It wouldn't be fair to give a very positive or negative rating considering my interaction was short (hence the 3 stars). The communication was prompt from the salesperson via phone and text. When I came to see the vehicle, I arrived later than expected just 20 min before they were closing. I was told I could not test drive it that day since they were closing soon. I would have handled that differently in their shoes, but I do understand that my timing wasn't ideal. Also, the van I looked at seemed like it hadn't been through any reconditioning. It was in worse shape on the interior than my vehicle I was going to sell (which I keep fairly clean). So, I decided to keep my vehicle as it was in better condition and I didn't see a point coming back from Katy to test drive the Transit.

There were great to deal with, very professional and did the best to work out a deal.

Customer service was great! Truck was as described. I flew in and arrived early, they had my paperwork ready. Took truck for test drive and when returned all I had to do was sign and I was on my way. Truck was already detailed before I arrived.

Professional help

so far the experience has been great. They gave me a drive out price quick. I have not driven the vehicle and i got an appointment to drive it out today. if my mechanic sees no problems with the vehicle i will buy it today. so far the experience has been great. I like no nonsense people. Hopefully i will be driving my 2017 truck tomorrow. The vehicle was not ready. I thank Andy Smith for being a man of character by being honest and forth coming with the vehicle. Like i told Andy, when its meant to be, its mean to be. Good Luck Andy. Honesty is hard to find. Swift response; however the individual who called spoke in a manner that was hard to understand. I was told the price was non negotiable so I thanked him and got off the phone. A day or so later the sales manager called when I couldn’t take the cal. I returned his call and there seemed to be uneasiness that I had called asking for him by name when I returned his call. Shortly thereafter the previous sales person called me back and I gave him the same response as before. Have not heard back from them and has bee several days since then.

Was given bad directions, no parking available even though there was only one other customer there at the time, almost run into by an employee driving too fast in their cramped parking lot. Then given a go to h-ll look from him as if he wanted to have a fight , And then while leaving another salesman and customer were blocking the exit drive and wouldn't pull forward and over to allow me to leave. Salesman yells at me that i need to wait even though driver could just pulled a little more further and none of this would have happened. Would hate to deal w/ this to buy or have a vehicle serviced there. Would not recommend buying a vehicle here after this experience.

Excellent service

We're still in process of getting everything right but that's partially my fault as I needed to get out of town in a hurry. Everything up to now has been very acceptable, the sales manager and staff have done what they said they would do!

While I did not end up buying this particular vehicle, Marlon the salesman was very helpful and easy to work with.

I spoke with Al and everything seems really good and they seem to have honest people here. I found a lower price car elsewhere, but I had a very positive experience with these guys and would give them a change if my other offer doesn't work out. I am glad this car is available and is a real advertisement because not everyone that advertises on CarGurus is a real ad. These guys are honest and the salesman gave me his personal cell phone too.

Advertised a price on three different websites then said was wrong but did not correct the mistake so other may get wrong info as well.

They had a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk priced really nicely. I was contacted by the sales staff and John (JP) sold it to me over the phone. The finance guy Adam Fed Ex'd me the paperwork and the deal was done. I saw by the on-line pictures that the Jeep was nice, but they really did a great job detailing it and the vehicle exceeded my expectations. I had a trucker ship it to me and it got here (in New Mexico) in two days once it was picked up. Nice job to my salesman JP. Would recommend Tommie Vaughn Ford gladly.

Great attitude, knowledgeable about there vehicles in stock. Had the vehicle i inquired about washed and ready under there covered area READY for me to look it over. They salesman Ceasar was not pushy and courteous. He was informing and understanding about me bringing my wide and two out of five children with me. The overall experience was great all the way thru the sale. Yes, I purchased the vehicle with an hour I was in my way home. Very happy!

No experience other than that they contacted me. I bought a different car, but they were nice and did contact me.

Their sales representatives were just rude. No need for the way we were treated. However, the worst thing is that their finance manager lied to lenders about what I wrote on my application. As a result, I had to contact the lenders and verify my salary with proof of pay stubs and social security number. Terrible.

High pressure as soon as i talked to the salesman he told me there were 2 other buyers. The while i was there he took a phone call at his desk with me there saying that was another buyer. The truck was then brought up for me to see. It had damage to the top of the right reat wheel flare. The 2 salesmen that were now there together acted like it must of just happened. I was plain to see the damage had been there for a long time. If you like high pressure this is where you want to go. The vehicle was white ford king eanch dually I went in to buy a truck went out with a very bad taste in my mouth

Poor business tactics for sure. They went way under the KBB trade in of my vehicle and over charged on their vehicle. I understand that money is a factor, but making a sale is making the money. They were nice and it is business as usual, but a waste of time. 2 stars for poor sale tactics.

The only dealer I contacted with serious interest that would NOT negotiate advertised price even 1¢. I made several attempts. I found same vehicle at another dealership, test drive and negotiated then bought in 30min. It can be done. Won't try this place in the future.

They had the vehicle when I called and made a deal over the phone. I picked up the vehicle and while driving it home (200 + miles) I noticed the air bag light was on. I took to a local dealership and they repaired it. Tommie Vaughn promptly reimbursed me for parts and labor. Great experience with this dealership.

I signed a contract and they sold the car to someone else before my wife could test drive. This was the best deal on CarGuru and the only contract I signed. Truly my loss for not writing a check sealing the contract.

When I was on my way there is when I was notified the truck was sold. I went anyway to see some other trucks. Bought a 2014 Dodge. I am still owed running boards. I went to have then installed and they were trying to take running boards from another truck and install. There was never any mention of used boards, in fact, there was not another dodge on the lot when we made the deal. A little underhanded in my opinion.

I purchased my car from Kenneth Pettway, he is an unbelievably nice guy! Not pushy, very attentive, very honest. I found the car online and had other questions,Kenneth went outside and took pictures with his iPad and was kind enough to text them to me. I drove from Austin to Houston to buy from him because of his service and very fair price. I already have friends looking for cars and they are working with Kenneth as well. Can't say enough about how great he was. I no longer dread the car buying experience!

As pleasent as car buying can be, used car facility not great but they have a new building being built, salesman Anthony Cuccerre was friendly and answered emails and phone callls in timely manner. Finance Director Rick Camp was awesome - he actually finalized my decision - not with pressured sales talk but with a conversation about car purchasing.
