The salesman stayed in contact with us for a few days before our appointment date and time, we drove 2 hours and we get within 20 minutes to the car dealership they messaged me to say that the car sold.

Initially nice folks, however when it came time to discuss details on the purchase it all went downhill. The salesman did not know the rate of the loan that I got approved for and he and his finance manger were hesitant to disclose it. Additionally, they added about $3,000 worth of add ons that were not presented as options but rather requirements. Employees became rather passive aggressive when we began to ask questions, so we walked out on the deal. I will add that someone higher up gave me a call to try and reconcile the situation (which I appreciate), however it was too late as I found a dealer that blew them out of the water from the get go and found a better car at a better price. Really just a run of the mill car dealership that unfortunately fits many of the stereotypes surrounding such establishments. I’m sure that some people have had positive interactions with this dealer, however I did not.

We drove an hour and a half to see the Cadillac XT5 we had the title for our trade. We were ready to deal our salesman while polite seemed to be entirely unmotivated. He didn’t even ask for a copy of my drivers license before we drove the car. He didn’t know his inventory after our car was appraised, he said well you didn’t get what you thought it was worth. He never showed me the deal flipped it upside down on his desk and proceeded to give me directions home. I thought he would say well let me go back and see if I can get you a little more on your trade or what do we need to do to make this deal happen? when my wife asked about a Mercedes on your lot, he said he didn’t know anything about it. He didn’t say well I’ll find out. I guess he assumed we couldn’t afford it even though we own one and told him so. if they had put any effort at all forward, we would’ve bought this car.
In the initial contact with the dealership, they, when advised that I would bring my own financing stated that they would not accept a check
from Navy Federal Credit Union nor would they accept a wire transfer.
We worked out a way to get around this slight and made an appointment on 05/13/25 to see the Atlas at 11:30 AM on 05/14/25. When we
arrived at the dealership we were advised that the manager had the Atlas, was supposed to be in by 11:00 AM but was not there and they did
not know where he was. It took us 1:45 minutes to drive to the dealership and there was no apology for this unprofessional behavior.

Did not seem to take us seriously when trying to buy online from a different state. Had to have the manager assist because the dealer did not know what he was doing. Very frustrating that they put out a quote for delivery three days after my wife and I signed the contract. So it's been about a and I felt there was no urgency to help us. Very disappointing.
Made an appointment to look at a specific vehicle and were left unattended for 30 minutes while someone went out to look for the car. We inquired about the long wait and were given no information or apology for the delay nor did anyone get to check on the status. The associate finally came back in and informed us the car was dead. I’ve never encountered a car dealership who put in such little effort to make a sale. Poor customer service and I will not give them my business.

good experience, very informative and kind and willing to work with few mishaps and get things sorted. Great communication. Very welcoming. Didn’t feel pressured to buy, more so excited to buy. Contacted us back in a timely manner & willing to work with us.

Their web site says buyer can make offer, not true. Nothing is negotiable. Over the top fees. Called contact person several times was never able to speak. One salesperson was very short with me very unhelpful. I may be old but treating a customer this was is unacceptable.

Hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Seems very predatory with the way they sale car. They made me deposit 500 for a car they had without title, which they said won’t be refunded if I decide not to wait for title in mean time, which limited my options to shop around. Turned out car had mechanical and structural issues, which they offered to fix by using duct tape kind of approach (guy said he will put some tape and color over to fix the dent and stretch for a car I paid over 21K). They did offered exchange program but they did not have title for cars I was interested, and they refused to wait. So all this forced me to exchange car that was in their lot with title, they had few suv, rav4 they had looked and drive good and I was told by “boss” and sales rep that it had minor accident and no major issues, they brushed off my concerns about the car as no big deal. I took it to Toyota dealer to have service and they told me car had major structural damage.

I contacted this dealership over 5 times regarding this vehicle. Each time I contacted them or they contacted me, it was to
say that the car was not ready for a test drive as it was being serviced and as soon as it was ready they assured me that I
would be contacted. I arranged to have transportation to Wayland as I had planned to drive the car home after the test
drive. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when cargurus' website said the car had been sold. I am wondering: where
is the integrity John?

Terrible at responding to emails. I called to ask about a truck I was interested in and the person said "it was sold" and hung up on me. Very dissatisfied and never going there again.

I contacted the dealer through cargurus on 8/4/20 and on 8/5/20 I drove to Wayland, MI To drive home in my new wheels. The sales staff was awesome and I had the chance to personally work with the sales manager Tom, who went above and beyond to make this experience enjoyable with fast reliable quality service!

Very friendly, curteous and went out of their way to get all my questions answered to the best of their ability, and provided transparency in reporting all of the vehicles history for the vehicle of which i showed interest, based on the phone conversation I'd likely recommend people shop for new or used vehicles from this dealership.

I contacted the dealer a few times now, every time the
vehicle wasn't available.
Once again this time I contacted them about a vehicle
and called about it.
Once again they told me it wasn't available and they'd
call me when it was available and once again I never got
a phone call letting me know it's available.
Hard to imagine at this point that 4 different vehicles
that I've inquired about over two months that I've never
gotten any notifications about saying they're ready to
sell.
Unfortunately with the severe communication issues
we've had with Twins CDJR looking for a vehicle the past
two months we're also switching where we have been
getting maintenance done on our vehicles as well.
We took our time looking because we didn't have to get
a new to us vehicle, the current vehicle still ran fine it
was just getting up there in the miles.
It's sad really.

I went to the dealership, found a car that suited my needs, test drove the vehicle for a day and had a couple of discussions with the salesman Pat. He was friendly, open and communicative. I did not end up with that vehicle, but I would recommend Pat and K&M as dealer to do business with.
