I had a phone call returned and an email message returned. My only complaint is that they put stock pictures of the vehicle I was interested in and didn’t take actual photos. They are still advertising that car even after selling it.

The only reason I give it a 1 star is bc I can leave no stars. I had an appointment to test drive the car. Already had the loan for it set up and ready to go. I was going to buy the car. Instead when I got there 5 min early a man went to go get the woman ms tamera I had an appointment with. He came out of the office then no one came out. I watched this woman play on her phone eat her sandwich and pointedly avoid making eye contact with me. So I left. I will NEVER do business with them and DO NOT recommend anyone else do either. I was a guaranteed sale! And I STILL wasn’t worth her time. I honestly feel if I was a different race or was wearing fancier clothes instead of my work clothes I’d had gotten the service I HAD MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR.

The car had been sold. When cars are sold they should be removed. All cars in which I had interest were sold. If cars are not available there is no point in showing them to potential buyers.

I was told that the car was sold already.... Then they jacked the price up the following day on the website... I'll continue to shop around.

Bait and switch dealer. Advertised a model, didn't have it and kept asking for a phone number to call. Reiterated my question regarding the model I wanted and if it's not available, I'm not interested in anything else. The salesperson would not confirm its availability, only kept asking for my phone number until the 5th reply. Complete waste of time and disregard to their customer.

They originally listed the vehicle as a pro on CarGurus and their official website even though it was only an off-road Edition. Given the fact that they cannot even adequately describe a vehicle I cannot recommend this dealership

Salesperson wasn’t knowledgeable about the vehicle. There was an obvious mechanical problem with the car and the salesperson chose to deny it and tried to convince me that it was nothing.

They responded they received my message but never answered my questions or followed up.

Just introduced herself. Did not answer any of my questions. I would like to have make an offer of $22,000 cash or work a trade-in with my 2002 GS300. No answers.

I was 5 minutes away from buying an m6 from them and the guy said okay he'll sell it to be and when I get the money ready at the bank he calls me saying oh I got bad news I sold the car like seriously why work with me saying you're gonna sell me the m6 when you're gonna make a deal with someone else that's awful customer service I wish I would give them 0 stars don't even deserve one SO DISAPPOINTED

Was not pleased with overall service. Price of truck was listed at 19000. After waiting for paper work to be done they jacked the price back up to over 21000. Will not return to this dealer ever for another vehicle.

Car has transmission issues

They let 250.00 dollars stop sale. Also they went up from Internet price. I drove 3 hrs to get there. I had ask if they would do better than the price advertise if I drove down .They said yes but they didnt. I call that not being truthful. ..

Internet sales person didn't seem too excited about getting my business. I bought another car, and the internet sales person at the other dealership was excellent....he really wanted my business; was not pushy at all, but did pursue my business. After getting to the dealership, I was surprised to find out the internet sales person was only 18, a college freshman. I was overly impressed with him.

This car is not driveable, they failed to inform me that the transmission in this car was no good, after I had driven over three hours to view the car and after two phone calls asking about the cars condition. This 2005 Nissan Maxima SL should not be posted, because it is a lemon. I would not buy a car from this location, because they are rude and inconsiderate.
