Very friendly staff and great dealership, the car I wanted just didn’t have all the features I was looking for but they were very friendly and they allowed my dog on their property!

Sheila was kind and wonderful as well as very helpful. Rhe office manager Sarah was the one i thought was rude because I declined extra warranties. She wouldn't even talk to me after that. I thought she was very unprofessional.

I asked specifically if there were any rips or tears in the drivers seat. I was told it was in great shape, no issues with the seat. Then drove about an hour to see the seat torn up. Manager told me the person I spoke to probably didn’t know the repairs were on order. Seriously?

The dealer responded right away to my inquiry about the car. They arranged a test drive and had the car ready upon our arrival. They were friendly and courteous. After the test drive, we decided that the car was not the one we wanted. Overall it was a pleasant experience doing business with this dealership.

We got an appointment right away to see the car and Cody, our salesperson, was very helpful in providing details about the car and what we would need from a loan company. They also provided a fair value for our trade-in. We purchased the vehicle and so far, all is going well.

I made an appointment to see this car, drove an hour and when I was within 2 minutes of the dealership they email me that the car has sold. They can't even hold a car for someone with an appointment - goes to show that car sellers are in it for $$$ alone.

This was hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! As hard as the market is right now for used cars along them even getting me a better interest rate even though we went in on at closing time on a holiday and only a few banks were open they suggest we have everything ready to go & come back in the morning and we got 4% lower! That’s no pressure that really helped this customer buy my son’s 1st car!! From starting with the helpful internet help, Getting the information and Carfax before we even got there, then Sheila just walking us through and delivering the best deal for the car we wanted!! I can’t Thank them enough!! This is how buying a car should be!!!

They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Understanding and tried to make my whole experience as quick as possible. I walked in, asked for a test drive, and they had me on the road in 20 mins. A few hours later I drove home in my new Ascent and I love it.

Bought this car, and got a good deal with trade in! Quite a drive over from where I live in Coastal Maine and changeover a bit hurried. Dealer and sales good to work with though!

Not a great experience. Was told needed an appointment due to covid concerns. I setup an appointment for 8:30am. I received a call at 8:17am telling me the vehicle sold the night prior. How??? I thought you needed an appointment? No communication here at all. 13 minute warning that I shouldn’t come. Obviously only care about the quick sale not customer service. No apology at all. Never would buy here in the future.

I sent a message about my interest in a vehicle they had listed. A woman named Melissa called me back. I told her I liked the car, but wondered if there was a reason it was listed so high above it's market value. She told me she thought the price was fair and I told her it was listed nearly 1k over it's market value. She seemed to get defensive and asked me in a rude tone what I'd pay for it. I told her, she put me on hold then rejected my offer. She countered a price still over it's actual value and i declined. We ended the call and they continued to message me about other vehicles. After my initial dealing I had no desire to buy a car here.

I was very impressed with this and the adjacent Subaru dealership (same ownership). Extremely responsive via email and phone, these folks are genuine and a pleasure to work with. I will highly recommend them to my friends. Ultimately I found my car elsewhere as often happens when looking for a specific Year and model (used). I would have preferred Tri-city even though a 35 minute drive away. Ask for Sheila!

I can't say enough about how awesome Tri City Subaru is. I went in looking for them to match a price and not only did they offer to match it, but they beat it! I walked away with a gorgeous outback that I've wanted for a long time! Ask for Craig, he made the whole experience seamless, no sales pitch and determined to get me what I wanted. I love my Subaru dealership!

Purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado ltz used. Price was really good at several thousand below KBB however their lenders are restrictive and require an overkill of information in order to go ahead with the deal. Also after two days with the truck I noticed a dent in the rear bumper that I was never notified about. The truck was always parked with the rear to a wall so it wasn't noticeable for the test drive or pickup. Also online photos had the dent conveniently cropped out of the pictures. I do admit I should have done a 360 inspection of the truck before going through with it but it shocked me that the dent wasn't even mentioned. Failing to mention the dent really pissed me off after paying 31k+ for the truck.

We had a great experience with Tri-City. We live a distance from the dealership so I had lots of questions prior to going for the test drive. My questions were happily answered and Marcus even sent pictures. We were able to negotiate a no obligation price prior to our test drive. The condition of the car was exactly as they had described and we purchased the car in less than 45 minutes. No tricks, no added fees, very honest and straight forward. The car was in perfect condition and they delivered it to my home!!!

Not impressed. Each person told me something different regarding what could be done to the vehicle. Price on lot was different than online. Much better dealers out there to rely on for such a big expenditure.
