Super friendly staff, very accommodating..
Lauren and Bob are fantastic! They couldn’t have made it easier and I’d definitely buy from them again. From the beginning to the end Lauren answered all my questions, got me videos, and was very helpful.
While doing the paperwork I was unhappy about an unpredicted snow storm that had rolled in and driving a Mustang home in the snow. Lauren and Bob got me in and out ASAP and I got home safe.
It was a good buying experience and I have no hesitation to buy from them again.

Great deals and fantastic customer service! I am very happy with my car and they made everything easy and convenient.
Took way too long to reply to me for a car. I thought the car was sold already but i called them just to make sure and they said the car was still there. Once I was there it was quick, i test drove the car and then a credit union accepted me in a day or two. Then it took over a week just to talk to someone about where my car was. After a week I was still waiting. Never took this long for me to get a car before.

I received a very brief email from "Pat" stating that the vehicle in question was still available. "Pat" then encouraged me to fill out a finance application, which I did. That was the last communication I have had with him or anybody else from Tower Auto. I will say that I have emailed Tower several times with no luck. Also I called and was placed on hold. After approximately 10 minutes on hold I hung up. They don't seem to be all that interested in selling a vehicle to me.
