Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, but didn’t tell us about all the dealer “markups” from the sticker price, like nitrogen in the tires, LoJack, door edge molding, VIN # inscribed on the catalytic converter, adding another $4000 to the advertised price …….. just beware. Was treated well, just didn’t know about the fees.

The contact told me I could see the car right away then said I would have to wait two days. Looking at the description I noticed it was listed as white and not the pictured red. I emailed them again and got no response.

When I went into the dealership for my appointment to
look at this particular vehicle and test drive it (because it
seemed to be a great deal) I was told that it had already
been sold the previous day. I was somewhat
disappointed and was shown a 2024 Kia Forte LXS that
they had on their lot. I test drove it, liked it and purchased
it that same day. The staff were friendly and the
salesperson I dealt with that day (Delleon Rice) and the
finanace person (Donna Parker) were AWESOME!!! They
made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Great
experience overall.

Quick response and very friendly.

Very unhelpful. I called prior to arriving on
my lunch hour to ask that the car I was
interested in be ready to test drive. When I
arrived the car was parked behind 6 cars.
The sales guy couldnât locate the keys. Then
told me it would be 10 minutes before he
could get the keys.
I bought from another dealer.
