Titanium Auto Sale

I live 3 hours away from autonation but they had the exact car i was looking for. we negotiated pricing via email and text late one evening and i flew to corpus christi the next morning to pick up car. they picked me up at airport and had the vehicle ready to go when i arrived. i signed the papers, jumped in the car and drove home ! now we have the perfect gift for my daughter at christmas!! Everyone was highly professional and great to work with. would definitely recommend the dealer to all my friends and family! Thanks David, Neal, Javier, Arnold, and Michelle!

I first walked to the establishment and a guy was just standing around inside and didn’t say a word when we asked him who do we talk to. Someone else from inside came and greeted us and asked what we’re looking for. I told him the make and model of the vehicle. He then proceeds to tell me that you have to go through financing process first or pay in cash to even test drive. I thought that process was ridiculous so I thanked him and left. The establishment just looked sketchy.

Eddie and his staff are very professional, courteous and very straightforward and transparent. I was given the time to go through the vehicle and to bring it to a mechanic of my choosing to verify the usefulness of the vehicle. To make a long story short, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Drove 45 minutes after getting approved online was told that the online application is just to get you to come in. Had to redo the financial application and was told I would hear from them the next day. They never called and when I called them (a few days later) they told me I would receive a call back which I never did. Big waste of time!!

I called Titanium Auto sale and told them I had $1,000 down and was approved for financing. They informed me that they did not work with those lenders, but they could definitely work with me with a thousand dollars down. They asked me what my highest allowable monthly payment could be and I told them $120. They said no problem and to come on in so I drove 45 miles to see them and when I sat down the gentleman told me how financing worked a little differently and that with $1,000 down my payments would be $250 every two weeks for a year. Okay, doing the math that would mean I would pay a total of $7,500 for a $3,000 car. I laughed in his face and left. I may be a single woman looking to buy a car but I am not stupid. These guys suck and wasted my time.

The truck was in such bad condition that he should be ashamed for listing it at all. Huge waste of my time. We had to walk a block from where we parked, it was crammed behind other vehicles and without even getting in the truck the amt of rust in the engine and under the truck as well as the awful paint job ...junk yard quality. Please do others a favor and don't list this dealer's vehicles.

I live in Columbus, Georgia. My brother lives in Houston TX and was able to make contact with the company. The transaction went smoothly. I am very pleased so far.

I was on the lot for about 15 minutes no one ever came up to me! The whole time salesman stood next to me talking on phone! I left.

Ok but no sale of the car bc they don't own the car its on the lot being sold privately. Car battery was dead. Cars parked around it. No test drive or anything, but they did send me the carfax on it. To bad i liked and wanted the car.

Eddy & Nicholas were great! Kind, helpful, informative and fair; and encouraging when we as anxious buyers wanted to have the car checked out at a dealer before buying. Once we knew all was good with the car they completed the sale quickly with no surprises or issues. We love the car & will definetly consider them again for our next purchase.

When I inquired about the vehicle the dealer responded back within 15 minutes, which is very amazing.

The 2005 Lexus GX 470 that is posted for sale that I lost half a day attempting to purchase, ended up having a major leak in the rear main seal, crankshaft rear oil seal, valve cvr gasket, pcv valve leak, Ball joints are leaking, weak battery, U joint leaking, CVV joints damaged, etc. Please be sure do have a vehicle check performed on any vehicle that you are considering purchasing from this facility. The facility cleared the dash lights, however upon inspection at the shop there were 3 light on - Check engine light, Trac light,VSC light, Buyer beware....

Car appeared to be a nice deal, a 2010 Ford Escape. Showed up at dealer without an appointment hoping was still available. Unfortunately for me I was too late as it was in the process of being sold. Should have gotten there sooner! I was impressed they were replacing the rear passenger window motor for the lucky buyer! The seller tells me he has another 2010 Escape at his other lot so I walk down there to see his mechanic scrounging the rear passenger window motor from the car to swap with the defective motor in the car he just sold. WTF? He has me walk down there to look at a car they arw scrounging parts from? I called him and left a message on his v/m. When he returms the call he says he will replace the window motor in the 2nd Escape he had me walk down to see. Asked him if can be done by close of business as I have cash and would like to purchase a vehicle today. He says no problem will get a new motor and have ready. Turns out was BS!

The Owner was a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful person at Titanium Auto Sales in reference of the Smart Car I viewed and test drove at it's location.

Dealer was very helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions.

I was told that bank financing me was Wells Fargo, instead it is an out of state bank (even worse, from California) , my loan was outsourced. BTW, I bought a warranty that does not cover the current damages that the dealership's ASE certified mechanics refused to repaired ( WHY refused?, simple, these damages were visual, NO need to start the engine, bringing it to operating and temperature and testing it, therefore it was deliberate negligence from their repair management staff, to save a few dollars, however i do understand that the positive cable is quite a task to replace, nevertheless...NO excuse.

He emailed me quickly following my inquiry. His dealership is 3 hours away from me and I told him that. I asked him if he was negotiable on a cash price and if the car had any water or flood damage (it's in Houston). He said he would not negotiate on price unless I came to the dealership and he did not answer the question about flooding after I asked him in two separate emails. He told me to "pass by and check out" the vehicle. I reiterated that I lived 3 hours away and I wouldn't come unless I knew the price and flooding question. Never heard back from him after that. Too bad because we liked the car and I have cash!!
