although I absolutely love the vehicle, I was
NOT impressed and chose NOT to deal with that particular dealer.

Secondly, They wouldn’t guarantee the service for at least 30 days. It was not a professional experience with the the staff. Not accommodating. I will not go there again

The car was very nice on view. Took it to my mechanic to have it checked out, the notifications that are supposed to come on to let you know what services are due with vehicle were, somehow, turned off. Not saying HDA turned them off, but they were only revealed when my mechanic did a diagnostic inspection of the vehicle. There were several issues, including the transmission, a/c and airbags. But I loved that car. Wish it could have turned out different and I could have purchased it. The Salesman, Reymond, was very helpful. Just couldn't complete the deal. He advised me that they would fix what was wrong , but never called me back, I contacted him, then the next day after that, he stated someone bought the vehicle cash. Maybe they fixed the issues?.

Spoke with two different reps from this dealer. Sometimes unreliable or late communications. They accidentally sent me part of someone else’s purchase offer. They just seem uncaring or busy or sloppy.
I got pulled over by a cop during a test drive because the vehicle did not have a license plate.
There was a $2000 “add on” charge on the purchase offer I received, supposedly from the financing lender for warranty, but why was it never mentioned until I had the offer in writing? Supposedly it’s optional but I never heard back from them for an updated offer without the $2000 fee. I would generally avoid this dealer unless they have a great deal and you can get it independently inspected to be in good condition.

Drove an hour and a half to the address listed then was told to go to another location where the vehicle was being sold. Called and was later told the vehicle was in maintenance and could not be seen but that they could show me other vehicles.
Although I didn’t buy this car I ended up purchasing a 2017 Chevy Malibu because it was newer and I’m in love with my car..Houston direct auto was amazing especially my sales person he did everything now he was supposed to..would recommend them to anyone their process is fast.thank you Houston Direct Auto

I have being purchasing vehicles for the last 20 years. This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever been to. It is ONLY ONE salesman with over 5 different couples wait outside in the 98 degree heat. To test drive the car, the salesman has to ride with you.... So you can expect to wait HOURS TO BE ABLE TO GET A TEST DRIVE. If it wasn’t for this particular vehicle I would have been left this place.......

Really they just didn’t want to allow me to finance through my bank instead of just telling the truth & saying that they let me drive there, waste my time & money for gas, then just lied and said it was sold!!

Horrible experience and scammed out of $1000. I went to purchase a reasonably priced vehicle. While during the paperwork another salesmen asked for the keys to show another buyer the car. My salesperson quickly suggested I put a down payment of $1000 to hold the car. I did. Then after financing the price of the car nearly doubled with a crazy apr of 18%. I was told to refinance after a year(crazy right). Also the so-called owner kept asking me to put more money down on the car. I left since the car was now on hold to check other dealerships offers and compare. Not ONE had even close to the $7000 price markup and 18%apr I received at Houston direct auto. I felt scammed and taken advantage of. I also could not get my $1000 returned. Please avoid this dealership at all costs!!! You’ve been warned...
To add to my dissatisfaction with Houston direct auto... I learned today when I went to change a tire that the rims on the truck had wheel locks and not only did they not provide the “lock key”, they didn’t tell me about the locks. If I’d had a flat on the road, I would have had. I way to change the tire! That is a safety risk, but they don’t apparently care about that. I’ve had to spend 100s of dollars fixing or replacing parts like this that they never disclosed. I had to get a remote entry fob since they are too lazy to get that done before trying to sell the vehicle. Now the tire issue??? Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

Had a nice down payment with almost a 600 beacon score and couldn’t get head mngr in charge on phone to help me get the deal done. Emails sent im someone that prefers a phone call ! They dropped the ball with me on this sale. Salesman and sales manager both could have tried a little harder to get me down to the dealer ship to try and make the deal happen. I was not impressed with these guys over there, theres a million car dealerships all over town i dont need them! They need me and this sale to add to there monthly quota! Oh well ..

This dealership is absolutely mediocre. With all due respect to the salesman I dealt with on the phone, the rest were nothing but a bunch of scam artists. They were trying to hike the prices on a car that has some years on it but it wasn't an expensive car at all. I didn't have good credit either but that doesn't matter at all. I'm from NY and here any dealership even the lowest end of dealerships will accept you into financing a car any day of the year! These phonies were trying to play me to pay $5k down on a 2003 Merc E55 AMG (that is still on market right now, 2019) that was going for sale at pretty much $10k. That's not fair at all and is a terrible deal for financing. I didn't have all the funds and the rates of paying were going to be too high as well. The financial team are nothing but crooks at this dealership. In any dealership they have an agenda and it is to get their money but not this way. This place is a joke. I highly recommend you do not ever deal with these people!

previous Porsche owner, I was very interested in how
the price was derived. My main concern was if the car
had a clean car fax (the price seemed too low). The
car did sell for the price advertised and hopefully will

Not very impressed with the uninterested salesman. They had a large inventory so I was able to see other cars because I wasn’t impressed with the car I went to see. I would recommend going to the location but the salesman I dealt with was not very accommodating. He seemed uninterested and was on his phone having personal conversations while I inspected the vehicles and needed info.
They gave me a hard time about test driving the car even when my intention was to pay cash. They labeled the car incorrectly and said it was manual but was automatic. The car which I had an appointment to go see was not detailed or really all that clean. I've never gone to a test drive that was setup in advance in which the car was not at least spot cleaned and wiped down. Finally maybe it was just an off day but the customer service was pretty meh. I'm only giving 2 stars and not 1 because there was one individual there that had a nice conversation with me about a Corvette Z06

I would very seriously warn anyone considering a car from this dealership to reconsider and go elsewhere. We put down a very large sum of money on a car and only owned it for two hours before the check engine light came on. Less than 72 hours later, the car’s front had dropped to the ground, and since Tuesday morning, we have been without a vehicle and no one has contacted us regarding the issue. When trying to find a fair solution, they will only tell us they will not refund our money even though they sold us a vehicle that is not in driving condition. I do not believe this dealership is honest and does not care about taking money from someone for a service they did not provide. Please save yourself a headache, and the incredible disappointment we have felt as we are out of the payment we gave and do not even have a car in our possession.

We test drove the Saturn and while it was in great shape was just tooooooo small and cramped for us. The salesman was great and didn't try to pressure us into something else. We found a Mustang GT elsewhere better suited to our needs. Can't say enough good about the lack of pressure!

I'm not happy.. We drove 2 hours to the dealership only to find out that the vehicle in the picture was completely different from the vehicle that they showed us..
1. Either it's a different vehicle or it's highly photoshopped. The body/paint looked MUCH worse than the pics indicated.
2. The backup camera didn't work.
3. The picture of the dash shows a touch screen that was not in the vehicle. Either the pic was from another vehicle or they took the screen out after the pic.
4. The seals on the door and panel beside the door was coming off.
.... there was more but you get the point.

Everyone there are amateur salesman they sent me to look for this truck upon arrival then when I got back and didn’t see it sales man said I should’ve called before going. When I was leaving the dealer sales man did not even ask my name or get a number down to call me when vehicle was back at shop, he told me to call him. I got a truck somewhere else and nothing compared to this place. Waste of a 45 min drive
I scheduled a test drive 3 days in advance from Kentucky. I confirmed the schedule the night before the test drive via text message. I sent my driver to Houston to test the car and pay for it.
When my driver arrived, the car was not at Houston Direct Auto. It was broken at a repair center. No call or reschedule from Houston. The car had been broken the entire time I was looking at it from Kentucky.
These guys wasted my time, gas, and money. Typical used car salesmen. Careful...

Never responded, so I went to the dealership and honestly it seemed as if the sales person I was trying to work with just started. He couldn’t answer simple questions & tried to rush me into something without even explaining.
I've wanted to buy or at least discuss purchasing this vehicle for 3 weeks now I received a generic email from a salesperson and responded to that person by saying I'm not in a position to make it to Houston for test drive which is why I sent someone there that's already done it I was ready to discuss making a deal as I have done in the past using car guru's groove successfully and still have the vehicle that I purchased all the way in clear lake. Everything was done over the phone the salesperson did everything they could to make sure that when I arrived and color link I was there for 2 hours picked up the car drove back to Austin all the plenary work had been done they gave me a great deal I had all my ducks in a row and it was done in this case I have not received one phone call back from the salesperson at all even though in my message I let him know I wanted the car I've already had a test driven by someone that I respect so this would have been slam dunk as long a final number

I wish I could give Texas ATV outlet and Christian more than 5 stars. We needed to find a truck for my son. I hated car shopping until we
found Texas ATV outlets. Christian was amazing!! He was completely open and answered all of our questions about the truck. His goal was
for us to know everything about the truck so there would be no surprises after the sale. Not only did he give us a good deal but then he went
above and beyond after we bought the truck. He allowed us to store the truck for a month at no charge. We wanted some additional things
done to the vehicle so he helped us find people that could do it and then even helped shuttle the truck to have the work done.
Next time we are in the market for a vehicle we will definitely go to Christian first!

It was not a good experience for me. I arrived at the dealership to test drive the vehicle and the car wouldn’t start after the salesperson just pulled in with it. After several minutes of charging the car the salesperson Rony tells me he gave me the wrong key and unsuccessfully tries to start the car again. Rony and another member from their team desperately try to get the car running because I was informed there was someone that was already preapproved for the car coming. I was then offered to look at some others cars to which I declined.

Our experience with houston auto direct was horrible they never returned any of my texts like they said they would and on top of tgat they had me run my credit and get a co signer on a car that had already been sold which dropped my credit score i will never use them and recommended you dont either. And on top of that carlos text my girlfriend after she said that it was a waist of time since the car was sold he replied that he would be glad to waist our time again which was totally unprofessional

I contacted the dealer asking for more information on a vehicle. A salesman responded via text message to tell me the total cost after taxes and fees.
I then asked if the tires (which were bald) could be replaced, and if so I’d be very interested in the vehicle.
Instead of responding yes or no, the salesman ignored me and did not respond at all.
The deal on the truck was nothing I can’t find at another dealer, so I will take my business elsewhere.

I called the dealership about 2008 Cadillac DTS, the salesman said they hadn’t got the car yet but was supposed to get it that day or the next day. I told salesman I was very serious and in interested cash buyer for the car. He said he would email me pics of the car and still over a week later I have never received a call back or pics of the car.
Very deceiving due to the fact that they do not honor CarGurus pricing on vehicles even though their website says one price once you get there they say it's s cash price online.I drove 45 minutes and I spoke to the salesman on the phone and asked if this is the price and he even stated we could work a deal on down payment.When I arrived the price for the vehicle if in house financing was 3400 over the CarGurus online price

They responded to my questions about several vehicles.
Paid deposit to “HOLD” vehicle on a Saturday and received a Buyer’s
Order to provide to my credit union on Monday to get the loan funded. I
thought I had a contractual agreement with Houston Direct Auto by paying
that $150 deposit, but apparently they reserve the right to override ANY
holds/deposits if they like. My situation was because someone else came
in with cash to buy the car literally minutes before I arrived to pick it up.
The dealer had already received my draft instructions but sold the car to
someone else despite my hold. I was in constant contact with my
salesperson and he was well aware I was coming in to get the truck I put
on hold Saturday. VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

Very professional and prompt.
They did not seem very interested in my business. While speaking with the salesman, he instructed me to take my trade in vehicle to car max to get an appraisal. You would think a car dealership would want you to bring your trade to them instead of risking losing a sale. The second time I spoke to a different salesman who when I asked about a vehicle told me well that one might not be here when you come in cause I've seen allot of people looking at it. It just wasn't a very inviting situation and I will not be conducting business with this dealership.
Our trip to Houston Direct Auto was horrible. The parking lot is Tiny and overcrowded, the lobby was full of people waiting for salesman. Each salesman was trying to help three or four different customers at once. And the two cars that we test-drove were not very clean. We left and won't be back.

DO NOT GIVE HOUSTON DIRECT AUTO YOUR SALE. Went to look at a 2014 corvette and was told there was no body damage but when I showed up there were multiple holes in the rear bumber. The sales man asked me what I would be willing to pay for the car in its current condition and when I made my offer, which was low cause of the damage, he started harassing me about how easy it is to work on fiberglass and told me the best he could do is come off around $200. OVERALL A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. DONT WVEN BOTHER LOOKING AT A CAR HERE THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU!!
After a couple emails asking for pics of the car since the only photo they had was a stock photo, I was told that someone put a deposit on the car and I’d have to wait 30 days to see if the other person bought the R8. A couple days later more pics were on cargurus. In the original description is said paint was metallic blue with black top, actual photos showed black paint with black roof. Disappointed about losing such a beautiful car, but got a nice Porsche instead from a different dealership.

Ashley had questions about what I form it in a lot of the Toyota Tundras I was looking at they were very very helpful and explaining what that was how it was used and the different Vehicles it was used on very helpful in my search for a Toyota Tundra second hand pickup truck I'm hoping to buy one within the next 3 weeks and this dealership. Houston Emailed me very quick with details that would help with my
purchase, A-1 team.
Tried to buy the car when the price was at $19,991.00. Told the dealer that I was willing to pay cash, up to $21,000.00, right out the door. Asked if we could meet in the middle for a better deal, dealer would not work on price. I ended up buying another camaro convertible from another dealer, just to find out that they lowered the price on this car, since they could not sell it. Their loss of a business was me actually getting a better deal somewhere else. Thanks, but no thanks to the owners of this dealership.

Dealer did send an email in “reaction” to my email. Did not answer my question of whether the car I was interested in was still available. Sent a list of others that were not even the make and model of my inquiry. No follow up. Decided not to do business with this dealer as I know exactly what I want and don’t want to make blank trip to dealership and be annoyed with trying to get sold something differently.

Whoever responded didn't do anything to assist me. Made no attempt to help he just said if you have bad credit 2800 is what you need down. He never Ran an application and ended our conversation at that. He did do anything to see if there was the slightest chance he could help me get into any vehicle. So I won't ever deal with that dealer again.

Simple and fast!
I did purchase my Beemer here, the same night I purchased it I noticed oil leaking from the bottom and other issues as well. I called and emailed my salesman who talked to the owner they wouldn't give me a refund but promised to fix the problem they've had my car now for 3 days, I would really love to just have my down payment back the excitement of new car buying is gone.
Great experience! Robert was very helpful and guided us thru the buying process with ease. Very large inventory of vehicles in all price ranges. We located the vehicle we wanted online and receive an immediate response back. No pressure to buy on the spot. We came back on the weekend and decided to buy. This was an excellent experience. The vehicle was exactly as Sam had described. It came with a recorded history, and while not being a perfect vehicle , Sam took the time to explain and go over what repairs had been performed, it's history, and any flaws it may have. He replaced the windshield wipers, and a tire he thought needed replacing. Plus ordered the rear window wiper, as the one on the vehicle was dry and torn. Was told to bring vehicle back when it arrives, and he would install for free. This is not a normal car dealer, but a shop that specializes in European cars. So I felt confident in their assessment of its mechanical readiness. I highly recommend this place. Honest people in this industry are hard to come by. This is one of the honest ones.

Went there about 2 weeks ago .,looked for my sales person after waiting 30 min she appears we find the car we wanted after looking at 2 other cars. So we asked could we test drive it or was the shop...so we said okay we want to do In house financing because we're in the process of buying a house..oir credit can't be pulled at ALL .but uber is getting real expensive Getting our daughter back and forth to school..long story short..I was told we could do in-house financing but I need to show my house contract? I was like what?? If u do in-house financing then why ?? .We have our down payment on us...its my options on how I want to finance the car...Don't advertise in-house financing if u don't do it or it's under your discretion to EITHER do it or not over a 9k with 2 grand down so really a 7k car....then I calles back to get to.speak with my sales lady. EMILY and her phone message wasn't even.ser up and she didn't answer the phone or text.....just my2cents

Dealership never contacted by phone and only responded to email a week later. I found another bug that was a better deal and the dealership contacted me soon as I inquired about it! This dealership was also online. Now that’s what I call customer service! HopeyHouston Direct Auto will learn to get back with their customers sooner than later. If they had called me first I probably would have gone with them!

They try to help us get a. Loan at a better rate than my credit union. Very nice and friendly. But the car we were looking at had front end damage that had pushed the engine in. The repairs were only moderately well done things were not really back on correctly like bumpers Etc. Paint did not exactly match up. It was rust on the underside. There was a residue around the trunk that looked a lot like water stain. The floor mats for a missing so could not check them for evidence of flooding . The engine was extremely clean which was a little odd . The fact that they were selling that car the makes me question them.
I was initially contacted and told this vehicle was no longer available. I asked if they had any similar vehicles that were available. The lady “Debra” asked my full name the credit application was under and NEVER got back to me or returned my calls. I will go elsewhere to get a vehicle.
Made an appointment with a salesperson. Confirmed the day before and the morning of the appointment. Called him when I arrived at the dealership. He said he was busy with another customer. Never came out to greet me or show me the vehicle. No one else did. Left after 35 minutes of waiting out in the heat.

This dealer never contacted me about my interest in this vehicle so I proceeded to make the call and setup an appointment to test drive it. We arrived at the dealer and no one greeted us nor did they ask us if we needed to look at a vehicle until 15 minutes after we there. The salesman that was assisting us was untrained and inexperienced needless to say we did purchase the vehicle because it was a reasonable deal for the mileage and condition it was in. Very disappointed with Houston Direct Auto once the sale was approved and the paperwork was completed they did not follow through with their promise to wash the vehicle and thus here I am writing my experience. I would not recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

UNORGANIZED. Waited 30 minutes for a random salesmen just to bring it down the street so we could test drive it. After I Told the salesmen that we wanted to negotiate the price he insisted that the price is firm. (Javier) & it’s NON NEGOTIABLE at all. Asked to speak with a manager called the manager and he said the same. 2 days later I called another salesmen (mike) who was pretty helpful with everything. Negotiable. Helpful. But at the end I chose not to get it after having it inspected. By overall, I wouldn’t do business here.

I read the staggering amount of negative reviews about this dealer and decided that I'd give them a call anyway because I have a very specific car I'm looking for. I called this dealer about the 2006 Scion xb they had. The gentleman that answered the phone was monotone and unenthusiastic from the beginning of the call, which isn't a big deal, not until I heard him tell someone "wait until I'm off this call". The call went down hill after this and every question I had was answered by "I don't know" or "go to the website" spoken as if I was a nuisance. I said I had one last question, once I asked my question he replied shortly and hung up on me with out notice. This is not what should be expected from a dealership. I will be taking my business elsewhere and unless it's to big of an inconvenience, I suggest that you do as well.

Purchased a vehicle on 8/12/17 and the
motor went out on 9/9/17, they said they
would take care of it by either fixing the
motor or replace it with another vehicle.
But once they got the vehicle back to their
lot I have not heard anything from them in

I contacted this dealership 3 different times only to talk to 3 different salesmen . I tried for a solid week to purchase a 2015 escalade. I could not get anyone to help me . I had my finances in order and was going to drive 10 hours to do business with these people , but I couldn't even confirm the vehicle they had was even still on the lot . This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership . And the bad thing is I really wanted to purchase this escalade ! I felt like they didn't want to sell it to me or my money wasn't good enough . I know Houston recently went through some hard times but at lest communicate with me and not say I will work on your deal and call you back and never do . Bad experience for me .

Rude salesmen, they told me one price over the phone, I drove all the way to
Houston and they told me a new price, $700 more expensive and they lied
about the shape that the car was on. Horrible place.

Inquired on this car. When They responded, I was informed via email that this
was a CASH only price. Misleading....
The dealer responded so nice on phone at the very first and scheduled a time. When I arrived and waited for at least 20 minutes to wait for sales person, there was no vehicle and I was infirmed that vehicle is at other location and that was completely new location which was not mentioned on cargurus. I arrived the location and it was closed already. I called them again and they told me the vehicle is inside and you can come tomorrow and finally they sold vehicle to somebody else next day before my scheduled time

Salesman was Jacob. As soon as i got there he was patient and extremely friendly. He didnt try to sell me he showed me the car test drove it and worked with me for a couple days. I recomend going here and asking for him.

Very disappointed in my experience with Houston Direct Auto. Less than 24
hours my car had a light come on. Took it and got a code that read bad
news for me. When I contacted the person I was dealing with, well he could
care less. No apologies, no anything.... he wrote in all CAPS, kept replying
the car was fine when it was here. I realize it was as is deal. But with that
should come with Integrity and honor. Which this place gives others the bad
name of sleazy car salesman. I will not EVER and recommend NO ONE
BUY from them.

Jorge in sales and Yannet in the parts deptartment are both awesome. Car selection is respectable. They do a good job of detailing the cars when you buy them. Bought a fairly rare car from them that had some teenager upgrades on it that shot out a check engine light on the way home. They fixed it for me in a couple weeks. Bit of advice though, if you buy a car with auto windshield wipers or lights or anything else that requires a sensor in the windshield, be sure to make sure it works before buying. If you have promised repairs before buying that requires you to come back another day, be sure to pack a lunch. If you do forget to pack a lunch, they have a good taco truck across the street.

Horible... Horible...Experience....Hood-winked by the car sales guy name Jorge at
Houston Auto Direct. He got my request information that I want to buy the
white Cadillac. He must of called me 5 times on May 12 th and emailed me
to come see the car. I spoke to him on every call. I did let him know I was
out in the field closing sales and I was more than 20 miles away, (past
Hobby Airport) but I can work my way toward their location by end of
business. This guy annoyed me soooo much, I knew he was a good sales
person who knows how to follow up. Since I do sales as well.... we all
know the FORTUNE is in the follow up. The final call from Jorge was 30
minutes before I pulled onto the Houston Auto car lot. I told him I was
down the street at the light headed his way. I asked him again the year of
the car, so I can get my sales strategy together & get ready to do the
negotiation battle. He gave me the information - 2009. I got to the location,
I parked on the street, walked the lot and I could not find the White
Cadillac. I entered the sales office, waited maybe 7-9 minutes and
someone pointed Jorge out to me. I told him who I was, he smiled &
thanked me for coming in. As I'm in the sales office... I see the white caddy
on their sales monitor being advertised.... AVAILABLE FOR SALE...!!! I
told him I could not find the car on the lot... His next exact words were...
You missed it, the car just got sold 10 minutes ago. My response was 30
minutes ago you had the car... but all of sudden 10 minutes ago the car is
now sold...After I get to your office....!!!! You wasted my time......!!! You
could have contacted me & told me so I could not have wasted my time.
Also .... You do not sell a car in 10 minutes... it takes hours to sell a car,
you know you have people who have done an application to buy the car,
it's a process. You could have called me & told me. You called me soooo
many times to come here but you cannot call me to let me know the car is
being sold and I just spoke to you 30 minutes ago....and I came from
Hobby Airport area...!!! His response was we have a black Cadillac. I told
him... I have been speaking to you about a white one why would I buy
something I do not want? I stressed to him, in a not good tone... you guys
are advertising cars that you do not have to draw people to your place to
sell them something that they do not want....!!! As I was leaving... he said...
Have a Good Day Sir...!!! I was sooooo furious for a guy to waste my time
& straight out lie to me to make a sale. I got back to my office soooo mad
this guy lied to me.... I sent him an email: " I will be making a complaint on
Google maps and another information spot & yeah... I know you do not care
But as a business owner If I can help ONE potential customer to know that
YOU waste people time & lie to them & you HOOD-WINK them..... I will
feel as tho I have accomplished a whole lot"....!!! I would never ever use
your organization to refer people to.....Yeah... I know YOU do not care".....
His response to my email was.... "thanks and have a great day, hope
things get better for you Sir".
In closing.... I would never, ever use them for ANYTHING..... NO referrals,
Not to buy a car... Nothing...Nothing...Nothing at all. In today's economy it
is hard to find customers & build business relationships... This guy makes
it easy to do business with someone else..... I complained to some of my
friends... they did not have anything good to say about Houston Direct
Auto. They are advertising cars they do not own to get people to come to
their lot. They may have sold the car days ago or weeks ago but they use
the car and lie to potential customers to get them to come to their lot. If you have
another choice where to buy a car.... TAKE IT....!!!

I have been searching for this vehicle for months. I knew what I wanted
and how much I wanted to pay. I read through the reviews and still wanted
to take a chance on this dealership as they had what I wanted. I do not
believe my terrible experience was completely the dealerships faults as
much as it was the salesperson, Cesar. He was a young, eager and hyper
salesman. I knew more about the vehicle than he did. He was always in a
rush with one foot out of the door. We finally came to an agreement with
the help of his supervisor. He was quick to let me know that he was now
only getting $50 in commission. Despite the reviews, they did negotiate
some on the price as I had cash in hand. He promised he would deliver
my car on Monday, didn't receive it till Tuesday (which is understandable)
and not everything that was promised was there. Upon arrival, the spare
tire that was promised was not there. Cesar told me 5 times how him
being there to drop of my vehicle was costing him money because he was
dealing with me. It has been 2 weeks, my plates have come in but I have
not heard anything from the dealership regarding my spare. I contacted
my sales person today to ask about my spare. I get the reply "contact the
parts department" and I asked for the number and he replies "119 ext
number". WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS??? If I had the
number, don't you think I could have figured out the parts department
extension???? Maybe I am old fashion but customer service is a dying art.
You will not survive if you do not take care of your customers.

The price of the car wasn't a good price due to the car needed a lot of repairs and the dealer didn't want to negotiate the price, They value the cars base on the mileage and model and not base in the condition of the car. I went to another dealer and I got a better car with a better price

Drove 100 miles to see the car, the salesman Ken, said hr
would have the car ready for me, it wasn't. The car wouldn't
start, had to be jumped. I test drove this car and found in
my opinion major problems, no parking brake, drivers' seat
belt stuck under driver seat rail. The mechanic failed to clear
the seat belt as it was caught under the rail...useless could
not use.
The Salesman took my Driver's license and appeared
reluctant to give it back.
Did not by the car, brought a newer one with less miles down
the road.

I showed up...everyone at the lot was busy...called the salesman that had
contacted me online...he said he would be back at the lot in 20 minutes..I
waited for 45 minutes...NO return call...nor was I ever approached by any
salesman...Ended up purchasing a 2007 S550 from a different car lot the

I have seen both good and bad reviews of this
place and I'm definitely not one to make
judgment on someone else's experience, all it
takes is that angry customer to give a bad name
to a place. I just have to experience things for
myself which can be a disadvantage. Instead of
looking at the reviews as a red flag I found a car I
wanted. Ken was the salesman. He seemed to
be nice but the first red fag was when I told him I
couldn't make it wed so I would be there sat with
the 3 hrs drive one way mind you I already paid
$500 to not sell the car. His response was what
changed now? but not as a concerned person it
was more like hmm why aren't you coming you
liar. I of course blew that off. My husband had
questions about the car and Ken's response was
its on the website or carfax. Now what if a
patient asked me for possible adverse
reacations to a medication and I told them to
look on the bottle, it's on there. I drove the night
before 3 hours to houston. The next morning I
call Ken to tell him my hotel is 2 miles away and
Im OMW, he said great I'll have them wash the
car and have it "ready". I'm there at 0900 and he
is not even there. Other salesmen were calling
him and come to find out he doesn't come in till
later in the am so why didnt he just say that? The
car was not out there . Finally he gets the car to
me to test drive, it was filthy dirty inside and out.
He then tells me the back window latch was
broke and they ordered one and they will send it
to me. I took it to firestone for diagnostic testing
which probly took close to 2 hours, still no
reason for me to be at direct auto All day. The
miles were off at least by 150 miles from what
was posted on car guru. $3500 worth of
maintenance things needing to be done.
Alignment balance and tires. Shock and struts.
Sway bar was rubbing. WindShield wipers,
taillight. Spark plugs. Oil change. So I show Ken
the paper to see what he could help me with. His
response is that's firestones job to find things to
fix it'll be alright But he would ask about
changing the windshield wipers� which wasn't
done. I'm really trying to be patient with this man
because between all of this going on he is
constantly leaving to help other customers and
making other sales. So I was left waiting
multiple times for long periods, no exaggeration.
Finally we are getting out of there close to 5pm
before my 3 hour drive with my 9 month old
baby. They didn't clean the car. Or try to help me
out in anyway with things that should have been
fixed before selling. I asked about filling up the
tank and Ken says the people that does that left.
This was the most horrible long drawn out
buying session ever. No incentives for the poor
business and misrepresentation. These
salesmen represent the company as a whole and
although there may be some good reviews.
Some bad reviews are just the ones that are
speaking up and enough for me to never shop
here or recommend this place. The company is
a business and I get that they are to make
money but they should also have a Statard of
ethics for the sales team and how they handle
business and customers. I even saw another
couple who drove down from Oklahoma to buy a
red jeep and as they were doing paperwork
another man walked in asking for the salesman
he spoke to the night before to come pick up the
red jeep. Wow he didn't even call the guy to let
him know. There was more to the story. One was
a cash payer I believe. This is a representation of
the company. It's all about what they get get out
of you. If it wasn't such an emergent situation I
would have went somewhere else even if I had to
pay a little more. On the advrtiment they say they
are ready to wow you and yes they accomplished
just that.

I went to see the 2 Panameras they have for sale. My salesman was
Ken. Ken was totally disinterested and acted like I was keeping him from
doing something more important. He asked for my license and let me
drive the car. When I got back I couldn't find Ken. I wanted to see the
other Panamera which was on another lot so someone found him for me.
He told me how to get there (didn't offer to take me) and said he would
meet me. I got there first and found the car. He pulled in and parked in
front of the White Panamera, blocking me from driving it. He never got
out of his car and was looking at his phone the whole time. I liked the car
but was not about to buy a car from this guy so I left. An hour later I
realized he never gave me my license back. I called and texted him for
an hour and he ignored me. I drove back to the dealership to find him
gone. Another employee called him and he had my license in his pocket.
He drove back up and handed my friend the license while I was in the
bathroom. He left without apologizing or even saying a word to me. I
won't go back.

Quick and simple, don't waste your time.
Knowing that the location of the "dealership"
signaled that it was probably a make-ship
dealership, decided to give it a shot anyways.
Drove up with 8k in cash ready to purchase the
car of my interest, wondered around the tiny lot
for about 10 mins. Sat inside of the car, took
pictures & videos no one asked me for help. I had
to approach one guy and asked him if he worked
there and if so I need assistance. Guy was
hesitate to help me out for one, after I asked him
if we could test drive the car the "salesman"
quickly studdered and told me they do not allow
test drives. He then studdered once more and
said i'd have to start the application process first
before test driving the car which is total bs(Upon
arrival to see a large family test driving a car with
no paperwork being done). Took 10 minutes to
get helped, 30 seconds just to be turned away
being judged off of appearance and age.
Nonetheless, cars are in horrible shape and the
lot looks very poorly maintained(figured it would
be since the location). Unless you are desperate
in need of car and gullable, don't even bother.

Stay away sales price not what advertised, they raise price after you try to buy it. Car I purchased was in accident they failed to disclose. Paint spray all over windows hard to get off. Wasn't on Carfax either. Interior of car is black when title says tan, still checking vin. Car shakes at highway speeds. Go somewhere else. Don't buy from shady dealers.

Great experience! Went to look at a Jaguar but fell in love with a Porsche I test drove. Made arrangements to go in and make a deal but got a call that it was already sold before I even test drove it because their system was down (that's why four stars instead of five) but over all a really good experience. Ken is awesome. Wish he'd had another Porsche.

Very deceptive listing. Theye sent me a clean car fax report.
When I inspected the truck, it appeared to have been in a flood.
It was severely rusted. The bed had holes rusted through
beneath the spray on bed liner. The transmission shifted rough.
Truck was in much poorer than described condition. I just got a
shady vibe from this place. I would not buy from them.

Did not sign the contract after paying the full price with my credit
card. Did not want the car anymore and they're trying to charge a
$1250 "cancelling" fee.
Buyer be aware. This dealership is run by a bunch of con artists
trying to rob you!

The Carfax shows it was in an accident ran into a ditch and was pulled out but if you look at the car more carefully it looked like it was in a big accident the bumpers have been replaced a door has been replaced it's not right
