I went to toro motors to inquire about a 2013 gmc Denali . The salesman was dealing with other customers I waited around for over an hour even tho I had a scheduled appointment. I was given the keys and told to go check the truck out but don’t move . After a short time I was asked what I thought about the truck . I explained that it needs a decent amount of work as soon as I said that the salesman pretty much wrote me off and sent me to talk to the finance manager who is his brother . I asked for a dry spot that I would be able to climb under the truck so he pulled it into the garage . Soon inspecting the truck I found that someone cheaply overlayed the rockers but left the rotted ones there . And also found a rot hole in the frame after I was told this truck had gone through the shop . If you Decide to buy from this dealer make sure you check the car or truck very good .

Weii,I done the application out and waited for them to get back and they said they tried to get intouch with me. I said you could have left a message. I felt it was unprofessiona. They really didn't seem enthusiastic to me.
Prior to calling about (or driving out to view) the Toyota Tundra, I first texted to ensure the vehicle was actually on the lot. (Many prospective past customers had left comments denoting that though they had called to confirm the vehicle was available, upon arrival at the dealership, they were told the vehicle was not present, and were then pressed to purchase a different vehicle). Without a skip, the vehicle I called about had 'been sold'', and I was then asked what other vehicle I had in mind. (The vehicle was still posted for sale for a couple of more days before it was delisted).
Perhaps the vehicle was indeed sold that very moment, perhaps not...but that the MO matches so many comments is...suspect.
What I found deceptive and unacceptable was the wording concerning downpayments. I asked to clarify, and they responded that the DOWNPAYMENT IS MONEY IN ADDITION TO THE LISTED SALE PRICE.
Intentionally deceptive a...stealership.

Car we asked about was sold. A few days later we visited the dealer. He had just gotten a 2010 Ford
Explorer in. It was just the model we wanted. The price was right and we purchased the car. The
vehicle was very clean and in great conditional. The dealer was extremely helpful and very
knowledgeable. He explained exactly what we needed to do. He dealt with our insurance agent to get
a properly dated insurance card and got the vehicle registered with Motor Vehicles. He went above and
beyond what we expected from him and we would recommend him and his business very highly.

Contacted the dealer with an interest in a jeep wrangler. The person I spoke to New absolutely nothing about the details of the condition of the vehicle and did not make much of an effort to find out for me. I wanted to know more about the vehicle before driving to an a half hours to look at it I could not get anyone to answer my questions. Ended up buying a jeep from a different source

I called dealer and ask questions about a vehicle I was interested in. One of the questions I asked was had the vehicle ever been repainted or had bodywork done . He clearly said no. I drove an hour and a half to see the vehicle and to find a poorly painted a peeling clear coat on the hood and fender. The dealership was dirty and the offices were an un organized mess. What looked like a showroom was a shop with wrecked vehicles being repaired in it. The dealer was dishonest and waisted my time. It was a disappointing experience and would recommend to anyone to steer clear of this dealer
I contacted Toro Auto about a Ram truck they had forsale. They reached back to me promptly. I drove 2hrs to see the truck. From 20ft away the truck looked fine.As i get
closer to the vehicle i can see things are not quite matching up. Upon closer inspection i see major body repair. the salesman attempts to convince me the truck wasnt in a
major wreck when anyone with a trained eye can see the poor attempt to repair this damage. He got an attitude when i started pointing out the shoddy body work and wanted
me to leave the lot. Honesty is what we look for when your looking to buy a car. Toro Auto is a shiesty used car dealership selling wrecked poorly repaired vehicles to the

Called back the same day after I contacted him and helped me out the best he could, I give 5 stars.
This dealer is very shady! 18 cars for sale out of the total 33 cars on their lot have been in previous accidents, some more than once and 4 cars they have currently for sale have frame damage according to Car Fax. Horrible reviews from past customers. “F” rated by the BBB. No thanks. I will not be doing business with this dealer.

Dealer got back to me fairly quick I drove an hour and an hour and 1/2 to get to the dealership was met by a friendly gentelman we took the vechail for a rest drive when it came down to negotiate the price the person we delt with whould not budge on the price not a dollar we left very disappointed

Purchased Ford Fusion Hybrid. Did not have all the accessories as advertised on CarGurus. Could not adjust headlights. Removed front bumper skin and found thousands of $$$ of hidden damage not mentioned on Car Fax. When I asked dealer to take car back I was told "No Returns". Never ever ever do business with this dealer. Pay no attention to the great reviews. They are fake. Check out BBB.

excellent condition . they helped me with my credit application and all
paperwork. they were very informative and I did not feel like they were up-
selling me at all. if anything I actually got an amazing deal! a friend of mine

I bought a 2006 BMW 325XI about 3 months back from Toro Auto, and I must say that I am pleased with the great customer service I received. They took care of me and everything was straight forward and fair. They were able to finance me when every other place required a co-signer or a ridiculous down payment. They went above and beyond to make sure all registration and financing was put in order. Even after purchasing my vehicle, they were very helpful to any questions or problems that I had with my bimmer.

theses jeeps looked like brand new, funny how they only
take selected pictures the ONES which make the jeep look
great till you drive over and see rust,chipped paint dirk all
over one and dirt on the other inside and out.

Dealer did respond by email, I went to the office asked about the jeep, he pointed and said "it's over there, it looks just like yours" it was locked couldn't check it out or test drive. He never came out., I guess he didn't want to sell it. I sent an Email to you earlier about this.
