I worked with Tim "Gibby" Reiter for a couple of days before purchasing my new SUV from him. All
questions were quickly and honestly answered. Every request was met with a rapid and
satisfactory response. There was no shenanigan's, or pressure; just a good vibe and a great car
buying experience. Could be the best auto buying experience I have ever had.
The vehicle is actually better than advertised. The facility is modern, organized and super clean.
Everyone is friendly and professional. Even the nice man that shuttled me from the airport was
great to talk with. All the paperwork was/ is in order, plates were installed by Gibby himself and
they sent me down the road with a full tank of gas.
I highly recommend this dealership. A handshake still matters there. You can trust them.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive an email from us. Could you check your junk mail? Looking at our Customer Relationship Management tool, I can see that we emailed you an initial response on 10/16/21 at 10:37 PM. We followed up at 8:57 AM on Monday, 10/18/21, at 8:57 AM and again on the 20th and 21st. If you have not received those emails and they are not in your junk mail folder, can you contact us? It would mean with have a problem with the computer system on our end. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry it didn't go as you hoped.

Great experience! Friendly!
Bought our car from them. They responded right away and when we went and looked at the car it was fast right into test driving without all the sales stuff. I would reccomend buying from them. Great experience!

Communication was quick and to the point. Car was as described in the ad. Dealership was new and car was
clean and ready to go when I got there. Customer service was not great. Sales person almost immediately
accused us of lying about the condition of our trade (It was only 6 months old with 1300 miles on it). Asking if it
was in an accident (it wasn't) because the paint on the roof was not perfect. It was repaired under warranty
right before being stored for the winter. He continued to complain about it and about the body shop that did the
work. We thought the deal would fall through, but they went ahead anyway. I was happy to get out of there. I
definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

I’m sorry to hear you left our dealership less than satisfied. As you know, condition is everything when it comes to high end performance cars like you were both purchasing and trading. Obviously, we performed a history report before you arrived with your vehicle. So, when we saw no accidents on that report but a paint run in the roof, it caused concern. I apologize if our tone seemed accusatory as that was not our intent. But I know you, too, would have been concerned if the roles were reversed. Saw the same vehicle listed for 25k several weeks ago. The dealer evidently got bought out and now Bloomer Ford, in the same town, has it listed for a higher price of $26,979.
We haven't decided yet and are still shopping around.
To be fair for the rating, we have only spoken with Bloomer Ford once over the phone.
