Sales woman (Erin) was nice, very helpful. They definitely stand by their AS IS motto. Test drove the car with the windows down, (Warm day in March for Cleveland). Purchased the car and drove off. Rolled up the windows and noticed the AC wasn’t working correctly. Blowers were fine but wasn’t blowing cold air. Returned to the dealer within 2 hours to be treated completely differently and told that it’s an as is sale. (Friendliness was gone. Lol). No hard feelings. Lesson learned. Just posting to enlightened others who may run into the same thing.
He did leave voicemail, and when I called back I was told he was with a customer but would priority call me back
when done. He never called back. I did the purchase online through you and scheduled appraisal of mine and drive
for 3 days later. The next day they called and wanted to confirm the appraisal, which I did. I thought great, this car
Rav is waiting for me. I thought to ask for confirmation of it's availability and he said it is. I then find out the car had
already been sold!!
Very very shady and unreliable.

Thank you for bearing with us. The global chip shortage has affected new car supplies for every brand. We are still able to build custom cars, but it's a good idea to put a deposit on stock or allocated inventory when you find a car you like so someone else doesn't buy it first.

I walked in and Jim Donnelly was my salesman. Being from the west side I was unfamiliar with the area. He was extremely helpful and I felt no pressure. I bought the car and am very happy!

Dealership was responsive. Initially, an internet sales coordinator reached out. I later spoke with a sales specialist, and
in the end I ended up dealing somewhat with the used car department manager (regarding shipping). I purchased a
vehicle from this dealership. I felt the vehicle was priced very fairly and I feel like I got a good deal. I bought the car out
of state, sight unseen, after doing alot of research. I did a video tour and exchanged lots of texts and emails. Overall, I
feel I was treated fairly. However, there were some minor cosmetic items / damage that I was not made aware of, and
that was a little frustrating. But-I took the risk by buying a car that I couldn't see in person. The car was also due for an
oil change right when I got it. I felt like that should have been taken care of prior to the sale. Shipping was also a
challenge in that took quite awhile to get the car shipped to me.

Motorcars Toyota should not be in business. They have the worst sales department I have ever visited. Went in to purchase a truck and get a estimate for my trade in. The appraiser comes out, looks at the car and starts to write things down. Keep in mind, my vehicle has never left the parking spot. He comes up to me and feeds me a low ball appraisal and continues to state that I'm lucky to be getting this much since my vehicle "probably " has transmission damage. I ask how he determines this without driving the vehicle, and he says "I just know it does". Even the salesman was shocked that he makes a false statement without even attempting to drive the vehicle. Be very careful if you visit this place. They will screw you any chance they get! Needless to say, I grabbed my keys and left. They lost not only 1 customer for life who was ready to spend some good money, but I will spread the word of their horrible business practice.

No contact until a week after I inquired about the truck and when they did respond, they never even acknowledged the truck which at that point had already been sold or unlisted from CarGurus.

The dealership responded to my request. Unfortunately we could not come to an agreement on price of another vehicle that we actually loved! The price of that car dropped significantly below what we had asked for but were told they couldn’t budge on the price unless we went through them for financing (we have approval through our credit union with 76 months and 3.99%) they have the car we want but won’t negotiate with us because of financing but then dropped the price lower than we asked for online? They were not honest about maintenance records on the vehicle and I’m uncertain about their lifetime warranty. I really liked the guys - but unfortunately unsure we can purchase from them.

car was not!!!! as described , pictures did not show any of the many dents and scraps all around on this car. As a result I wasted my time and drove 40 miles for nothing! Needless to say' I will share my experience with my friends looking to buy a car.

The absolute worst place you could go to
buy a car! Their sales team is God awful.
Cars we wanted to test drive or look at
didn't have gas and wouldn't start. They
actually brought out a battery starter to
try to start the car as well. Who would
want to buy that car? Not me! Then we
filled out credit app on Sun. They were
supposed to get back with us Monday.
They never did! Tues. I decided to call
them only to be on hold for 22 min with
no answer! My wife emailed our sales
person, and guess what? No response! 1
WEEK and 2 DAYS later guess what? The
guy called me wanting to sell me the car
we inquired on over a week ago! Too bad
we already made a better purchase. I
highly recommend staying as far away
from this place as possible.

Car is great! Salesman didn't know
online price was different.... $3500
different. After agreement to buy, sales
person never had car detailed, i had to
de- ice and only gave us 1/4 gas....said it
would get me out of town. We drove 2
hours to get car. Not impressed. People
seemed nice at dealership but only on
the surface.

I called back he was doing a test drive,
he said he would call back when he
made it back to check and see if the car
was still there. I haven't heard back from
him yet. And yes, the car is still available.

I went into the dealership with full
intention of purchasing the used
Maserati. After looking at the car for 15
minutes three employees said hello but
no one asked if I had questions or
needed assistance. Possibly I was not
dressed like someone who would be
serious about purchasing the car.
Regardless, I haven't been back and
have no intention of going back. That
sucks for them and me. They don't sell
the car and I don't buy it. There are
other dealerships that will take my
money.

This was a really nice place with really
nice people but the vehicle I wanted to
look at had significant damage to the
front and back bumpers. This was not
shown in the pictures and nobody could
tell me where it came from.

This is the worst car dealership that I have ever been to. They are
nothing but a bunch of LIARS! Thought that I purchased as vehicle
only to be called 15 minutes after I left to be told sorry ,we forgot that
we took a deposit on this vehicle yesterday and are holding it for
them. I took this vehicle for a test drive and went through all the
paperwork for my credit and was told the vehicle was mine. Nothing
but disappointment and a big waste of my time. Thank god I didn't
have an accident on the test drive or the person that put down the
deposit would have been screwed also. I would not recommend this
dealer to my worst enemy!

Found the car that I wanted here. Was happy the way Sales Manager Ray Richards dealt with me. However was unhappy the way the car was handed over to me. i.e. it was not detailed well. But Ray obliged to bring the car over to the showroom and he would get the car detailed for me. The service dept did a better job this time.
