These people were responsive enough most of the time, but were less than transparent with the hidden costs. They were kind enough to meet my trade in asking price, but were determined to make it up elsewhere. They offer a wide selection of cars if you don’t mind an excessive fee structure.

filled out an online application but didn't hear back initially then eventually heard back from 2 different sales guys but when i went in to try to buy i was told someone just bought today.
Their AI enhanced pics used for all their cars is very deceiving. Many have several cosmetics issues which this tool effectively hides. Ad well as missing accessories. Unless you ask specifically, they wont tell you. Their vehicle are priced higher than most nationwide and their $1,400 service fee is practically a tip!! Lol! Since that amount is not used toward servicing or repairing any defects or missing accessories on the vehicle. Unbelievable!

Looked at buying a. Taycan here and was not happy with the communication of the salesman via text .
Was condescending when we spoke via text about a potential deal. Enough so that I decided to change my preapproved loan to another dealership

Well, this is second review I’ve been asked to write. Communication was good, salesman came back with a best offer of 8300 down, approx. 2500 delivery and a rate of over 16% blaming a less than par credit score. I went elsewhere, purchased a vehicle ( very similar) for FAR less rate ( 1/3 of their offer), DP less than an 1/4 of their requirement and mthly payments were approx 300. Less Credit was never the issue.
The day after my initial report, I received a call from the salesman saying he was contacted by his manager ( owner)? Of the business about a customer complaint. I told the salesman that I was asked to write the review, that I gave a true statement of what was said and happened. The salesman went on with blame yo everyone about the issue. ( he was clearly upset that I gave the review). He continued to blame my credit, the bank and anyone else instead of taking any responsibility for his actions. I got his managers info and let him know what happened. He never replied.

I think I made a reasonable offer to purchase the
vehicle. I was only gonna pay half of the 1399 dealer
fee and they didn’t even come back with the counter
offer. They just stated we are so sorry we could not
meet my price. So to me, they don’t want my
business. Beautiful car great mileage but I felt it was
about $2000 overpriced.

it's the true measure of company as to how they solve problems and treat there customers. I purchased a vehicle from the
company sign unseen and planned on traveling to the dealership to pick it up and drive it home. The financing process was
done lightning quick. I purchase a lot of vehicles throughout the years and its the fastest i have seen from filling out the
financing application to getting a deal done and contract signed. They are not pushy at all and have great financing options.
Once I came to pick up the vehicle there was a problem that happened and mistakes do happen. I gave them the opportunity
to fix it, and they delivered! the GM JOE is truly amazing, very honorable , and really really cares about his customers. They
took a negative experience and turned it into a great experience for me. This is a company that cares about its customers,
relationships, and their reputation. This is very rare and basically non existent in the car industry. Thanks guys!

Good experience overall. We didn’t get together on the car despite its great color combination and equipment. It was showing too much seaside corrosion and my salesman ruled out even cleaning up the wheels, which showed serious condition problems. I just abandoned the whole idea of buying a high-line car with sea coast history.
Igal has been professional, responsive, informational, courteous and helpful throughout our car purchasing process. I am grateful that the last dealership we were working with fell short because it ultimately led us to Igal at TXT Charlie & our new vehicle! Highly recommend especially for those customers who are purchasing from out of state. It was easy to secure the car of my dreams, even from a few states away!

My experience with TxT Charlie was excellent. They were upfront and fair during the deal. Ofir was my salesman, and Ellie (I think that’s the correct spelling) was the finance manager that took care of the final paperwork. Both of them were professional and made the whole car shopping process enjoyable. TxT Charlie is a beautiful dealership with high end cars. I would definitely buy another car from them in the future.

I didn't end up buying a vehicle from TxTCharlie, but I had a great experience with the initial call I received. They did a FaceTime call to show me their beautiful dealership and walked me to the
vehicle on the lot to show me the quality of the cars that they sell. Their dealer fee was quite a bit higher than the dealer that I ended up buying from, but I did appreciate that they were very
upfront about the fees and their pricing.
