The truck I looked at sold more than 5 days ago, but they left it on their website. When I called and spoke with someone they told it was sold and pushed hard to sell me a more expensive vehicle that didn’t meet the same criteria. Classic bait and switch sleezy car salesman.

I contacted via the app the persons I was texting with told me The vehicle was in stock and on the lot asked me if I wanted to come see it when I told him I had pre-approval from another bank I was toldto call the sales floor because they can help me better I called the sales floor. The guy answered the phone and then after a few moments of chatting proceeded to tell me that they were open that day. Maybe his finance guy was there but he wasn't and then they told me that the car wasn't even available that he sold that car weeks ago. So I got the runaround for a car that is or is not maybe there?

Toyota has gone above and beyond to help me get into a car. Sent online credit app. Scheduled an appointment to see the car. They follow up daily. If I ever buy a used car in the future I will go to them.

They wasted my time. I never was asked the proper details just a promise to finance with even bad credit.so even before I applied with them they were very pushy about me applying my credit. They never called me to explain but just reply with a text only not professional especially francis just wanted me to apply and told me she could get me approved! Beware

I asked for a carfax,they said they had one and emailed me twice to say they were sending it and never did. So I'd suspect they were pulling my leg and don't have one. Other dealers have been so much more upfront or helpful than these folks.

Mr. Jose was very accommodating. I did not like the first truck, so we found another. I was strapped for time so I shared my concerns about what I saw on/about the truck then did all my financing (Which was very easy, with the lowest $$ Down, $5k less than other dealers) then I went home, and they WAITED TILL AFTER CLOSE for me to come back with my wife to pick up the truck. As I was leaving, I believe it was the owner sincerely thanked me for my business. Mr. Jose even gave me a Diet soda from his personal stash :-)

The experience started out quick and went well. Put the down payment on the car and when they were saying they would ship it, it took three days for them to finally tell me that something’s wrong with the car after I signed and everything. Refund was sent and is still pending but overall the experience was super inconvenient for me and i came out empty handed after many emotions of purchasing this vehicle.

This dealer was about 20 miles from my house. I called to confirm the availability of the car. I drove to the dealership only to find out it had already been sold well before I had called. They tried to push other models that I did not want. Very shady operation.

I was so scared pulling into this place I pulled right back out. If the car that I came to see had been out on the "lot" I would have checked it out but all I saw was junk. It literally looked like a junk yard. Some of the inventory had a lot of scratches. I felt so bad for the poor salesman sitting outside; its not his fault this place is bust down. I really had my hopes up on this one

The dealer contacted me and scheduled an appointment. However, the vehicle advertised was NOT the car that was available. There was a 20k mileage differential. Of course they tried to show me other cars. Immediate lack of trust. It was “no” for me.

They sold the same car to two people even whem i was the first person to make down payment there sold it to another person and refuse to give me my $3000 down payment back uptill now please be very careful with the guy called Jesse Arriaga who hope to be the Finance Manager unfortunately for this company thanks for Allen Diaz for letting me know still dont know why they still have the same CLA posted online maybe they want to sale it to another person please be careful

I thought I had found the car I wanted and went here with full intentions of buying it. I waited over 30 minutes for them to go get it from another location, I believe it was being inspected. I was shown glowing history on the car, but until I actually saw the car, no one thought it was important to mention it had hail damage to every panel on the car. I lost interest in the car and confidence in the dealer, so I left!!

Trash. Horrible experience. All lies just to get you to come in. I don’t know why this ad is still up. When I got there, they told me this car had sold. The pictures don’t even match the information. They said they’d call me back and find me a car. Never heard back from them.

This was the best experience I ever had buying a car. If I had to rate them from 1 to 10 and 10 being the highest I would give them a 10. M.J. helped me and I appreciate everything he done and I appreciate his father too. They were fair and honest which is something you don't always get when buying a used car. I would encourage everyone to go there because this family will make sure your satisfied. Again, I would like to take my new friend M. J. for all his hard work.

this is a fake price. of $290.00 dealer has several vehicles listed at this fake price. ... .. It is really a monthly payment price. when contacted by phone, dealer would not give full price of vehicle, or how many months of $290 were required to complete purchase. Only wanted me to come in and look at all the fabulous vehicles he had available for only $290.00 per month very disappointed in this dealer . will not be driving to see him and his $290.. per month vehicles
