They are liers. Advertising the truck for $13,800.00. When I got there the price was 17,000.00. With all their bs fees it was over $20,000.00. I despise dishonesty.

I did not end up buying the car from Toyota Atlanta South. But I give them credit for being the only dealership to provide a detailed out the door price in writing. The only reason I did not buy from them is because I live four hours away. I decided to look closer to home for convenience.
I was told the vehicle was available. I was asking about buying the vehicle sight unseen and having the vehicle delivered. They started hum-hawing around and said they would have to call me back. Called back to say the vehicle had been sent to auction two days before. I have had that to happen four times in the last 4 or 5 months. I have to wonder if these places ever have the vehicles to start with. Sloppy business.
Believe the negative reviews, they’re real. My initial contact was with Temika. I let
her know that I was pre-approved and had a down payment ready for a specific
vehicle. She encouraged me to fill out the full application, which I did—only to
receive zero follow-up. Against my better judgment, I called the dealership again to
ask for Temika. Instead, another sales rep (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get)
picked up and abruptly took over the interaction. From the moment the conversation
began, he was dismissive, arrogant, and constantly talked over me when I tried to
ask clarifying questions. Eventually, he hung up on me. I sent an email with the
exact time and date of the call to the general manager, Eric Houge, in hopes they’ll
use the recording for internal training. Sales reps reflect the standards they are
allowed to uphold. And under Eric Houge’s leadership, those standards appear to be
incredibly low. The way I was treated reeks of classism and presumptive judgment.

They were asking me to com to see the car I liked. I scheduled an appointment at 4:30 pm and It takes 40 minutes for me to get there from where I live. I messaged them at 3:45 pm that I am on my way. The sales rep replied back and said see you soon. As I went there apparently the car I liked was solid last night They asked me to check the inventory what they have. What a disappointment. Very disorganized. They don’t have a common courtesy to tell me the car was gone. I would have not wasted my time.

I gave then one star because I couldn't give them 0 stars. Worst car buying experience I've ever had in my over 70 years of buying cars.
The negotiation went OK. But once we agreed on a rice, and I paid for the car, I couldn't get them to deliver the car as they agreed to even
though I paid $500 to get the car delivered. This is a week later and I still don't have the car.

They had a price listed here on Car Gurus that was a great price. Talked to a salesman about it and had set up an appointment to go drive and possibly buy it. My credit union needed a printed quote showing the out the door pricing so I asked for it. They sent me a quote that was magically $4k higher. I read other reviews and saw that this is the norm for this dealership. It was shifty and underhanded. So, I will pay more to not deal with that!

Absolutely abysmal service. Avoid at all costs. Not serious about doing business in the 21st century at all and completely wasted my time.
I reached out to this dealership to get more information and a competitive price on a vehicle they had listed on their website and through various third party services. I received a canned response from a sales rep named "Elias" that immediately ignored my message. I replied again, asking that the rep give me a competitive offer, indicating I was looking for a no-haggle, pleasant and stress free car buying experience.
They took thirty six hours to respond, sent me a quote with absolutely no message or additional information and the quote was $300 higher than the price listed on their website. I asked if this was their best and final offer on the vehicle I was interested in and received a one word reply - "Yes."
Well, that's one less customer you'll have and I'll never recommend anyone visit this dealership if this is the way they do business.
This dealership plays games. They also have very poor communications. I contacted this dealership on Saturday morning, was told that the used car Sales Manager would call me "in a few minutes ". The man never called. I call back on Monday, the receptionist was rude. I told the salesman Ismael that, if this is the treatment I would receive, I would go elsewhere. The vehicle I call to inquire about was listed online at one price but, when I visited the online site 2 days later the same vehicle was 3000.00 more. I contacted the dealership again and no one knew anything about that vehicle. I live put of town, thanks for wasting my time and saving me a 4 hour trip. BTW, the used car sales department is a hot MESS. Shop at your own risk.

Great experience. Never in all my years have I bought a car hassle free. I went there with my own pre qualification with a bank and they not only beat the rate but got my payments to where it was comfortable for me. The best part the whole process took 2 hours. I went to the dealer at 5 I was out with a new car by 7. Never have I ever bought a car that quick. Not even when I used cash.

I inquired on the price and they beat all the competition in the area with the price they quoted me. My salesman Gerald was on point and extremely helpful. I was in and out of the dealership in no time and am extremely happy with my purchase.

The price listed on the Carguru website originally was $3,991. When they
contacted me they said it was not available. A week later, another saleslady
contacted me and said it was available, but the price had increased to
$9,991.

I met Brian and Adolph, they were two excellent sales
representatives. The price quoted on the internet was honored by
Brian,i chose the car and everything appeared to be perfect until I
met Jeffrey the sales manager. This individual charged me $599.00
over the sticker price another $1500.00 for leather seat that he
claimed that did not come with the car, and finally refused to honor
the zero percent financing advertised even with high credit score.
After three hours of frustration and wasted of time ,i left without
the car and my approval letter from my bank.
