They’ve communicated with me since they knew I was interested in a vehicle they have. They also have a big selection of vehicles at reasonable prices.

Was very helpful. Checked up, but was not pushy.

Davis was very helpful, got me approved but the vehicle sold before we could get time to go test drive and look at it. If he had another the same quality and price, I’d be there tomorrow to buy it.

I would recommend them to anyone. They were kind and helpful. They made the car buying experience a good one.

Just short of miraculous. David, our sales person, provided us a vehicle we felt was perfect for us. David provided us with a vehicle that we had a valuated in a timely manner and provided us with the ability to obtain that vehicle. I purchased a lot of vehicles in my time but none has been this fast or this easy to purchase and less stress. David was a blessing. There There’s something to be said for the small town atmosphere that put us at ease and provided us with a vehicle without having was out of reach. David went above and beyond in more ways than just selling a vehicle.

Dealing with Tri-City Motors was a great experience. The salesman I worked with was not pushy and offered me a more than fair trade in value for my vehicle. There are no hidden fees on thier lot and I was pleased with the overall experience. I would recommend this car lot and especially my salesman Robert Hughes.

I've contacted this dealer multiple times over the last 3 weeks, and every time they beat around the bush saying something along the lines of "Let me pull your file and I'll get back to ya here shortly" or "yeah yeah! I remember talking to you the other day, let me look at those pictures you sent me of your trade in and I'll give you a call in a bit"... this has been ongoing for 3+ weeks. Horrible service
