U Car reps were knowledgeable and congenial. However, buying and selling our home got in the way of buying a car...will have to put off my car purchase for a few months until the move is completed.

Dealing with Eric and Tom was like family there was no pressure the selection of cars are great and they were easy to talk to again no pressure makes a difference to me I would recommend and they're very knowledgeable

I had a wonderful car buying experience at U Car Connect. I traveled from Chicago To Minneapolis and it was worth it. The owner posted a much lower price on Car Guru before posting $33,777. The owner honored the original price. Tom the owner & my sales consultant Erik were amazing. The pre owned vehicles at their dealership are highly inspected and "jaw dropping, high end beautiful!!! No hassling you, no high pressure tactics. There amazing line up of pre owned vehicles will sell whether you take advantage or not. Good people and I will return as long as I am buying a vehicle. Great people and awesome CLEAN vehicles, not just another sales person but people who care about you and the cars.

I was told the vehicle was still available. I asked them to hold it for me, as it is a 7 hour drive from my house. They assured me they would. I drove half way there, when they called to tell me someone had put a deposit on it. I turned around and headed home. An hour later, they called me back to tell me that the buyers financing had fallen through. I told them I’d need to think about it because it was getting a little ridiculous at this point. I called back a few minutes later to tell them I had turned around and was headed towards the dealership. At that point, I was informed that someone else would be there four hours ahead of me. So I turned around once more and headed home. I ended up wasting an entire day because of their dishonesty. Not to mention the cost of the rental car. I would not recommend this dealership in any way!

Communication started great. Erik provide the information I wanted to know to move forward. I decided to contact them by phone the first time and spoke Tom, He mentioned that Eric was busy with another customer would call me right back within 20 minutes he mentioned that Erik was busy with another customer would call me right back within 20 minutes. He had a great selection of European cars they were in excellent condition. I look forward to going back when it’s time to buy my next vehicle.

It was an enjoyable experience. There was no pressure to purchase and I was given the freedom to browse with no one following me around. When I had questions Erik was very helpful but not pushy. He was very persoanable and knowledgeable about the cars they have. We feel good about our purchase whith no second thoughts. We would buy from Erik again!

Nothing but a bag of lies. "Never modified, all stock". Followed up with the local dealers that touched the vehicle and it had a blown engine and a replaced ECM. No thanks.

they answered questions, test drove. there was some issues they needed to get resolved and they were going to contact me back. Decided not to go with this vehicle.

This was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had. The guys at U Car Connect are very responsive, and know everything about the cars they're selling. Eric at U Car Connect, for example, knows more about Audis than anyone I've ever spoken with at a dealership (except for maybe the mechanics, but even then, it's close). The process was easy, there were no surprises, no high-pressure upsells. Just an enjoyable - and educational - car buying experience.

Quite simply the best!! This is what every buying experience should be like!! Tom, Erik and the others, were amazing. They treated us wonderfully right from the start, answered all of our questions, and even followed up with us after we got home. After a year of searching for the right car, my wife loves her R8 and U Car Connect!!

The people at U Car Connect werevery friendly and helpful. They also followed up with us on how we liked our Camaro and if everything was going okay. VERY friendly people.

Spoke with them several times - their inventory moves very quickly - so if you find something you're interested in - move quickly!

Had me drive out a half hour, had an appointment, just to tell me to come back at a later date. Poor quality customer service.
