He was very nice and told me he’d contact me when they got the electric Kona in but then I got an email from some saleswoman he handed me off to I guess so I never responded to her. I still don’t know if they got the electric Kona into dealership.

The dealer emailed me right away. He explained to me that the car wasn't yet available as their shop had to fix and paint a scratch or something on the car. He also stated that it wasn't even on their website so it was by chance that we saw it on CarGurus and I'm glad we did. I did go to the dealership and put a downpayment on it anyways because it was very difficult in finding a car that I wanted. I am still waiting for the repairs to be done as the painting process is quite lengthy for Lexus. It's worth the wait.

The sales manager was un willing to strive for customer satisfaction for a safe vehicle. All he cares about is the money not the customer. Never again will I look here for a vehicle, and I would definitely not recommend anyone to shop they're. Cutter dodge is so much better all around
