Went all the way out there making sure I called in multiple times to make sure the car I wanted existed 4 times they confirmed that they still had it. Only to find out when I arrived 30min later it has been "sold"

High level of great customer service

Nice people there but they put misleading pictures up. Truck in person looks terrible compared to the pictures. Its has all little scratches all over, the vinyl wrap covering all the chrome trim is peeling off besides the terrible job of it being installed, wheels were gross and had curb rash and scratches. For the money they are asking its a joke. Im really mad i was mislead and drove 1.5 hrs including 30$ in tolls to see this

Terrible, con artist, Husler's, classic bait and switch scram !! I called in the morning they said the car was in the service bay and did it just come in and they weren't even any photos they will get back to me to set an appointment that afternoon no one ever called I called back later that afternoon and spoke to someone else I told them that I was trying to reach the first person a woman named Jenna she was supposed to call me back I was told that she left for the day they were trying to reach you but if not would it be OK if I dealt with that person that I was speaking with I said I don't care I just want to see the car. Then I get an email later saying the vehicle had been sold was there anything else they could help me with I'm afraid I wouldn't use this establishment so much is to change the Radio station on my car radio in fact everybody I meet in Westchester County I will advise to stay far far far away from these people I had cash and was ready to go .

Called in takes to brandon and he said the car i was looking at was available and in stock. On my way there (45 minute drive) get a call from a lady that informs me that brandon didn’t know it was sold. How does that happen? did this guy not even check when i called and just told me to come in? Come on..

Good experience. A long day, but well worth the effort.

Very professional

I was 1st told that the car was being detailed. I questioned that because it had been on cargo ruse for over a 100 days. Then I was told that it was at another dealership because someone had interests in it but didn't buy it and there waiting to get it back. They would not give me the name of the other dealership and I haven't heard from them again.

Had corresponded with online coordinator regarding the car we were interested in. She was aware we were going to come into their office to take a test drive last Saturday afternoon. We drove 45 minutes to their dealership and were told the car had been sold. A salesman tried hard to sell us on a lease. We were very disappointed.

Very good experience with DCH Toyotas city. I could not visit them because the vehicle I was interested in was sold over the week end. However they seemed to offer good prices with transparent price breakdown (especially doc fees). Since they sold the vehicle I wanted I had to go to another car dealer, but if I have to look for another Toyota car in the future, I will start by looking at their inventory.

Contacted me right away few times but still not gotten a price from them.

I don't like when people lie. Starr told me the car I was looking at was a two owner car because it was a dealer demo. When I met with Marc, the salesman, he told me it was a one owner car. I actually read the car-guru email log sheet and Starr wrote in the comments section " I told client it was a demo car" an obvious lie... Disgusting if I ask me

The car advertised for 24K idled with a heavy shudder which I noticed immediately and the driver's side mirror seemed like it might actually fall off the car as I drove on the highway part of the test drive. If a car has a mechanical issue the right thing to do is tell the prospective buyer up front. We purchased a car in Danbury.

The manager at these dealer name mark has a ugly attuide towards customers if he doesn't know how to deal with the public he shouldn't be working there I would never buy a car from these dealership nor anybody I know I would never recommend nobody to come to dch toyota of mamaroneck ny
