Very professional, very helpful when it came to information about to vehicle, and overall a great experience. They don’t try to rise prices like other dealers, they are very upfront when you ask questions, and they will work with you to help your experience. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a used vehicle!

Went in for a test drive, loved the vehicle, employees there make you feel at home! Very helpful and they were determined to get me in the best vehicle for me. Thanks USAuto!!!!
Didn’t respond back via Facebook messaging to me, but did my wife only. Hardly responded. Talked to our friend, but again, hit or miss. Asked for our credit application after knowing the situation and asking for our vehicle trade information. After multiple failed attempts at following up, our friend got in touch for us and they said they weren’t taking trades at this time. They never should have taken our credit application and run the credit if they weren’t taking trades. Poor follow through, poor follow up, and now we are concerned about our information.

Lots of deception going on there, I was told the truck had been sold. I said I would be buying with cash and the truck was suddenly available. Drove 2 hours to look at a rust bucket.

I must say they are a ok group of guys we had a
misunderstanding about a truck and I drove 6 hours
round trip to find out things had changed. I was very
upset. But they did do ok making things right. Kinda sad I
wasn't able to buy from them

Great Dealer, very easy to work with. Addressed my concerns and handled them properly. Great prices too! Unfortunately I choose to just keep the car I have for now, but once I'm in the position to add to the fleet and buy a truck, this is the first place I'll look!

Helpful People to work with
The salesman who provided me with all the information about the car i was interested in(Brian) was very professional and gave me the whole scope on all the cars i asked about. He shows you the ins and outs of cars you may be interested in and doesn't try to force you into making choices that may be the best for him to make a sale. I definitely recommend Elite Autos for your next QUALITY car.
