Tucson Auto Sales

Stay away from this car dealer. Most of the cars there on the lot are junk! I looked at a 1999 Porsche Boxster and it was not worth the $13,995 they were asking.

I did purchase this truck pick up very good experience direct them in them to anybody purchasing a used vehicle or truck they have plenty of good looking cars and a reasonable price very clean vehicles

The day I went to sign , wanted to take it for a second test drive .no gas , they tried to wash it very dirty , windows were smeared , I just walk away .bad dealership they are in just making a buck. Stay away from this dealership.

Help me out with a loan very friendly, cool guy. He also made me feel comfortable and did everything he could to make sure i got into the car i wanted.

This was a very pleasant experience purchasing a car of our choice. I liked the honest way how the dealer treated us. No pressuring for purchasing a car. The selection was quite good of used cars and reasonably priced.

We dropped everything and packed up the family to drive three hours to look at a vehicle, only to be told we could not test drive on the freeway, because it was getting late and the salesman had dinner plans. Unbelievable.

Very helpful staff , my past experience with dealers during the paper procthe paper signing process was very laborious but not so with this dealer

Straight forward with a no pressure attitude. I like this kind of sales approach. They gave me the keys and left me alone to decide. I made 2 trips to the dealer. First to look at the car and decide if it met my criteria. Came back later with a counter offer and we settled on a price and what had to be done prior to purchase. They met all requirements promptly.

Salesmen are far from being good at communicating, there is a lack of basic maintenance on the vehicles (making sure it will start for a test drive, oil change, transmission fluid change, cleaning the vehicle, etc.) and overall needs more improvement.

Duff served me well and seems to be a fine gentleman. Although I didn't purchase a car I found that this is a fine business with which I'd deal in the future.

I arranged to test drive/purchase an MX-5, and while I was driving down the 90 miles, the salesman sold the vehicle without calling me to avoid the trip.

I was a Wisconsin buyer. I went onl line and found the car I was looking for at Tucson Auto Sales. The web site was set up well with videos and photos and a description of the car. I got to talk directly with the owner, which is unusual and he provided me with an accurate appraisal of the car I was interested in. I ended up purchasing a car sight unseen. The owner set up transporation of the car to Wisconsin. The car was actually better than described. My wife and I are pleased by the purchase and would recommend this seller. We will be referring some our car enthusiast friends to this dealer. We in the "rust belt" are always looking for rust free Arizonal cars.

Found a car locally, (Albuquerque) But they were very prompt to try to help me.

The owner is horrible person. Bought a car from him the next day the check engine light came on and it took him almost 2 months to fix it. While, I wasted my gas and time taking it to him numerous of times. After I threatened a lawsuit he finally fixed the problem, horrible person and business.

Dealer called - I didn't follow up

CDealer sales person called within a few minutes, and we eventually bought the car.

Terrible customer service, uninterested in working a deal, or at least that is how it seemed when I spoke with them on the phone. I would never do business with them.
