Horrible experience with this dealership for an out of town buyer. We were working with this dealership ALL DAY on purchasing this vehicle for my daughter and the manager of the dealership sold the car right out from under us to someone local because they didn't want to wait for us to drive up the next day with the check in hand (like they required instead of doing drafting). HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Tom Peacock offered 2016 Buick Lacrosse, I sent an email asking for test drive they answered yes the car was available, then I made appointment at 10:00 am, next day, I went to the dealer asked for the car, the sales person said the 2016 was sold the day before, she offered another cars only Cadillacs, I won't interested waste my time, I disappointed with this dealer, now they offered the same car agein for sale that's unprofessional and tricked thank you for your attention.

I Inquired about A 2009 Cadillac STS, I Contacted THEM on May 26th 2020 I Ask WHAT will be the Financing Options for THIS VEHICLE And How Much of A Down Payment will I Need, The Salesman MICHEAL WILLIAMS I Guess he was kind of Slow in Thinking kept Emailing me Back n Forth asking the Same Questions, What Vehicle You Want to Look at After I Told him Several Times That I Was Interested in the 2009 Cadillac STS Silver.. Finally HE gets it and Told me to Put in an Application Which i did, As of Today I Never head any feed back from The Dealership about My Application OR The Salesman Micheal Williams On Whether I was Approved OR Denied. What kind of Business are they Running at TOM PEACOCK CADILLAC?? Next thing i know i get an Email From Car Gurus Saying that The Vehicle I was Interested in has been SOLD, So What Happened to My Application ??

Fantastic. I meet up with the salesman Arber Neziri and he was spot on. He didn't have the car I was looking for but he explained the Cadillac system to me and he looked for the car I wanted. Once he found a car he called me back a few days later, but I had already bought another car.

It took a few days to get a response from the dealer via email and when I did it was from someone who was very short in their response and was not interested in discussing anything unless you made the trip to the dealership. I’m not sure if this is the way with all of them but if I decide to go to the dealership I will not be dealing with the person who contacted me here.

Very dissatisfied with their customer service. We spoke a salesman and was told he would call back with drive out price, never heard back from him. I called and was told the car was sold. A few days later received a call offering the car at a higher price. Will never shop with them again!!!

The sales person that was referred to me did not care about my knees or what I wanted as a customer he was more concerned about a bonus I told the guy when I first came in that Lexington Law have been working on my credit for a year my credit was real sensitive that when he ran it could he only run it to three of his cop Banks and not 10 or 20 he did the opposite and he did run it more than three times which now I have a total of 12 hard inquiries on my credit score because the salesperson was not concerned about my needs the salesperson told me that he was going to talk to his manager about it and he would get back to me he never did I'm still waiting this is a person that's not concerned about my knees that's more concerned about a bonus

Very helpful. Answered all my questions in minutes. I truly regret not buying the O8 CTS when I had the chance!! It sold right before I was going to buy it. I have yet to find a better deal 2 weeks later

I ask a specific question twice, never answered the question I ask. I ask about the $1288.50 that they add onto the price when you buy a vehicle there. I simply want to know the price out the door. No answe except come on down. Dana never answered the question.

Called me quick, found out I was an out of state customer, never herd from them again. Very sad, since I was excited to do business with them. I explained how I have purchased many cars from Texas and I was experienced.

I went and they service man was friendly and responses we did a credit report and everything it was close to closing so I ask him to go ahead and do a credit ck and call me in the morning he never even bothered to talk to me bad Bussiness

Terrible. Autodialer service called me 22 times in 4 days. Scheduled appointment to test drive, sales person not there. Nice sales person offered to help and NO ONE COULD FIND THE KEYS TO THE CAR. and worse .. no one called me afterwards to say they had found them and offer me a test drive. Used to have a very high reputation in the community .. what has happened.

Called in to this dealership, could not get in touch with the salesperson that left me a message, talked to 2 additional salespeople, left contact information and neither of them ever responded! I guess if you are not a guaranteed sale they are not interested!

This entire dealership staff is driven by their Loyalty to Tom Peacock, and the product they sell (Cadillac). My sales Lady was excellent and ensured that the car and deal was what I wanted,and stayed as described to me,not changing at the end. I thank them all for their hard work.
