Everyone at the shop was great. I had a wonderful experience and I probably would buy a vehicle from them in the future only because they were awesome to work with. I did not purchase the vehicle that I traveled to go see because it did not meet my expectations. But again, I was looking for a particular vehicle.

Sebastian was kind of shady, wouldn't answer questions about why the Vibe wasn't inspected. He wouldn't even acknowledge it wasn't inspected until I mentioned the photos he sent me didn't show an inspection sticker. Dealership also charges an $899 fee, though that fee is mentioned in the listing. Significant price drop since I last communicated with him.

Great all is well
Pics on car guru were different than the pics we got when we asked for more. Pricing was an issue. After we thought we had everything figured out I was asked to split shipping cost. Car arrived with a flashing airbag light and leaky top. Maybe ok if you are local to the shop, but wouldn't buy from them again.

My salesman was very helpful, but the other employees are forgetful and lack professionalism. If you are looking for a serious dealership that provides what they they say they will, you may want to look elsewhere.

Started out with a price of $7688, then after all the taxes,doc fees,prepping, and cleaning the out the door price ended up being $11,400. A whopping 53% increase from the advertised price. Big RED flag for me. Definitely would not recommend dealing with this dealership.

Tropical Auto Sales was amazing. I was very nervous about purchasing a car online but the salesman helped make my experience more comforting. If I had any questions or concerns about the process, he would contact me in a reasonable time if not immediately. In my opinion, Tropical Auto Sales made my car buying experience a good one. And I would gladly do business with them again without hesitation.

These guys are very honest and have plenty of experience in the used car business. I upgraded from an Audi A5 to an Audi A6 with them. They let me keep my upgraded wheels from the A5 to
the A6 without hesitation. Great guys there, nothing negative to say about my experience with them. I would definitely return!

The guys @ Tropical Auto Sales in North Palm Beach were awesome!!! My experience there was literally an answer to prayer!!! I am still so very excited & relieved to have such a beautiful, reliable car & @ such an affordable rate!!! Butch, Anthony & John @ Tropical Auto Sales definitely went the extra mile to help me make my decision. They were all so patient & helpful during the whole car buying process- I felt completely @ peace- like I've known them forever!!!
They even let me take the car all the way to Melbourne overnight!!! The car is in amazing condition- inside & out- not even 15000 miles- & still looks & drives like it's brand new!!! The car is just beautiful & is operating very smoothly. I have driven it back & forth to Palm Beach a couple of times already from Melbourne. Also brought it to a mechanic who said it looks like it's never been driven-so clean & dry! Oh, & so many compliments already!!! I highly recommend this dealer to others!!! Thank you again TAS!!!

Europe and the US. I required a copy of the CAR Fax which unfortunately I
did not receive till now.
Otherwise the Company and especially Tim seem to be ok and quite res-
ponsive. Sorry, if till now we could not close the deal.

Dealer was willing to allow me to have the car inspected before making a decision. Additionally they tried to address the 'faults' that had been identified by that inspection, however they were not flexible reduction in price .
