I inquired through carguru website about a vehicle. They quoted me $10,000 over book value for the vehicle I was interested in. I did not bother to negotiate further. If they
were going to hit me with a grossly overpriced number to start with then trying to negotiate with them was going to be a waste of my time.

Was very willing to help and wanting to answer all my questions I'm looking forward to seeing this vehicle I would recommend trying this dealership
WORST DEALERSHIP. They put a 7 day hold on a 2011 camaro ss, I got the paperwork in and then they sold it to someone else even though I had 3 days left. I would not recommend this dealership. You’re better off going somewhere else if you want to actually get your car and not have it sold to someone else.

Vehicle was unavailable, but salesman was really helpful about trying to find a different vehicle
says person Tyler never provided buyers order with numbers before advising the moment I am not approved he has 3 other offers to process. Worst case of honesty with bad customer service. Won't buy from dealer that gives bad service.

I only contacted them because they did not have a price listed on a vehicle that i was interested in. They did
respond to me the next day with the price.
The car I was interested in had been sold by the time we had our appointment to see it, however, the salesman Tylar failed to mention that
before putting us through the hassle of trying to get financed. It felt like a bait and switch to be honest. He should have been upfront about
the status of the car from the beginning. I will not be shopping there again nor will I recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

Didn’t purchase the vehicle, but the dealership was responsive to all my requests and questions, not pushy by any means. Gus was helpful. Based off this experience I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them if I found what I was looking for.

Jordan was a absolute jerk and showed
signs of anger issues. Throwing his pen at
his desk several times angrily showing he
was displeased that I wasn’t going to be
pushed into a bad deal. He tried filling out a
credit application for me without asking
whether I wanted to procure my own
financing. He finished the experience off
with handing my car keys back to me and
saying a snarky remark as we left.

Communicated with dealership and asked if they could transfer the car closer to me. They emailed me and said that the car was in Tacoma and on that lot. I scheduled an appointment but they sold the car day before my scheduled appointment. The sales person did not transfer the car as stated so I wasted my time driving there. No email to let me know that the car was sold.

I asked a couple questions about the vehicle, they never replied with answers. They just wanted to have me come to the dealership. Sorry, but I don’t care to drive 70miles without the information I wanted on the vehicle I was interested in.

A Star for the sales man named Tracy just for
being friendly,
Reluctant to send infos about the car(2006
corvette)
Took 3 or longer days to get the info you’re
asking.
We wasted our whole day and missed work
because of him not being honest about the
condition of the car,(2006 corvette) he told me he
didn’t hear the loud rattling noise on idle,(you
can’t miss that noise when you start the car.
I specifically asked if the clear coat is messed
up, he said no, we came and checked the car,
clear coat is cracked at the back bumper left side
of the car.
Tires doesn’t match on front and back
Curb rash on wheels.
Long story short, car is junk(silver 2006 corvette)
he could have told us about it honestly but he
didn’t, he played the “I didn’t hear nothing, I
didn’t see nothing excuse”
Left the lot and bought a better corvette in the
area the same day! $30k CASH! At 04/20/18
Some Excuse you MIGHT hear, it’s over 10 years
old car with over 80k miles, can’t expect much.
(I have 2 corvettes a 2007 with 90k miles, minor
rock chips and everything is flawless) and a 2016
c7.) so don’t even start with “it’s over 10yrs old
excuse.” If planning to. Today I have 3 corvettes
now.
Overall, tracy is very very very VERY friendly but
honesty and giving details is not his ace.
-and yes all this infos In my review is correct, I
have proof if it comes to that.
Showed up and first thing he said was you know about the dent right? I didn’t. The photo they took is from an angle. I drove an hour and 20 min to see a truck that had huge dent in the side. Charlie said he would get back to me on the lowest price after talking to his sales manager. He Never did.

It was a very pleasant informative experience. I give the dealership an A+
rating for there honesty, fairness and eagerness to attract new customers in a

The dealer contacted me by phone. He had no idea if the truck was there and after a not so short wait and a couple of phone calls he found the truck was sold. He offered to email me info on the other Tundra's they had available but never did. Well the truck it popped back up online here and on other sites so I emailed the dealer to ask if it was sold and if it was do they had any other Tundra's available. My reply was the trucks been sold with no other info. This was well over a week ago and the truck is still posted. If something's been sold please remove the add/posts.
