My experience was awesome. Tim Jones and I stayed in contact via texting(my choice)until I arrived at the dealership in the evening. I loved the car and bought it. Easiest transaction ever. Both Tim and Mike stayed late so I could drive my new to me car home that evening. I highly recommend doing business with Craig Toyota. It was well worth my hour plus drive to get there

Craig Toyota answered my email the next very next day, giving me detailed answers to the questions I had asked. Even though we only corresponded once, the tone of their email was such that I would have definitely dealt with them had their dealership been closer to me!
