This was absolutely a pleasurable experience buying this vehicle. NOT what I would have expected. Everyone from Alex my salesman all the way through finance. Could not have asked for a better car buying experience.

This dealership followed up with my requested nearly every day. They sent updated picture and a credit application immediately. The salesman and finance manager answered any questions or concerns I had. My overall experience with this dealership was refreshing to have people do as they say. I'm super excited to get my vehicle.
I had 2 or 3 conversations with the dealer. I told them I was very interested and scheduled a test drive. The day I about to drive over I was informed the Truck was no longer available and was sent to auction because it had been on the lot too long. Thought it was strange they'd rather auction a vehicle than to actually let someone test drive it.

They took my car key and would not return it during the negotiations, even when I ask 3 times. They took over an hour and a half to wash, vacuum, and put gas in the car. Once they got our money they were in no hurry to help us. They were suppose to call for my wife's drivers license number to get the tags. That was 5 days ago and they have not called. I called them and left a message. So far they have not called me. I am worried my tags will be delayed. I was able to get my deal, but would not recommend them.
