Excellent service! They were upfront, transparent, honest, were ready to work with me, and made the process smooth. They made sure not sell me a car that wasn’t ready. They called in advance and asked to reschedule our appointment so that they can get the car fully inspected for repaired for me. I verified with my advanced obd scanning tool, and every module checked out - rare for even well maintained older German vehicles. Timeless motorcars have my highest recommendation.

Was told guaranteed approval but then once my credit was ran they tried to put me in another vehicle and told me if I wanted the Tahoe that I would have to put a large downpayment down. When I asked who required the down payment he lied and said the bank then I told him according to 15 usc 1605 no advertising of downpayment with credit sales then he tells me that he and the finance company comes up with the downpayment amount. So I asked if he was telling the finance company that the vehicle was more than was listed because they won’t approve a large amount he never replied I believe it was the sales manager I have the text messages

I will never use this dealership. They ran my credit once said I needed a consigned. I told them specifically that I would wait until the end of the year. They ran my credit again without my knowledge. Then when I called the guy told me he was trying to help me out. Needless to say I went off!!!!!!!! I will never use them again.

Vehicle was not prepared to be shown. It was dirty, would not start - had to be jumped. Wire harness in back floor (seller didn't seem to know where it came from or why it was there). Other floorboard parts laying in the back seat. I was not impressed with the dealership.

I’m giving two stars because he did actually return my initial contact but after that I heard nothing at all. When I tried to follow up he forgot about me totally and then when he did remember he said he was still doing the trade in value of a vehicle I wanted to trade it. I’ve heard nothing since.

The dealer advertised a faulty car and it took them almost 5 days to refund my deposit

I thought the dealer was easy to work with, polite, thorough. I was really interested in buying a very specific truck, and was ready to pay cash. The dealer even knocked off a few hundred dollars from the price. But then I see that the processing fee is $ 699. You must be kidding. The AVERAGE processing fee in VA is $ 403, and THAT is sixth highest average in the nation. There is no reason to be charging that kind of money to fill out 45 minutes of paperwork. A fair processing fee would be more like $ 100 to 150 dollars. Bought a truck elsewhere, where I'm paying for the value of the vehicle, and not added on fees. To anyone reading ratings: ask, before you visit, for an "out the door price" (Everything you would be paying for), and maybe specifically, ask about processing (or documentation) fees.

Did not seem interested at all in selling the van I asked them about.Ask about a warranty on a car that only had 69,000 miles and said there was no warranty. Did not seem a bit interested in selling this van.

I made an appointment and then called 1/2 hour before arrival and the salesperson I spoke with still acted shocked that I actually came in when i arrived...car was not cleaned, and I had to wait awhile for them to bring it in from "out back" because they did not have it ready for me.

Nice Test drive. Vehicle had a water smell and rusted front seat bolt. Salesman minimized my concerns and ignored my detail questions regarding this issue. Would not negotiate so I went elsewhere to spend my money.

I ask for picture underneath the vehicle because I wanted to see if there was any rust, the reply I got back , was the pictures are on CarGurus. That did not answer my question!

I wanted to take this Honda to the Honda dealer to have it checked out. No problem with driving it off the lot in order to have the Honda dealer do an assessment. Some minor repairs needed to be done and were done by Timeless Motorcars. I bought the car and am very happy with it.
