Dealer sold vehicle to someone else while in negotiation phase with me . Price was not an issue. I simply asked for a shipping cost to be paid by me to get it to my location. They did get the message but denied getting the message. There was a response from them that they were waiting on another customer and would get back to me with that shipping cost, I never heard from them for a weekend. I reached back out and they tried to deny getting any correspondence, but I have the text thread I wasted time and passed up on two other vehicle’s that have since been sold to someone else when it gets down to it, they just did not want to go through the trouble of shipping a vehicle they should have explained that to me from the start !

they are very proffesional, courteous, and helpful.

Dealer was very easy to work with. We had been in an auto accident and needed a newer vehicle. We live out-of-town and Bruce was able to work with us over the phone and online. As we were injured in the accident and couldn't make it down to Mesa for a week, Bruce held the vehicle for us for a nominal fee. When we arrived, our paperwork was ready and the process was easy. The truck was exactly as presented online.

The Dealer was very nice and friendly. The truck looked good but smelled like Cigarette smoke and one side of the truck bed had been repainted and not done well. It was not the truck for me. I would go back again they were very nice people.

Bruce is the owner and he was great to deal with. I'm from yuma and we were able to make a deal over email before I drove up. Bruce even filled up the 35gal tank before my 168 mile drive back to yuma. Would definitely do business with him again.

I am very impressed with the follow-up from this dealership. Since my posting, my needs have changed and they have nothing in stock that fulfills me new need, however, if they get something in, I would not hesitate to buy from them.
