Communication, there was very little. I reached out on a Thursday via email and the communication started off great. I was really interested in the Bronco they had listed and wanted to work out a deposit to hold the vehicle until we could come out, since they were in Missouri and I was located in Ohio. Last communication was for my info and I sent that over waiting on a response and nothing. Nothing Friday, nothing Saturday and they are closed Sunday through Tuesday so had to wait until Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and nothing so I gave them until 1pm, 12pm their time. So the time rolls around and I call and got a recording, so I left a message hoping they would reach out. Nothing, not response not call or email. I was ticked I work in sales and customer service is key so this was disappointing. Thursday rolls around and still nothing and then find out that night it was sold. Unreal all that and nothing and it was gone. If I could give a half star I would.

I purchased the vehicle and it is scheduled to be delivered this Wednesday. The sales associate was prompt and I very much look forward to getting behind the wheel.

After some negotiation over the value of my trade-in, I purchased the truck I found thru
CarGurus. Sales and paperwork staff at Tri-States are top notch. I'm delighted with how
professional Tri-States worked thru all details and I feel I got a very fair deal with them.
I only wish they were closer to my home so I could use their Service Dep't.

Honest communication great buying experience.
Started off great, the staff was knowledgeable and quick to respond. Had everything set up in regards to truck and trade in price. We had it set up that I would come down on a Saturday to test drive and purchase. When I was nearly to town, the dealership called to notify me that the truck wasn’t on the lot. They said a customer had it for the previous day and a half. They never bothered to check the lot for the truck the day before or the morning of my visit. The initial sales person was sincere and apologized; however, the manager stated that “these things happen” and that he “was bending over backwards for me” when all he had done was send a few e-mails and make a few calls (the truck price wasn’t even dropped that much.) I deduced to not even visit the dealership. Overall, the experience started out great but ended poorly.

I went to a few Ford dealer's in the area looking for a new/used truck. All i can say was they all made it a painful experience till i went to Tri State. There was no hassle, walked in to look at a truck, ended up going home with it. I have nothing but good things to say about Brian and the team working there

Very prompt response and very friendly through email correspondence. Had the car looking great and parked right next to the building waiting for me when I got there. The whole staff was very friendly and made it easy and stress-free for my first car buying experience! Definitely worth the drive and worth the time. I LOVE my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL that I bought from them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! Five stars! :D
