Sold me a BMW with hidden A/C issues completely dishonest dealership
I drove a long distance to buy my BMW from this dealership, trusting their word and inspection report. Within just two days, the A/C stopped working completely. When I took it to BMW, they found a refrigerant leak in the A/C system and quoted me $5,500 to repair it on a car with only 12,000 miles.
BMW confirmed this issue couldn’t have happened overnight, meaning the dealership likely topped off the refrigerant just to make it seem fine long enough for the sale.
When I contacted the dealership, they refused to help or take any responsibility even though they clearly knew there was a problem. It’s obvious they just wanted to get the car off the lot and hope I wouldn’t come back since I lived far away. If you’re considering buying here, get an independent inspection first and don’t trust what they tell you. If a business is willing to hide major issues just to make a sale, that says everything about their integrity.

Watch out for dishonest practices from this dealership. The price listed on this car didn't include $1,600 for a security system which they allegedly installed ( it was not listed in the long list of features of the car). Although the system can be removed, they would not do so, or reduce this "non-negotiable" add on.
Bad Experience, Poor Quality of used Cars,
Employees are rude and arrogant, This dealership
only looks to make a quick dollar. The financier will
try to stick with a high interest rate.
1) Used vehicle was leaking oil and smoking
2) Sales Managers are pushy and arrogant
3) Service Manager argued that there is nothing
wrong with their vehicles because they go through
a thorough inspection.
4) Their used vehicles are not washed and detailed
for sale. They do that after they sell the vehicle.

Aaron is the most honest and lovely soul! I would have purchased my car from him immediately but alas the car is not due to arrive until 8/12, I needed a car asap! It took me 48 hours of back and forth to get the other dealers to where Aaron landed right away, or once I filled out my credit application…. He is honest as the day is long and an extraordinary representative of Nissan!!!

Drove a little over 1 hour to come view this vehicle, Nick the salesman who I was dealing with had to pick this vehicle up from his manager's home, whose apparently still driving this vehicle 2017 Maxima SV listed with 22, 290 miles but this vehicle has 5000 more miles than listed. Which is very misleading but to add also trying to run my credit after explaining I have approved financing was very insulting as if I was dumb. No purchase was made, I would not give them my business. The point is to sale a car but apparently they don't care about that. I visited this dealership 8/26/18 & will not be back!

We had a great experience at Tracy Nissan. We worked with them on the
Titan SV that that we purchased. There was a lot of emailing and texting
before we went down to test drive it. When we got there, the salesmen met
us at the front door and took us right to the truck that they already had sitting
by for us to take a test drive. He showed us most of the features that were on
this truck. He was very helpful. All the people there were very helpful. We
got a great deal and a great truck.

Made a good deal, with them. They responsed to all my calls, emails, and anwered all my questions. Quick to assist, without being pushy. Must dealership, are to in your face which I don't like.
