Requested information on a car that had been recently posted. They called me and asked me if I wanted to go check the car out. Got there and I was told the car wasn’t there/was no longer available because it was low priced and they go fast. So I left. They called me AFTER I left and left a voicemail asking me if I was still going to my appointment to show me the car. I was so mad, especially because they made the appointment for me to see it and I was traveling to see it. I was wanting to pay cash so not sure if that’s why they didn’t want to make a sale because as soon as I said I didn’t want to make payments, they started acting like they were going to look for the car and came back out to say they had higher priced ones that were similar. Be aware. Felt like they may just be putting these cars up on CarGurus, having people go and then trying to sell them a higher priced car. Veronica was who in contact with me.

Their prices are expensive!
Mynor from Pasadena contacted me and Coco was the sales manager that helped me. The price was too high especially with no power train warranty. The team was very nice and listened to me and we came to an agreement. I had jumped on this deal and they didn’t have in their system yet nor time to clean. I had to bring back for a detail. My experience was pleasant, they were efficient and would definitely recommend this dealership.

Dealer contacted me promptly, and we made an appointment to see the car. When I went to see the car, salesman was waiting for me, and took plenty of time to show me the car and then I drove it. Overall, a very good experience.

They did reply but didn't get an out the door price from them like requested with the breakdown. Seems this is regular practice at majority of dealers, they want you to come in to even give you a price. Most places add 2k to 4k for stuff no one asked for.
Good luck selling cars is all I can say.

Very dishonest dealer. They have a 2022 Toyota highlander advertised for $36,368, listed on Cargurus.I asked them to send me a total price for the vehicle. They sent me a price list of $36,988, then added $3485 for additional equipment. Which is not stated in the ad for this vehicle on either website. Also on cargurus it says they will deliver this car for free to UNLV, (I live in Las Vegas). I asked the salesman Young Ju about this, and he said it was a mistake. Then why is it listed on Cargurus.This is dishonest advertising. You should fix it, but Cargurus does not just list that, Toyota Pasadena must have put it in, and now they will not honor that. On their website, Toyota Pasadena, the car is listed for $36,368, no mention of the additional charge of $3484. Dishonest dealer who hides charges, deceives with advertising, and does not honor their word. DO NOT BUY a vehicle from them, there are many honest, and reputable dealers out there. find them.

Good service dealer rep was a fine fellow.
Didn’t buy the car. But the test drive experience was no pressure, no hard sell, no wasting my time. Really appreciated. I would recommend that the dealership charge the batteries on plug-in hybrids so people could experience the all electric capability. I wouldn’t of bought the car either way, just wasn’t the right car for me. But I think other people looking might want to see that in action.

I was willing to put my 5000 or more down and once Amy told me I was approved I made an appointment the next day and when I called that morning to let her know I’ll be in around 2pm she said the truck was sold last night ...how could that be if I had an approval and an appointment to sign and pay my down deposit smh bad communication skills here
contacted dealer to confirm car was available because I was going to drive from orange county to Pasadena, was told car was there, I got to dealer and when I was ready to get car they were adding extended warranty to price without asking if I needed it, they also added 1200.00 to price because car had an alarm system and protection package on it, if that is the case why advertise car for 19800 when they will add extra charges for something that is already installed on the vehicle, there was about 2000 miles discrepancy on the car from advertised, even financing questioned them about mileage discrepancy, they wouldn't even discount the price due to this discrepancy, even after 1 of their sales agents said he could drop price to 19500 due to mileage discrepancy, bad way to do business adding extra charges to something advertised at a low price, why not advertise car at 21000 instead of getting people there with a fake price.

The agent was pleasant but gave me the impression that he wasn't really interested in my business. The car had some blemishes that I was concerned about. The agent suggested that I could live with it and didn't offer to have them corrected. I thought that was odd. Also he never really started any process for me to purchase the car. That could due to a policy of not being pushy. I guess it wasn't meant to be. The car got sold and the agent didn't reach out to me as he promised. I reached to him.
Anyway, at least he was a pleasant guy. I purchased my dream car from another dealer. It was a pristine 2015 Venza XLE AWD with low mileage so actually, he did me a favor by not wanting my business. I

Although I didn't purchase a vehicle from Pasadena Toyota, they were quick to respond and very helpful with trying to work with me on the price. In the end, we were $1000 away and I walked away. That's not a knock on them, I'm in the market for a steal and they weren't willing to let me steal the vehicle.

Awsome! Not only did they return my call but also sent additional pics of the car right away.The sales associate was profession, mannerable and polite. All I did was sit and look pretty and sign my paper work. No hustle, no bustle. Finance manager sweet and kind. Was clear about all contract information before I signed any document.
