I orginally found the c8 on Facebook for sale and then searched CG for more information on the car. After seeing all the photographs on CG reached out to the dealership. A salesman talked with me about the c8 but didn't seem over experienced with the corvette or in making sales. It was also Wednesday night close to closing and the day before Thanksgiving. I waited until Friday mid morning and decided to look back at the Facebook listing. Glad I did the salesman had listed his cell number. Bill Paolella what a great salesman and representative for this dealership. After speaking with Bill for awhile I was confident this was the c8 for me. I then made the decision to drive 3.5 hours from Michigan down to dealership. When I arrived the car was detailed, full of gas, and ready for delivery. Why I waited to complete the paperwork Bill gave us a tour of the dealership and was extremely courtesy. In closing this has been the best experience I've had buying a vehicle only wish they were clo

On their website Aug. 15th, looking at a 2016 Z06. Just about exactly what I wanted. Communicated via text, with Alinis L. He took my info.; phone number, first name, asked if
I had a trade, and the amount I would put down. I then sent my email as he said written details regarding pricing info may be sent over. Then asked when I could come by and
see it. I live several hundred miles away so I said I would like a couple of questions answered before I drive that far. I sent the questions. If the answers were to my
satisfaction, I would go see the car and probably drive it back. He said OK a member of our internet sales team will be in contact with you asap. One week later, Aug. 22nd, I
was contacted by internet sales manager Jeff. When they did not get back to me right away, I decided to order from a local dealer.(I did this Aug. 20th). I believe that T.L.
Chevrolet is probably a very good dealer. However, I don't like being left hanging for a week when I am ready to purchase.

Not sure if they really cared for a sale. Tried calling 4 times before someone finally answered my call. I got pre approved ahead of time and had every step competed before the signing of papers. Found out after 7 hours that the jeep already had a deposit. Maybe it was a bad day, but didn't feel valued in a day that was supposed to be enjoyable.

Frustrating!! I asked if some pictures of specific items could be sent and I got a run around. I assume because I wouldn't give a phone number or take a test drive. I live a very long distance away, so I wanted to see as much of the car before I would go to the expense to travel and stay before I would commit. In my opinion the dealership is not helpful or courteous for not replying to my requests.

Minimal input on financing. Was told that they couldn't get me financed due to
negative equity on my trade on a used vehicle. What they failed to do was
adjust the price down to market value and offer what the trade was worth.
Had a long talk with my bank on the way home as to what they were trying to
offer and the used vehicle price.

Teriable went to look at vehicle employee took it home for the night. I got the run around until the 20% of mrsp deal was over. No wonder this vehicle is still on the lot with 10,000 miles and 10k over market value.

Jason worked quite hard to put together a deal for me to buy the 2005 C6 coupe that they had. However, another buyer closed the deal. That buyer got a great car. I will be visiting Tim Lally Chevrolet and Jason when they have their allotment of 2014 Stingrays, so that I may see the new Stingray "in the flesh," or rather, in the SMC and carbon fiber.

I was contacted in a timely fashion. There were several "lags" between their communicating with me during the week I was looking at the SL65. I have no knowledge of any negatives from this company. I simply preferred the SL65. Having purchased an identical SL600 in
may for my wife, to the one I was looking at from Tim Lallys, the SL65 AMG was the obvious choice.
