Great job at Titus-Will. Jerry was super great, Steve in finance was solid. I do think they need to provide literature on the warranty, but minor detail overall.

Have had a not so great experience so far. We
spoke with Drew on Tuesday the 11th about a
vehicle. We got told that pictures will be posted by
the end of the week since there were only 4 pictures
posted. It is now Thursday the 20th and still no
update on the vehicle. We got the responses last
week that the vehicle was in detailing and then was
being worked on in the shop. It's just made it a little
irritating to deal with with being told times and then
just being pushed out even further and further with
no updates. Still have not seen or heard anything on
the vehicle. We got asked last week if we wanted to
come down and sign papers, with not seeing the
vehicle first.. it made us super wary about wanting
to do anything.

I always dread going to car dealerships. But this time even on the phone my sales man gave me good vibes. When I got there it was just as good. He even washed my truck n the manager wasn’t pushy either Such a great experience, great deal and love my truck.

Poor. Took literally weeks to receive an email from one of the salesmen who
after I lost interest, eventually offered to show it to me. I was glad to know it
was still around, though. Kinda says the car was overpriced :) Dodged a
bullet.

Beautiful location - very clean. Friendly sales and finance staff.
Unfortunately this dealer buys auction cars and tries to pass them off as clear title with "no accidents" - claiming carfax and auto check must be accurate despite record of the auction block.
Very disappointed the car was not serviced or inspected properly, which led to it being advertised improperly. A 5 minute inspection yielded multiple electronic errors codes and obvious indications the car was involved in an accident.
It was also advertised with a warranty - which would certainly be void of any coverage by the manufacturer who would easily discover the accident codes and deny claims liability.

Photos posted were very
deceiving. In my opinion, the car
was in poor condition, included a
giant stain on the passenger seat.
I was never forewarned of the
condition before going to see it.
Was also shown other cars that
were filthy inside. Like someone
fell in a muddy river and sat in the
car. Why would a dealership show
such cars. Like that makes it look
more appealing? Cause they want
to give you a lower price? Stay
away. Save your time and money.
